I'm an 76 year old retired remodeling contractor so I did the complete install my self. The Ella "Flow" is the smallest walk-in they make but it's big on features. My wife is small so it fits her wonderfully. I bought it direct from the factory. The instructions are comprehensive and complete. Ella's tech support is outstanding, addressing my minor issues on the spot. The tub had no leaks or defects from the factory I tested it according to the manual before installing it. My bride of 56 years took her first plunge last night and she fell in love with her Ella Flow walk-in. Well built, looks more expensive than it is, the pump and jets are very strong and the inline heater worked great. The drain time (not using the emergency drain feature) was only 64 seconds. My wife says it was super relaxing. We couldn't be happier. I am pleased to give my whole hearted recommendation To Ella's "Flow" tub.
