I've made a few orders now from Emfurn. My last order was a Tulip dining table which was perfect for my apartment and are exactly what I wanted. Could not be more pleased! Highly recommended furniture site!

That's a fake website because they didn't selle your product! Be careful and don't buy to them. They changed the name, before called INFURN and they rob my money

Order and paid for coffee table in Jan 2014 tried to cancel and get a refund after being told I would have to wait until May for delivery, it now seems they have fled their London office and last week an article in The Guardian stating 100's of customers are experiencing the same thing... total scam

It's gone from funny to insulting. First they don't communicate the delivery date or any changes to it - EVER. I've had four delays. Each time I have to learn about the delay by logging in about the time I was expecting my chair. No email. Now it will be almost exactly a year. I ordered on 7-7 last year and the latest new delivery date is 3rd July!
After the second delay I wrote a scathing note to their customer service which generated a call back from a lady who proceeded to tell me how my note made her laugh out loud and had made her day. It was oddly somewhere between amusing and insulting. I'd have been ok with a refund or a different chair that might arrive sooner, but no changes appear to be possible. Bad website, bad order processing, AWFUL communication and terrible customer service.

I've just written off the 200 some Pounds I spent as a sad lesson in online ordering. Should have looked them up on this site first.

Terrible experience, same or worse than many others it seems. Bought product, waited 11months, wrong product arrived, waiting for refund...! Wish I'd seen this site before buying a Chaise Longue from Infurn. One way communication only so they can cutoff communications very easily.

Do not buy from INFURN. They are committing fraud on unsuspecting customers. I ordered a lamp nearly six months ago. They never sent a confirmation and after repeated requests sent a delayed delivery date, and when that was missed two other dates, neither of which was honored. When I called the customer service manager "May Garcia" *******@infurn.com, she said the order was in the warehouse and would be delivered in the next few days. Days turned to weeks, which turned into months. They even issued a UPS ticket, but of course UPS never shipped it because there was no product to arrive at UPS.

These guys have a simple tactic: take your credit card, then delay your complaint so they can use the cash for as long as they can.

Avoid Infurn they are disreputablen! My experience is the same as everyone else on here ie long lead times not revealed until after you have paid, then delays beyond the first and second revised delivery dates. They then agree to cancel the order but have still not refunded the money nearly one year later. This in spite of requests from me for prompt repayment. Avoid.

I placed an order but delivery was advised for Jan 2014 so I cancelled before delivery had taken place... that was in November 2013... I am still waiting for my refund. This company is disgusting and to be perfectly honest I don't know how they get away with it... I am putting my energy into hunting them for my refund so wont waste too much of my time here but of course like all the other want to warn people to just STAY AWAY FROM INFURN! AU-*******... Infurn you cant answer this review with "sorry without any order details we can't help you"... let's see if you bother with this one shall we

If I had read these reviews a year ago, I would have NEVER ordered our table with Infurn... it is an absolute disgrace. We have been waiting for our table which cost £1,200 for a year now, with deliveries being pushed again and again. Everytime we attempt a callback, something goes wrong so actually in all this time, we have NEVER spoken to a Manager to share our experience. The worst thing is, when you ask for a compensation, they offer you a ridiculous bean bag worth £30. Are they having a laugh? I simply dont know what to do anymore...

Very very bad, ordered in May 2013, many excuses, cancelled the order after 9 months after the fourth delivery delay, still no money and the company still showing half the order as current. They dont currently respond to contacts.

All the positive reviews I have seen have the same english gramatical mistakes in them, would suspect that it is coming from the same person. Do not trust this site or any positive reviews of it.

Complete scam, they take payment then advise you of a delivery date months away. As the delivery date approaches they keep pushing it back. Eventually when you request a refund, they say it will take 30 days. I've been waiting more than 60 days, still without seeing any furniture or refund.

What to do? A terrible scam, paid for goods in may 2013, waited till december to receive one item, asked for a refund after this and have never received it. Was in contact with 'Valerie' who assured i would recieve it, and then one day i rang and the line was dead... And no responses from emails. Does anyone have any advise?

Where is our consumer protection in all of this, I've been waiting a mere six months and counting. According to the other reviews I may as well write the £200 off. Its been said before but HOW is this 'company' still trading? Where is our consumer protection?

I ordered 2 items in Feb 2013, and was shocked by the delivery timelines. I raised this with the customer service team and was assured that was just a maximum delivery time, earlier was more likely. Lo and behold by the time I reached the latest delivery date a product had been received by them and rejected for being defective, so the company ordered a new one- at their own cost ( which makes no sense - if they have the right contractual terms with their suppliers there is no extra cost). I have asked for a full refund. Do not be tempted by the lower prices - it is a con.

I ordered a rocking chair in June 2013 for a delivery in France! Of course the invoice has been immediately debited from my account but I still wait for the chair. The plane delivery date has been delay several times with obscure raisons. Actually it is plane for the 10.02.2014. I will keep you posted about my adventure with this website. Despite, the customer service is not what we could call efficient and available.

I paid £320 for a chair 12 months ago, (April 2013!)- there have been 3 delays and I finally requested 3 callbacks - no response, I emailed 3 times and no reply, There is still no sign of it. I have now got the 'UK European Consumer Centre' looking into it, I was promised a refund on April 6th and - no surprise, nothing has come. They are now playing the same game of delaying and promising a refund on 12 May, 13 months after they have taken my money, probably another tactic to mimic intent to remedy the issue. I question how this company is permitted to operate in Europe.

This company is a FRAUD. I placed an order in January for 2 chairs. It was to be delivered first in June, then July, then August, then September, and I cancelled it then. Was promised to get my money back in 30 days. It's been 45 days, haven't seen the money yet.

Delivery was quick and spot on. Love the chairs I purchased. It was easy to assemble, looks stunning and very comfortable. I am very pleased with all aspects of my purchase, and would recommend Emfurn to anyone. Customer service was very helpful when I asked about the dimensions of the chair. Buy with confidence!

Agree with the previous posts. Complete rip off. Ordered in Jan2013.

On the callbacks they just tell you some bull$#*! stories.

Requested a refund but have never seen the money.

If something looks too good to be true (cheap designer furniture) it probably is. So I had to learn the hard way.

Dont ever buy at INFURN.

Geez, I'm another victim I guess!

I always tell myself to check the company reviews before placing an order online, but somehow I didn't do with this one! I just moved into house and didn't bring much furniture with me. Checked for clear nested tables - found them on this site for a very reasonable price around £99 - and purchased immediately. Infurn has taken my money out, but haven't got any communications with them despite giving the impression goods will be shipped immediately.

I'm going to start a chargeback on my Visa card immediately.

DO NO TOUCH THIS COMPANY.
Placed an order in March 2013 then to find delivery was August. Not happy about this then told delivery October! Cancelled order on 3 August, refund due within 30 working days. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls with promises of a refund, still waiting.
Latest email below from someone called Anthony- I don't know how he sleeps at
Night!
I do understand your frustration in this case and i apologise for this. As stated in my previous email we are experiencing a backlog within our finance department but we are working hard to have your refund processed as quickly as possible.

I can add my story to yours. I ordered a dining table (AU-*******) back in June 2013. Till today: no sign of my table. The delivery date keeps being pushed back and back. Initially you get a call but after that there is no way to contact them. I have canceled my order and asked them to return my money. Will they answer?
I don't believe this company is real. It is a fraud, deceiving and cheating custormers all over the world!
Never order from www.infurn.com! How come this company still exists? Sites are full of duped customers!

Order AU-******* / may 2013
VERY VERY BAD: Infurn takes the cash then keeps pushing back delivery date over and over!
Like so many others on this site, we found Infurn on Google, the site seemed genuine, so we ordered 5 chairs.
Seven months later, we are still waiting, the delivery date being pushed back over and over. This site really looks like a scam: the company gets the cash, then waits as long as possible to profit from the cash taken.
There really seems to be a pattern in the way they treat their customers (take order, push back delivery, tell customer to refuse delivery to cancel order, but delivery never occurs) which is telling of an organized scam.
Even for customer support, all you get is delays, delays, delays... There is no direct way to call them, and call back is several weeks away!

I placed an order in May, 2013. Eight months later I received the WRONG item. I returned it to the warehouse in Gardena, Ca (the address on the package), but never received a refund. Infurn denied receiving the item and refused to give me a refund. I have yet to see a good review of this company!

Purchased a few items back in Oct., 2013 while in the UK. Was given a Feb 2014 ship date. Was pushed out to early April, 2014. Decided back in Feb and in Mar to cancel my order (cancelled each item separately). Was promised a full refund, as of course, I had to pay up front. NOTHING! I've been emailing the woman who had been replying to my emails for a while, but nothing. WHAT A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE from Infurn... they are a scam.

I did have a more or less good experience with that re-seller. The delivery date was pushed back twice. I wasn't happy about that. I contacted the company and got some apologies and a voucher.
Then finally my chairs did arrive.
And I can say: Great quality
And also the price was cheap compared to others.

Placed our order AU ******* Never got goods never got Money back from January 2013.

Really these guys need to be subject of Criminal investigation suggest Trading standards and consumer programmes on the TV.

We believe our money has been stolen by these guys approx £350
