This is an absolutely DISGUSTING company. This company is a total scam and you only care about my money. I ordered from Emmiol 6 months ago and I received part of my order and two of my items never even arrived despite my PAYING for them. And as soon as I saw how fake the material of your clothes was, I requested a refund. (One of the shirts even had a hole in it). I sent you the SKU number, and pictures of the clothes, the reason why I wanted a refund per your request. BUT STILL NO REFUND WAS GIVEN. I have called the company multiple times over the months and I have emailed AT LEAST 50 TIMES FOR A REFUND and you say that I have to accept only a 15% refund of the items and that I have to pay the return shipping fee. To say the least, I am absolutely horrified by how appalling this company is. I 100% regret buying from Emmiol. I would like a 100% refund and to keep the clothes considering I have been dealing with this for 6 months.

I ordered 4 items and only received two. One took 6 weeks to get and the link to shipping tracking send you to a site that is in another language. Kept getting emails that items were out of stock and to pick something else. I asked for a refund and now they won't respond! This has been going on for months. I tried disputing the charges with my bank but they sent them info on the two items they sent and since they can't tell what is in the packages the bank denied my claim. Do not shop on this site! I am reading many other reviews with the same problem. I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered.

My daughter saved her money for months to purchase a skirt only to find it was nothing like described.
When she requested to return for a refund she was told to pay an additional $10USD for them to send the correct skirt.
She did this trusting the company and emailed the transaction number only to be met with the same generic email asking her to make payment again.
Absolutely disgusting that the have taken advantage of a 12 year old child.

Their "larges" are literally small mediums and their mediums are just plain smalls. I'm usually a medium, but sometimes fit into smalls. I ordered all mediums to be safe and they're all too small on me. I even ordered a large in pants, (which was listed as 30" waist) And it was too small to button even though I'm a 29". I also got an email after placing my order that something I bought had a "small problem" on it. So I replied asking for a refund. Yeah… they just thanked me for my reply and I never got the refund ($53). I followed up 6 days later. Same EXACT response. Never got the jeans and lost over 50USD from those alone. ALSO I received about TEN SEPARATE "Out of Stock" emails after none of the items I ordered were marked to be out of stock. All and all, ~$300 WASTED. Never got ANY refunds for any of the out of stock items either. No point in trying to return. Learn from my mistakes

I was scammed, the credit card dispute didn't even go through either. Emmiol said they tried to deliver but immediately sent the items back overseas, and the employee over the phone literally told me it's likely they'll get lost, like? You can't be serious. Never buy from this site, it's a joke.

Be warned that before you purchase any items, returns are near impossible. I bought something in the wrong size and never received a refund after shipping the parcel back to China (and international shipping is quite expensive). Not shopping here anymore.

Ordered a gift for my daughter. It took more than a month to arrive. I emailed the company around week 3, no response. Emailed them again around wek 4, no response. Finally package arrived around week 5. Feel like I would have just been out of luck if package never arrived. Quality of clothing is just average. Definitely not worth waiting a month for or stressing if you're actually going to ever receive it or just be ripped off.

Shipping: Packages ship out about 2 weeks after ordering, it takes about another week to arrive. However, some of your packages might be held at a warehouse? I reached out to customer service and they were unhelpful.
Product selection: very trendy streetwear fashion!
Quality: sizing is a little difficult as they don't have the widest selection (S, M, L). I had bought a S and it is a bit too large for me as a US 2/4 in tops.

I bought 4 pairs of jeans ($45 each) for my daughter, all same size and made sure the measurements were correct. After receiving them 2 of them were too small, so I contacted the company and asked how we could return them. Their response: The cost of returning them would be too high and since they are such nice item I should give them away!

Awful company for returns. I have had endless email conversations with them about an item that I bought for my daughter that contradicts their website return policy. First, they suggested it was too far to return, so I should give the item to a friend, and they'll send me a 5-dollar gift card; then they offered 10% (said no), 30% (said no) and 50% (said no). Finally, they sent me the address to return the £37.99 pair of jeans, BUT they said, "The declared value of the parcel must be below 10 dollars, or the return cannot be made. We recommend insuring your parcel as refunds will not be issued for items never received." However, if they want me to make a false declaration for less than 10 dollars on the return, I can't insure it for £37.99. Total SCAM company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely appalled by Emmiols return policy.
Tried returning two items with a combined value of £50, due to them being faulty, large jeans measuring 30 waist and 28 leg and a poorly stitched Mens oversized hoody that arrived with diamanté encrusted star hoody toggles and was clearly a ladies top. Not overlooked stitching and poor quality.
Offered me a 15% refund to keep the faulty items that are only fit for the bin.
Then said I have to return both to an address in China at my expense.

Don't do business with this company! Their clothes don't fit right and their size charts aren't correct. It's a total crap shoot and when I emailed them to send back the clothes they said it would cost too much to send back and they wouldn't give me my money back even though it says on their website that you have 30 days to return for a refund. This company is a joke, and not even a good one at that. Their "one size" dresses only would fit someone maybe 300 pounds, and when I asked for a return they told me that not only does the (partial!) refund only cover the clothes and Not the original shipping fee, I would have to pay shipping to them, so I "should give it as a gift to a friend" instead. Cannot wait for them to go out of business, please help that by not using them.

I've ordered from this website a few times. At first, it was pretty good and I was happy with everything that I had purchased. Recently though, they've gone downhill. Out of four separate purchases, I've only been happy with one. In my second order, I purchased a pair of pants that didn't fit. I asked to return them to get my money back but the customer service said I could keep them and that they would send me another pair if I paid them $18. I ended up sending them the money and I never received the new pants. My two most recent orders have been absolute garbage. The quality is horrible and there's multiple items I haven't received. They keep sending emails that the "item that I've chosen isn't in stock anymore" which is absolutely ridiculous because if it wasn't in stock, why was I able to purchase it? I will never be ordering from this site again and I'd advise everyone else to not waste your money here.

Item was received and sizing was not what was advertised. I emailed to send them back and they ask that you keep the item to give to a friend and they will give you a 15% refund! I asked to return them but you have to pay the shipping costs to China. It all feels like a scam so it;s hard to know if I return them you'll actually get your money back. They also ask you to state that the goods have no more value then $10. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

When checking out and hitting the "complete order" button the screen lagged and no transaction was made. Not even a minute after, I received an email from my bank saying my card was being fraudulently charged the same amount from the site. Don't shop on the site; it's not safe.

I ordered 4 pants and a blouse in sizes 4 and 6. Emmiol sent one in small and four in medium. (Apparently, you order in sizes such as 4,6, etc., and they convert them to s,m,l in whatever they have available.) Their 1st "solution" to correct Emmiol's Error is for me to give them to a friend and they will send a $10 gift card. The 2nd "solution" was for me to pay to ship them to China $$$$ or receive a 15% refund for my $160 purchase. The lesson is that if is an Emmiol error, the customer takes an 85% loss. Never again! Emmoil does not correct their mistakes!
Update: Since posting two reviews, Emmiol has now offered to "only" keep 50% of my purchase price and that I can keep the clothes that I cannot wear. They have also asked that I remove my posts. I have added the photo of the email.
Update 2: Emmoil wants me to pay for shipping but will refuse package if it is insured for more than $10.00. Email is posted below.

After receiving the first package I can confidently say that your goods are low-quality and your service is atrocious. Isn't it just a bit of a coincidence that almost all of the items that I ordered are "out of stock" with no indication of such BEFORE I purchased the products? Emmiol is an absolute scam.
