I've made a few orders now from Emfurn. My last order was a Tulip dining table which was perfect for my apartment and are exactly what I wanted. Could not be more pleased! Highly recommended furniture site!

Infurn sells designer furniture to discount prices.
They take a order and then build the furniture that means the delivery will take time.
But the wait is worth because the furniture they make is high quality, durable and cheap.
Accidentely I overpayed something whilst ordering it via the Infurn web page. (Whilst entering the payment details the Website broke down 2 times and I did not realize that the payment has been processed already). Now I am waiting for the return of the overpayment since March 2013. Although I am promised to get the money back, nothing has happened so far. This is frustrating and I would not recommend buying something at Infurn again...
Stay away from them! I ordered an armchair for almost 600€ on june, they got the money immediately and told me they would deliver in 3 months. Nothing came. Customer support is ridicoulous and very difficult to talk to. They told me it depends on the transporter but they don't know what is the transport company and what is the tracking number. It is either a very badly organized company or a fraud.
They are criminals who have no intention to deliver the ordered goods. I order two coffee tables five months ago. They have changed the delivery date three times andd now they are not any more answering to requests.

We ordered an item in early 2013.
In mid 2013 the 'delivery date' was changed to late 2013 without us being notified.
In late 2013 the 'delivery date' was again changed to early 2014, again without notice.
We cancelled the order and now, months later, we still have not recieved a refund.

I am convinced this is a fake company.
I ordered 10 chairs on 1/1/2013 and my credit card was charged immediately for the total amount of €690. Delivery was promised until March 2013 but unfortunately the chairs couldn't be delivered in time before our relocation to USA on 15th April and I had to cancel my order. A friendly customer service agent guaranteed my reimbursement by 10th may 2013 which never happened. Numerous emails and telephone conversations with always changing but very friendly and apologetic customer service agents later it is now January 2014 and I still haven't seen any money. I will now contact consumer protection!
Infurn is a scam. I purchased some chairs and cancelled the order within 7 days as I could only find bad reviews (there are thousands...). They promissed to pay back my money within 30 days. Of course that didnt happen. Every time there is the same excuse "a problem in the accounting office" We are 3 months after the first 30 days now, still no money has been paid back. Only the same lame excuses have been made. You can also find thousands of people who had exactly the same problem with the exact same excuses.
Stay away from infurn unless you want te get ripped of. Its the worst internet company experiance i ever had. Google infurn and you will only find bad reviews. Dont buy anything from infurn!

Place an order for a single chair in November 2012, it is May 2013 and it has still not arrived. For the past 2 months the stock answer is it will be shipped in two weeks. Customer service is aweful and they suspicously will not allow you to escalate issues on the telephone. This is an aweful company and has been a terrible experience. Please do not be lured by the prices, you simply will kiss your money goodbye.
Ordered 6 chairs on July 10 2013. Site was quick to take our payment. It has been 20 weeks and still no chairs! Every time if and when we got someone on the phone they had some excuse and gave us an updated delivery date. Its been 5 weeks since I spoke with a person and have been leaving messages that they never respond to. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! They must be a fraud!

I paid for my order in July 2013, as yet nothing. A few phonecalls at first and then its nearly impossible to get hold of them. I paid £1227. 00 for 4 items of furniture. I have emailed and emailed and tried to contact them via phone. I had to book return phonecall today for 24th January 2013. I am disgusted that they have been able to keep on trading with so many complaints and lack of receipt of furniture. Their website is still live and they have a HSBC UK based account! Why has no one looked into this! After reading these reviews I feel sick that we have all been basically hoaxed into this purchase scam. I have now contacted the European Consumer Centre with a complaint and to action getting my money back. Why are they still trading and no one stopping them!

My order was delayed several times, october, then november, then december and then they said the chair was lost.
They asked me for my bankaccount 4 months ago at the end of december and i am still waiting for my money!
They delay the order at everyone so you can't ask your money back due creditcard because the deadline has expired.
I have sent a dozen of emails with the question if I get my money back. Every time they have replied my email with the same excuse that my email is at the financial desk.
It's now half may and I still haven't got my money back.
Now they do not even reply me any more and they do not call me back
I suggest that no one buy something at this company because its a big fraud company. Still waiting for my money...

If infurn have taken your money but are delaying your goods, or if you are still awaiting for a refund and they are giving you excuse after excuse ask your bank to start a "chargeback" if you ordered within 120 days. This company take your money but never deliver the goods.

This company is a scam, I ordered a lampoon April. Asked for arefundin sept. And suprise! No refund, just a pack of rubbish e mails saying they are behind in the finance office.

Monies paid in full on purchase - 150 days later no goods received and no response to email or telephone calls. I fail to understand how these people are allowed to operate. It is clearly fraudulent practice. Where is the customer protection.

Further to my last post I have been pushing INFURN for a response and an accurate delivery time. I have a delayed delivery date of next week though there are no shipping details and the goods have not been received in their Spanish warehouse - this confirmed on their internal system. I have been advised that there is currently no evidence on their system to support that I will ever receive the goods. The only hard fact is my order being placed and my immediate payment for the goods.
Collective action needs to be taken against this organisation. We are clearly all victims of a company with a very poor recent trading history - at best. They are clearly taking monies on goods that they are repeatedly failing to deliver. That must, in any developed trading economy be a breach of contract and fraud. Even some of their own staff have lost faith and are facing moral dilemmas.
It must also be noted that INFURN have not challenged a single post on this site for over a month. I welcome any senior management response in my instance or to others like me. All I seek are my goods and the truth.
I have asked staff members directly if this company is still trading and solvent - the response has been far from convincing.
Stay away. I made an order on the 7th of March and after paying I was told the delivery date was the week starting 25th of July, which was a longer delivery time than what the site told. I sent a complain and got back some kind of excuse, but I didnt bother to follow that up and thought to myself Id just have to wait. Now, in July, the order was postponed another 8 weeks, which means more than half a year of delivery time. From what Ive read here, I guess it wont even arrive at that time, and that this "8 weeks delay" is kind of a standard delay that happen to every order - and also the "compensation credit link" doesnt work and is of course just a trick to make you make another order.
Im sad that this doesnt work out because the furniture looks great on the site and the prices are reasonable.
Infurn sells contemporary furniture to really cheap prices. They have a good selection of Designers to choose from.
I ordered twice and all went well.

I have been waiting on a chair that I ordered and paid for in June. No replays from emails or phone calls. I think they are stealing our money. Don't order from them.
This company is FAKE. I hope that it will be shut down as they are STEALING customers money.
I ordered a lovely coffee table, thank goodness I didn't order anything else, as I was very tempted by the beautiful designer pieces and amazing low prices. Too good to be true. I would love to be proven wrong, but since I cannot get in touch with anyone within this company, and have NO coffee table, and NO money since they have taken their payment, I know it is FRAUD.
Please BBC WATCHDOG or somebody who documents these things, look into this company. It is a very official website, and worrying how easy it is to be misled. Something needs to be done!
Seems to be a lot of other customers who have experienced this as well. Don't be fooled by a delivery slot that is 3 or 4 months away, this is their attempt at stopping you from claiming the money back from your credit card company.

Reading the bad reviews doesn't help, the positive reviews seem fake (not too creative their reviewemployees)
After Calling them twice with questions before ordering concerning the Knoll style Barcelona chair replacement straps and being informed, they would be made of real leather and equivalent to Knoll quality. Then witting 36 days I received the straps, after examining them I've discovered they are made of an artificial leather, and it is two pieces glued together to make one strap this is not satisfactory to me. I informed them that I would like to see in the back for a refund or real leather straps, they replied with this.:
"I apologize for the inconvenience. I did inform that the straps are leather, but not a Knoll quality leather as the straps are meant for replicas, which is also mentioned in the product description.
I also checked with the management regarding your concern and unfortunately we don't offer remorse returns.
The firs picture is what they show on their web page, the second is what I received.
Notice the difference in the construction of the two.
I would never do business with them again or would I recommend anyone else.

The company it a complete scam. Ordered chairs last year - same story as everyone else, delivery date pushed back further and further. Have now contacted the bank to investigate them and then received a call from Infurn agreeing for a refund - like everyone else clearly a further delaying tactic and I'm not holding my breath for my money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I have nothing new to add regarding my experience. It has all been said before. What I do want to say is that 'customers' of this company must TAKE ACTION. When your 30 day refund fails to materialise write to them giving them 7 days to meet their legal obligations then do all of the following:
1) Report their fraudulent activity to the police via www.actionfraud.police.co.uk. It take about 15 minutes to complete their online forms and you get a CRIME reference number. The more reports the better as the police will be obliged to investigate.
2) telephone Citizens Advice consumer complaints department on ******* 04 05 06. Make a report and they must forward this to Trading Standards. Again, the more reports the better. This only takes 5-10 minutes.
3) Take independent legal action. You can not lose provided to have the evidence and it only costs a few pounds. Register your claim at www.gov.uk/make-money-claim-online. You may need to pay additional fees to enforce your judgement but you can laugh when the bailiff turns up at their offices. You will get your costs get back provided they are still solvent.
4) Email *******@guardian.co.uk. They are VERY interested in this company and responded to me within a few minutes. They are conducting an investigation into this company's business practices.
5) write to your MP and demand that the relevant authorities investigate the business practices of this company and take all necessary Enforcement action where appropriate.
Ordered two Bigboy sacks that were delivered after 4 weeks.
A very good price for good products, so I can live with the delayed delivery time.

I cannot even begin to tell you how bad this company is. Not only can they not find my money I sent them, you can't contact customer services! You have to email - with a 3 day response delay - or request a callback - a week in advance!
