I needed a bimini sun top for my very old pontoon boat that came along with a small home I bought on a small lake. After calling Cabellas and Bass Pro, I was convinced that I would never find a top to fit my boat. Because that is what they both told me. It was like they didn't want to sell me a top? After I contacted Empire, from seeing an ad, I was reluctant when they said it would be no problem to find a good top that would fit. And the low prices, just over $300, made me more skeptical because they were hundreds lower than other companies. In short, I would be getting an approximately an 8' x 8' gorgeous canvas top, all attachments, poles, hardware, sock for when not in use, free shipping, and a guarantee. Too hard to believe.

My neighbors helped me take a few measurements and I talked with a rep named Danielle no less than 4 times over two weeks. She couldn't have been more understating, knowledgeable, and fun as well! I was afraid to place the order. She helped me make sure I had measured right, and told me about their guarantees. I decided to order the railes or poles and junk the old, beat up and dented hardware attached to the boat. Thanks to her, and with nothing to lose, I ordered it and I couldn't have been happier! It came quickly, and was amazingly easy to install. It looks great! Made my boat look so much newer. Cost less than Cabellas or Bass Pro. And if it fades with age after some years, all I have to do is reorder the same top, (for about $100 since I already have the frame), And it will fit! Customer service was great and as I was so worried about ordering the wrong size, I was assured that if I measured wrong, they would replace it for the right size. I could not be more pleased and I will be ordering a boat cover for the winter!

Had contacted several sites to purchase a high quality boat cover for my recently purchased classic garage kept 1990 Proline 18'6" long by 9' wide boat! Not one of the prior sites were able to sell me the exact proper fitting cover for my old classic Proline? When I did find a site; Seal Skin, the lowest price available with there so called 50% Off for Labor Day and a additional 10% discount came to $220.00. Minus the $20 for a grand total cost of $200. I first spoke to Jason, then on the second day reached Chad, the mgr. For Empire Covers, and both were excellent top shelf customer service personnel. Chad needed some extra precise measurements to account for my taller center console of 52" after giving Chad the new figures, he found me the exact and correct item # for my old Proline, gave me a huge 15% discount and then closed my purchase by discounting a high quality engine cover for my110 Evenrude motor, the final grand total cost for both the 1200 Denier cover plus the boat cover came to: $175.00! I was totally surprised to finally be told that they had the correct fitting size for the boat cover, add the additional low cost motor cover, so far; Empire Covers truly Knocked my purchase out of the Park! Time will be the final deciding factor, will follow up after I actually receive the two covers, and then most importantly, will be able to know the Real Truth as too the quality of the 1200 denier rated boat cover, as well as the motor cover, the super brutal harsh NE Jax, Fl climate and weather offering stupid hot UV rays and boiling hot sun 365, and the current everyday down pours, and the winds that go with the late afternoon rain storms, mother nature will decide if the Empire Covers are made to stand up to the harsh conditions that I experience everyday in my Jacksonville Trout River environment. So far nothing but 5-Star Customer Service from Jason and Chad, will submit actual cover quality once they both are on the boat and are exposed to God and Mother Natures powers!

Cover too short, also it doesn't cover the bottom of my car, I will never buy again

Works great. RV site under fir trees and wet conditions. This cover keeps it dry and clean.
