This is an absolutely DISGUSTING company. This company is a total scam and you only care about my money. I ordered from Emmiol 6 months ago and I received part of my order and two of my items never even arrived despite my PAYING for them. And as soon as I saw how fake the material of your clothes was, I requested a refund. (One of the shirts even had a hole in it). I sent you the SKU number, and pictures of the clothes, the reason why I wanted a refund per your request. BUT STILL NO REFUND WAS GIVEN. I have called the company multiple times over the months and I have emailed AT LEAST 50 TIMES FOR A REFUND and you say that I have to accept only a 15% refund of the items and that I have to pay the return shipping fee. To say the least, I am absolutely horrified by how appalling this company is. I 100% regret buying from Emmiol. I would like a 100% refund and to keep the clothes considering I have been dealing with this for 6 months.
The shipping takes forever. I've never seen items sitting in neighboring facilities for so long. LA to compton, 3 days later back to LA. Then to El Campo. I have been waiting over a month!
I have placed an order with this website on the 30th of December and only received one item out of 3, it has been 3 weeks now. I contacted customer service through email of course there is not a number to get a hold of someone, convenient for them and supposedly going to be out of the office from the 14th through the 29th of this month smh. Hopefully I don't get jacked for my money because I spent nearly 100 bucks on my items. I don't recommend this place

I was sent the wrong item and when I notified them I was offered an escalating amount off the purchase to keep it. I continued to refuse as I didn't want the wrong item and was told the correct item was out of stock, despite the website continuing to show it available for purchase. They eventually told me I could get a refund if I shipped it back to China AT MY OWN EXPENSE and they would not reimburse me for shipping costs. The item I did get was very cheaply made. I would steer clear of this website unless you're ok gambling and losing.

It was not as pictured. Different seams and no elastic at waist. Made from a different material. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They refuse to give you your money back unles you pay to ship the junk back to China at your own expense.

I ordered 4 items and they all were expected to come within 7-12 business days. It has now been over 3 weeks and I have not received any of the items. 2 of the items were supposed to come for Halloween and now that Halloween is over, I do not need them anymore. When I emailed customer service to inquire about the items, they told me 2 items had been shipped and 2 had not been dispatched from the warehouse. The 2 items that had not been dispatched were the ones I needed for Halloween and they told me I could cancel them. I wrote back and said yes please cancel. They did not cancel and instead shipped them out and I wont get them for another 2 weeks. I called to speak to a representative who said there is nothing I can do and I will have to return them at my own expense. After I asked how I can return them, she said I will have to call and start the process. There is no easy way to do anything and customer service extremely not helpful. After I told the agent that they said I could cancel the order and I said yes please, she said it is better to call then email. On the website, it says email is recommended, which I did. Now this agent is telling me I should have called. Extremely dissapointing and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never order from here again.

The pants I ordered were extremely poor quality and it had an $80 price tag. My family thought it was a costume. It is extremely weird that to get a return you need to contact the company through email to ask for permission to return an item, however I did so because I was unhappy with my item and overall they didn't fit. I did not mention the poor quality of the item in my return request as I did not want to seem rude as I know its not a big company. I tried to be as nice as possible. When I received a response to my email the company tried to convince me to keep the item as "its popular" and I could "give them to a friend". Furthermore the email explained how it would not be worth it to try to return the item "As the return shipping charge is high and need a very long time till we received. Besides, the refund will only cover or part-cover the product price, not include the original shipping fee". This felt uncomfortable to me as I felt like I was being guilted/threatened into keeping the item. I replied confirming that I want a return and I once again received an email reiterating that a return is not worth it and Ill be losing money anyways. This whole experience has made me feel stressed out and sad. I just want my money back (as of sept 29 I still don't have it). Why are you being so hard on me.

Late shipping, bad quality, they are from China, worst customer service EVER! This Emmoil seller is by far the worst online seller I've ever met in 20 years. My godchild sent me this site because he wanted clothes for X'mas. I ordered 5 pieces, they had to ship separately the clothes did not make it for X'mas gift I had to spend more money on his gift. Their quality is so bad their clothes are way overpriced. ALL of their clothes and pants are way smaller and shorter than their size charts on website. One sweatshirt had a big hole on cuff because it's not sewed right. I asked for return and refund, they offered 10% refund without having me to ship back the items, I refused, they increased to 30% and I still refused. We won't even wear them for the bad quality and small sizes we just wanted to return them. They said we had to pay for shipping if want to ship these clothing back to their China office even if I sent several emails telling them it's their clothes which did not meet quality control standard they should pay for the return cost. After several back and forth emails they just ignored my complaint email! I emailed them again saying I'd start spreading bad reviews to other shoppers to let them know how bad of quality and customer service your shop is all about, they replied. But they still only offered 30% refund. At that point I only wanted to give up dealing with this China shop and knew I had to take time letting all of you know how bad this seller is. Now I also have to just donate these cheap bad quality clothings to a charity. This is the worst experience in my life, seriously. People, they do not accept any return, even if it's their fault. Plus, they are in China, they know you have no other ways of dealing with them and getting all of your money back. They SUCK!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought two items from them and they were nothing like the items I bought from the website. The pants the shirt NOTHING LIKE ON THE WEBSITE. They were the most low quality and they were nothing like what they sold me. I WAS SCAMMED. I contacted them for a return and they said I had to pay for the return shipping fees unless a quality issue is involved. I told them To pay for it since its their fault and theres a quality issue but they just dont understand. They keep repeating their sentences in every email over and over and over again. They take so long to reply to your email every time Ive been dealing with this issue for weeks. They dont care about their customers at all. Emmiol has proven to be unreliable, deceptive, and completely indifferent to the satisfaction and concerns of their customers.
The products I received were an absolute travesty. The quality issues were rampant and undeniable. The clothing I purchased looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. The fabric was laughably thin and fragile, tearing at the slightest touch. The jackets, jumpers, and tops were a showcase of shoddy craftsmanship, completely lacking the promised quality in both material and design.
To top it off, the jeans were tailor-made for some otherworldly shape, disregarding any consideration for a normal person's figure. The tops were disfigured and poorly constructed, reflecting a complete lack of attention to detail.
The epitome of their deception came when I explicitly asked them to cover the return shipping fee due to the obvious quality problems, which they initially agreed to. They even requested a photo of the shipping receipt for a promised refund (see attached photo). However, once I posted the return, they shamelessly backtracked on their commitment, leaving me to bear the return shipping cost myself, a significant amount totaling around $100 AUD.
Emmiol's behavior is beyond disappointing; they are outright liars who break their promises and attempt to gaslight customers into accepting inferior products under the guise of nonexistent "quality issues" just because they don't have "any holes or physical damage". This experience has left me utterly dissatisfied, and I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Emmiol. Steer clear and save yourself the headache and financial loss.
