This is an absolutely DISGUSTING company. This company is a total scam and you only care about my money. I ordered from Emmiol 6 months ago and I received part of my order and two of my items never even arrived despite my PAYING for them. And as soon as I saw how fake the material of your clothes was, I requested a refund. (One of the shirts even had a hole in it). I sent you the SKU number, and pictures of the clothes, the reason why I wanted a refund per your request. BUT STILL NO REFUND WAS GIVEN. I have called the company multiple times over the months and I have emailed AT LEAST 50 TIMES FOR A REFUND and you say that I have to accept only a 15% refund of the items and that I have to pay the return shipping fee. To say the least, I am absolutely horrified by how appalling this company is. I 100% regret buying from Emmiol. I would like a 100% refund and to keep the clothes considering I have been dealing with this for 6 months.

Honestly, i've seen some bad reviews for this place, and I gotta say, this site isn't bad at all. Amid all the rumors about it, this site holds some of the best quality clothes out there for the price you get them at! They also do giveaways on their Instagram, and i've even won one before (which is what brought me to discover this site.) So if your looking for a nice place to shop at instead of sh*en and r**we, this is definitely the place! Also, their customer service is quick and helpful, which is bonus points!

There are promo codes and reward points, also sign up for their emails, they send out daily promo codes!!

Terrible service. Clothes too big, costs over £25 to return items & then when you complain they say to gift item to family or friend. They do not make it clear on their site about return costs. Con artists!

Purchased 7 pr of jeans and wanted to return 2 because they were extremely large. Website said hips were 40" and they were over 44". Cust service told me to give as gifts and offered me15.00 gift card, then 15% discount if I would keep them. Even though they were shipped from New York they wanted me to return to China (very costly postage). Finally after I opened a dispute with my credit card co, they offered an 80% refund IF I canceled the dispute. They don't want any returns and you will suffer if you need to return-I am a very dissatisfied customer--look at reviews before you buy--or rather DON'T BUY FROM EMMIOL! They ignored my requests to return to New York. They tried to scam me by offering refund IF I canceled the dispute. No integrity. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

They try to cheat you and they absolutely do not want any returns--even though they say they do

I was a bit nervous to get a mystery box, but was very happy when mine arrived. When i opened it, I wasn't sure if i'd wear them all but surprising some of them have become a 10/10 for me. And while maybe one of them isn't my favourite, for the price they are- I'm very pleased.

Try to see if you have any coupons- might make you want to buy more.

DO NOT shop with Emmiol! I bought two pairs of shorts and when they arrived they were horrible quality and didn't fit. The one pair the button didn't even fit through the hole, the second (although said it was the same size) was significantly smaller. When I went to issue a return the company refused, offering to only refund 20% of my order. After many complaints I've gotten nowhere with them. They offered to only refund the price of the items (not shipping) if I would ship it back to them which would cost be over $30 because they're located in China. DO NOT order from them. This is 100% a scam, they make cheap clothing and couldn't care less about the customer.

I ordered 2 jeans from EMMIOL and i measured my size, they came in and they were SUPPEERRR small and did not match the photo on the website. I sent an email and they responded with that i had to take a picture of the Items, which i did. Ive been ghosted for over a week now... I NEED MY MONEY BACK IT WAS 80 EUROS! And im a broke student i need the money.

The items are not as they appear on the website and there isn't a way of getting a refund. They will bombard you with emails but when you need customer service they suddenly can't speak English. A huge scam. Based in China they aren't covered by UK/US retail laws. Its a lot of money for extremely cheap and badly made clothes. AVOID

The clothes I ordered looked much different in the photo than from what I ordered. (Don't try that "oh it's just a different body type from yours) It's just crap quality. The materials felt cheap not even close to worth the price I bought them at (ranged from $40-$70) these clothes should have been sold for maximum of $10 at best. They are just as bad as SHEIN but they are marked up to make you think that they are better quality than they actually are. Long story short, don't buy from them (unless it's accessories, their accessories aren't that bad just expensive) because it's bad quality and not worth the money.

After ordering a skirt from this questionable company, no return information, whatsoever, was provided. The skirt was sent to the address on the package. I was told it went to a third party center. They repeatedly asked for order & shipping information, which I provided for 2 Months. I asked for a partial refund of Any Kind since I spent money on the Item & on Shipping —Twice. After a 2 month run-around, I was told they would Not be refunding Anything. This is a despicable way to do business. Think Long & Hard before doing business with this company!

Beware...they make it really really really hard to make any returns for refund. I still haven't received my return authorization even though I've emailed them 10 times, ridiculous! I hate buying from China and will never do so again

I ordered 2 items for my daughter for school. After a month came and went, and school had started, I emailed customer service to issue a refund in full for the items I didn't receive. The very next morning, I receive an email that they were shipped. So I emailed them again and asked for their return address, because I plan to return the items (I don't want them anymore and neither does my daughter). Instead of relying with the return info, they try to talk me into keeping the items. I reply and threaten to report them to the BBB etc and the next day they reply and once again try to convince me to keep the items and even offered me a $5 discount on a future purchase. At this point I'm Pissed.so I'm still doing battle back and forth as I write this review. Wish me luck. I will NEVER EVER buy from this site again. Update: as you can see from the reply from customer service, they're still not sharing their return address. Speaks volumes, doesn't it?!?

If you want to get cheap quality clothes shop Romwe or AliExpress or Shein, Emmiol's customer service is horrendous. I got immediate buyers remorse after purchasing so I emailed them IMMEDIATELY asking for it to be cancelled and they BEGGED me not to cancel my order and was like "We are on promotion now and the price will rise up to the normal level. It would be a great pity to miss this discount. Could you please consider keeping your order again?"

I'm not one to leave negative reviews for companies but that put a NASTY taste in my mouth. Don't BEG for my money. Weirdos.

If the website doesn't have testimonials on it, it most likely sucks.

The problem starts with the fact that they bury deep in their small print that if somethig doesn't fot or is defective, you are responsible for sending it back to China for a refund. That will cost you 3 times what the piece of clothing costs. I purchased a pair of denim boy jeans that arrived with the crotch seam torn. I had to keep writing them over 4 weeks time, each time trying to explain with photos, pictures of the packaging, tracking etc. And their final resolution was to send the defective jeans back to China at my cost or take a reduced settlement. They waste your time and keep asking for the same information over and over and the items are defective. Order from a US company and avoid the massive headaches you will get from Emmoil!

I am very dissatisfied with your clothes. I have but two clothes, one jeans and rings. The quality is not good and the actual product is different from the photo. The sizes of all the products are not fit. And the app doesn't let me rates for a one star, this company is so weird and doesn't reply my email. I got on this website with my computer and it would freeze up my computer. When I would close it and open it up again, it would still be frozen. And it would automatically sign me out of my computer. It would also freeze my mouse so I couldn't move anything. I would give it a 1 out of 5 stars.

I received 2 of the 3 items I ordered. I was told 3rd item had not yet been processed. I asked for refund and they sent partial refund indicating that I did receive my order. Clothing is not true to size and is cheaply made.

Please please do your research before buying from this site. I basically found the exact same thing on shien for $50 cheaper. But that isn't even the main problem I have with Emmiol.

The main issue I have is that they take SO LONG to even just process the order. It has been 7 days and my order has not even been processed yet, let alone shipped and delivered. I am so disappointed because I really wanted my garment in time for halloween but now I see that I probably won't get it until much after. I understand that on the website it says that it takes upto 10 days to process but I have seen that other people have had the same issue and their order isn't processed until weeks later. I think this is unacceptable considering most websites process orders within the hour, honestly I think Emmiol is a scam and if you need your clothes by a certain time DO NOT order from here.

I order a XL jacket and I got a Medium size jacket that did not look like the one I ordered I ask them to send me return label and they refuse and you have to pay it cost $30 to ship the unusable jacket back to China they offer me 15%refund.I dispute the charges and credit card gave me the full refund I will never shop on this site they are cheating people out of their hard earn money

I love emmiol and their products I got a belt, denim jeans, and cute hoop earrings. The belt is just how I wanted it. It's cute and stylish. The jeans are baggy and good quality! And the earrings I'm probably going to wear every day
