Empire Covers

I rarely write reviews in this day and age, but Empire Covers and two of its employees deserve kudos. I own a 1989 Jaguar XJS V12 which needed a cover. I purchased one from Empire and believe what I received was the wrong size. I called their customer service department and spoke to Phil, one of their representatives. If I had a business, I would hire him away from Empire. First he listened, which so many reps don't do. And then he reacted. He took ownership of his job and went to management and laid out a case which in the end favoured me with a new cover as a courtesy. I would recommend Empire Covers to anyone desiring old fashioned customer service while selling a quality product. I also passed on this information to Phil's supervisor Emily who was a pleasure to speak with which is why I am including her in this review. She obviously knows her stuff and hires the right people to put in front of the public. I firmly believe they operate on a platform of listing to and appreciating their customers thus growing the business.

I had to wait not even knowing when the order would be shipped because of manufacturing problems and supply issues. My ATV cover finally arrived and it was worth the wait.

The patio furniture cover arrived with a broken hook. After a minimal procedure, another was sent without hassle. Excellent service and the product seems good.

Bought a cover for my 16 stang and the quality is like nothing I've ever seen before. I've had covers for 20 years now from everyone. This cover blows them all away. I will be a customer for life.

Ordered a cover from this website on May 24th for my F150 truck. When the cover arrived on June 5th I noticed the cover was a "Budge" cover. Having previously owned a "Budge" cover that only lasted one year I didn't even bother taking the cover out of the box as "Budge" covers are horrible quality. On the same day that I received the cover I submitted a return request. Two weeks later I still did not receive a response from EmpireCovers so I tried calling Budge directly on June 17th. After waiting on hold for over an hour I finally spoke to "Todd" at Budge who told me I would receive an email with the return shipping label. Just checked my email and now I received a response back from EmpireCovers indicating my request was outside of their 30 day return policy! I am now back on hold (going on 90 minutes) to try to speak with someone at Budge to return this horrible cover. Please do not give them your business as they are Shysters!

Put this cover on my '81Valco aluminum boat along with the cover supposed and everything fit perfect. A good rain was no problem for the cover—water beaded up and ran right off. Very pleased

The Empire cover fits my 14' Lowe Colt very well. This is my second one. First one lasted about 5 years. Satisfied with the purchase. No freight charge.

The cover was received in good condition and fits well. It's thinner than expected and we really wanted the higher quality cover, but it was out of stock. We're hoping this one will work well.

Cover is for 18-20' boat so fits a bit loose. With the extra pole to hold cover up it eliminates rain pooling. The built in rope with pullies ensures a reasonable fit. It isn't custom but it works.

I bought my mom a cover for her station wagon. She loves it. My dad is thinking about getting one for himself, but the front end of the car is already dinged so hes not sure its worth it.

The cover was to be for a 2023 Lund Furry 1600 and the box said 14-16 foot boat. We have not received our new Lund yet but it is 16.3 foot in length and and I hope the cover will fit!

I wanted a soft and well fitting car cover. I received more than I expected. Best cover I own and I have a few others which cost much more. Used only for indoors.

Everything came as advertised. Both the Bimini top and boat cover work to perfection and zero leaks with the cover. Been in NC and had some heavy rain.

We purchased this unit for a short term solution to keep some product dry, we were expecting something to last about 3 years however it lasted only 1 year. After contacting customer service asking for some sort of help or to buy a replacement cover they were not willing to help at all.

Hello We purchased a CPBR10 8D Carport and unfortunately it is already destroyed. Our order# was *******. We know this product only had a limited warranty and I am sure it is out of warranty. However can you guys do anything to help us out getting a replacement cover?

I'm sorry but we do not sell replacement carport parts.

No, we have never had replacement parts available and no representative would have told you otherwise.

Ok, What is the warranty on that unit.

It had a 90 limited manufacturer warranty.

So basically We paid $1000 for a product and now we are just out of luck?

I'm sorry but we cannot further assist you. We do not sell replacement parts and this carport is well outside of the warranty.

I length is good, but cover is way too big for my express. Your site said it fit, just not how it fit? I keep the boat in a boat house, so I will just live with it..

I placed my order for my vette cover and less than a week later it was at my door. Happy with the quality and protection I've seen it give my baby. Good stuff all around.

I bought my truck cover about a year ago and it's cut down on the washing and waxing I used to have to do. Now I just take the cover off and the truck is ready to go. Thanks

I purchased a cover for my car back in October 2018 with a 7 year warranty. A few months ago, the top of the cover began to flake. I contacted customer service and spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. He sent me a copy of my original invoice and instructed me how to file a claim. Within 7 days of my request, the replacement cover arrived at my house. UNBELEIVABLE SUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS DAY AND AGE. I recommend them for your covers without hesitation.

My order showed up in a box that was falling apart, with the packing tape falling off and the sides of the box, torn to the point of the contents falling out.
