I made a purchase of the lamp at spring - waited for a couple weeks, received an information that lamp is not in stock and I need to wait for a couple of weeks more. OK.
Someone from Customer support contacted me again in a couple weeks and asked to wait longer - I agreed.
In October I asked about status - Ive received a reply that lamp won't be available on their site and "I can use spent money on another item". I refused and requested refund. After 3 weeks of reminders I sent an email that I will ask my bank for a chargeback -> refund was done the next day.
I will never come back to this site again.
