“I regret to come across this firm”

I rang them many times in regards to my outstanding cheque, always told they'll ring back, they never did. I don't like giving one star reviews but I have to in this case as this firm is just simply ignoring me when I am due to the rest of the money. I would stay well clear from this firm. They don't even take complaints seriously!
