This company is the worse dating website no one should ever join them. I spoken to one of their rep Katie Berns rude rude scammer. They charged me without notifying me and my rent is in a rears due to money being deducted from my account. I asked why notifying me after the payment goes through rather than let me know before they charge to see if I'm ready to pay another 6 months or 3 months whatever length of time that is. Katie emails me the same thing that they had to charge the the same amount they charged me last time which is 6 months ago and I am thinking you don't know if someone still wan to pay so it would be helpful to send an email to see if customer want to renew their membership.

I'm frustrated as soon as I saw their email that my membership is renewed and that is paid I contacted them right away so I can get a refund as I lost a job due to covid and I straggling to get rent so I needed that fund for my rent I explained this to Katie she didn't seem to care.

I never seen a rude rude customer service representative like Katie, I asked if I can speak to the manager she didn't even reply.

I need my money I know covid have hit so many people but that's no excuse to just charge people without notifying them, so wrong wrong.

I have spoken to my friends who are on different dating sites they said no company that charge without notifying they email you that your membership is about to expire and if you like to renew or not.

That's the professional way integrity is everything.

$108 was deducted on the 23th January via PayPal I also emailed them as soon as just like 5 mins after they notified me that they have taken money no one came back to me as well so they all worse no wonder they work together. I really need my fund I am behind with my rent and at least have compassion Katie.

Elite Singles is a horrible platform. Do not even waste your time to pay for a membership. I joined this website based on the encouragement of a family member of mine. Not even two days after signing up I noticed my messages weren't sending. I kept getting an error message.

This went on for days. I logged in from two different device and still had the Same problem. I got frustrated and asked for a refund because the site doesn't work. They told me they can't process a refund because my payment was made to Google.

I figured I already paid for 6 months let me continue to try sending messages. Days on end thus continued. At this point I am not even getting any matches. I reached out to them once more. They wanted me to send my government issued ID to them. They informed me my account was blocked. Unbelievable. I did not even exchanged cell number with anyone on the app. How could the system detect fraud.

At this point I went ahead and basically cut my losses. I canceled my subscription. That way it wouldn't be renewed after the 6 month. Today I got a message saying Elite singles have deleted my account. They also sent an email saying no system ID perfect and I can create a new account and they will give me one month free. Why would I want that. When I paid for six months service that I wasn't able to use. I wouldn't encourage anyone in America to sign up to this platform. Use apps that are based in America.

They also informed me that after my one month free trial is finished. I can go ahead and subscribe once more. I guess they want me to pay for another 6 months subscription so that they can block my account again before I even start using the platform.

App is slow - quality of people is beyond brutal. They would not refund my money after 3 days of using this disfunctional app.

7 phishing and fake messages in the past hour. Frequency increasing since start of 2022. Calling customer care is totally frustrating.
