I've made a few orders now from Emfurn. My last order was a Tulip dining table which was perfect for my apartment and are exactly what I wanted. Could not be more pleased! Highly recommended furniture site!

That's a fake website because they didn't selle your product! Be careful and don't buy to them. They changed the name, before called INFURN and they rob my money

Been waiting 6 months for one light fixture.
Getting no response by phone or email after multiple attempts to reach them to cancel order and get full advertised refund. This company is clearly a fraud. Stay well away from them!

Repeated delays with delivery of MONTHS. Still havent got my furniture even though they debited the money months ago. Every time i write them, they say they are delayed by an additional 8-10 weeks.

Terrible experience. Will not use this site again.

Worst Internet buying experience ever. They don't deliver the goods and do not refund once you cancel the order. We are waiting for our money for nearly a year. I can't believe this site has not been taken off line since.

Sadly my experience with INFURN is the same as those mentioned here. Was fooled by the quality of their web site and assumed that would reflect in customer service also. Silly me. Ordered desk lamp September last year then when I checked after a couple of months they pointed out their delivery times were 18 weeks. OK my fault. However since then delivery has been put back twice and promises to get back to me with updates broken. From the other reviews here I am not optimistic of ever seeing the item or of getting my money back. I will try trading standards and see what they can advise.

Same story as everyone else - have been waiting for 4 months now and delivery pushed again by 2 more months! Based on reviews below I am not sure whether to cancel my order (as people do not seem to be getting refunds) or sit tight. Only question is whether at the end the product actually arrives...

Getting really nervous about this company, looks like Infurn uses the prepayments as working capital for their operations and also they did restructure themselves in 2012, so enough ingredients for a disaster.
Personally I am still waiting for my order placed back in December 2012 and no sign of delivery yet.
Delivery has been pushed back twice now due to ´´quality issues´´, which of course is a great concern as they are clearly not in control of their production process.
If I will ever get what I ordered?, time will tell but have no great hopes at the moment...

If there was a way to give these guys no stars then you would begin to have an idea of the shocking customer service levels they have. I ordered a chair in January and have just been told for the 4th time it has been delayed once again until November.

Do not buy anything from these crooks. Ever.

If I could give no stars I would!
They are an awful company who are impossible to get in contact with. You email and hear nothing for weeks and there's no phone number to call them! I cancelled my delivery before it was even prepared let alone dispatched and they just ignored me. Now, four months later I am still trying to get my refund regardless of the fact that I have have been promised countless times that I would receive my refund 'as soon as possible'.
Don't waste your time! Order from somewhere... ANYWHERE else!

Stay Away or You'll Be Sorry

The bad reviews here speak volumes as the same thing has happened in every instance, with the same worthless reply from the company. There are thousands of bad reviews on Trust Pilot. No communication, no delivery, no refund. Obviously, I wish I had searched for reviews before ordering since it seems it's very well-known how terrible this company is. My financial institution and attorney will handle the rest, but what a hassle. Do not believe a thing the company has to say and you will do fine.

I ordered two retro metal stools over 6 months ago. So angry that Infurn have taken my money and obviously never intended to send the two items. I paid £119 and I have no idea how to get this back. Trying to save a few pounds has left me out of pocket and feeling terrible. How can they get away with daylight robbery!

I ordered chairs in mid-november and they withdrew the money immediately from my account. I never got a confirmation email regarding my purchase or an expected delivery time. I left a message on their customer service line, which is not even functioning on the weekends, and never got a call back. After calling during the week, they told me the chairs would arrive mid-January. Well, it's now Feb 1 and I'm still waiting... no update on delivery timing from them. Extremely frustrating.

Same story as everyone else. I ordered 8 chairs back in July of 2013 and now its almost Thanksgiving and I still dont have them. I have been waiting for 4 months for these chairs and call them every few days to follow up. They give me the same story each time. They have the worst customer service and follow though that I have EVER seen.

Honestly, I would advise to stay away! Its not worth it because your order will be no different than all of ours.

Do not buy anything!
We ordered chairs in June for delivery in November. After two delays for unclear reasons we cancelled the order mid November, but no money is refunded by them despite several polite requests. No reactions anymore either; we are considering legal action in Spain to get our money back. Stay away!

[EN #GIG-525-*******]: AU-*******

I ordered a ceiling lamp from this website in August 2013, the delivery date given was between 10-18 weeks.

Now, May 2014, 34 weeks have passed and there is absolutely no sign of when it will get delivered to me.

I have made numerous queries to the delivery date and reason for delay and have constantly been either:

1) ignored without even an email reply
2) have been given some lame reason (delay with manufacturers, delay with delivery, issues with factory etc etc), or
3) been promised a revised date but still no lamp turned up on the revised date, and then back to the reasons or silence.

Still no projected date for delivery!

I am getting a feeling this is just a fake website, this type of customer service makes me wonder what the quality of the product will be like even if it did turn up!

I have a cable and hole in my ceiling waiting for the lamp to be installed, 8 months is a long time to wait.

The same experience as all the other reviewers. I discovered Infurn from a very appealing advert in a well known glossy magazine. How are they still being allowed to advertise in reputable magazines and cause misery and frustration to so many people? Would suggest that anyone spotting their advert contact the said publication & suggest that they read the reviews on this company and therefore hopefully refuse to advertise further.

Hello!
My name is Svetlana and I did my purchase via INFURN in Sweden.
This is pure nightmare! I am not sure that all this bubble actually exists! We ordered our table in October, paid ******* SEK and it could not be delivered on time. We cancelled the order and were promised the refund within 30 days. Months have passed and there is no sign of the refund! This is crazy! They do not call and keep sending the standard e-mails saying that the refund is in process. I do not believe it. I reported them to the European Consumer Authorities and they will take care of our case. This is my purchase order # AU-******* for INFURN if they read these reviews.

Stay away from this fraud!

AU-******* - STAY AWAY!
Placed an order in april/march 2013, and was told to get the goods in september. In september they said it would be 8 weeks delayed. 8 weeks later they say march/april 2014. Now they don't even give me a date. I have send 2 emails where I cancelled the order and ask for the money back, and have not got any reply.
Impossible to reach them on the phone number.

Made two orders online in December 2013 AU-******* and AU-*******. Despite asking for a refund months ago I have received nothing, even though I was told by a company rep that it would be processed. Now I have been trying to contact them for weeks and have heard nothing back. I will be taking further legal action against them.

Infurn.com is TERRIBLE! It took them 3 months to deliver our furniture. Once everything finally did arrive, we opened the boxes only to discover they had given us the wrong color. They are refusing to send someone to pick it up and they will not refund our money. They are ignoring our emails and calls. Stay away from this company!

As stated in a previous and polite review (which was taken down as inappropriate by Infurn).

I bought a piece of furniture in August 2013 with expected delivery December 2013. In short, it was delayed to March 2014 so I cancelled the order on 2 December 2013 and received email confirmation of cancellation and refund.

This company does not deliver the goods and does not refund. Infurn are no longer responding to my queries and remove reviews which are legitimate and honest.

My case is now with my bank and the Police ActionFraud Service.

I am shocked and Appalled by this company! How can they be so unlawful and take money from hard working people. I have emailed 7 times, tried to call them and no reply.
I am going to get my lawyers onto it and call trading standards in the morning.

As soon as i made the the purchase I knew this was a scam and i quickly contacted my bank to cancel the order and i emailed Infurn to cancel the order, I am yet to hear back from them.
I have worked so hard for the money, I am a first time buyer and now i am left £147 lighter in my bank. I don't know how people can be so horrible and take advantage!
You should be ashamed of yourself INFURN

Could someone please post Laurie-Ann B's email so i can contact her directly please and get my lawyers on the her?

Infurn has a wide variety of contemporary furniture of famous designers. The online store is inviting and always up to date. I had two good experiences with that company and have nothing I could complain about. The quality is outstanding and also the prices are good. I can recommend them.

I though I would comment as I was thrown in to a panic when my delivery date given to me was way to late as it was a for a gift and I realised I had to cancel my order. I have actually received an email from them confirming it was fine for me to cancel my order and a phone call to confirm that this has been done and my money would be refunded on to my card within 30 days and feel (providing I receive the money) that I was responded to very efficiently. I wanted to post this so anyone searching their company as I did that it I have so far had a positive experience.
