We bought patio furniture covers to protect from the sun, dust, and rain here in the southwest. Empire covers are very high quality. We had rain a couple days ago and there are still some beaded water bubbles sitting on top of the covers. When I measured I didn't allow for the angles on a square fire-pit with 4 chairs around it and had to exchange it. Their customer service was exemplary. Just wish we'd ordered them a few years ago.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Never respond to emails or phone voice mail messages. Used fit tool for a boat cover, and The cover sent was to small. Would not exchange, did offer to take it back but sent no return tag or shipping info so shipping costs were out of my pocket. Sat on phone for 45 minutes and finally got a customer rep who at best was indifferent bordering on rude. Said he was going to transfer me to another rep than hung up on me. Never buy from them again.
I am very pleased with the quality of these covers. I was hesitant to buy such a small size. But the measurements given on the website were very helpful. They fit exactly as I hoped - not too much excess. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery but when I contacted the company T was very helpful, responsive and took immediate action. I ordered 2 Empire Covers for my outdoor furniture which are supposed to come with 7 year guarantees. Instead you sent me Budge Covers with no such guaranty reference. They look nice, and when the winter weather clears I could try them out. But I'd like a receipt sent to me with the 7 year guaranty I expected. I'd also like to know why I received Budge rather than Empire.
We ordered a Bimini cover for our ski boat and after waiting past guaranteed delivery date, the item received was not on the wrong color but for a different boat set up entirely. We tried to contact Empire several times via telephone, email and through their "robot chat" btw there's no way that a human is on the other end of the conversation and we have not gotten anywhere with these people as far as a return and having the cover the we ordered and paid for sent out right away due to their error. This is not worth the headache and frustration!
I just received my beautiful new 11 ft umbrella. It was shipped promptly and arrived fully assembled. All I had to do was stick it in the stand. The skeleton seems sturdy and the canvas heavy.

My classic 68 Mustang demands the best. I get it detailed monthly and cover it anytime I'm not driving it around. And it's my weekend car so that's not often. So I wanted to find a cover that would treat it right. Keep it clean. Keep it dry. My neighbor told me about empirecovers.com. After looking at their site I was happy with the warranty and listed protection. So far so good. I'll be calling them back for my Skidoo covers soon.
I have a Jeep Wrangler and keep the top down all summer. With no garage, I spent a bit of time comparing different websites and products looking for the best cover to keep it dry when the top is down. The reviews and products of empire covers looked best. Even with inches of heavy downpours, the jeep stays completely dry. It does sag in the middle from weight of water but I climb inside after finished raining and push up on the middle to drain off water. Cover is high quality material and deflects sun to reduce heat and protect the finish. And delivered right on date expected
I bought two covers, one for my 1973 Ford Mach 1, one for my 1967 Mustang Coupe. I didn't realize at the time, they are the same length covers. I tried one on my 73 Mach today, way too short. The 73 and 67 are no where near the same length. I even double checked the website today, if you order a custom one for a 73 it is the same as the 67, there website is wrong. Now I have a cover I can nor use. They will not return the unused cover. What a rotten company. Stay away.

The make, model, year selector is not to order a custom cover but to assist in choosing a size. Like most retailers we have a 30 day return policy that was clearly missed since you purchased your covers in February and it is not May. We hope that you find covers that will work for your vehicles.

What junk. I have been dealing with customer service for 3 months on a replacement.
The slightest breeze flips it off. It has ripped in to spots and the grommets have torn out.
My biggest gripe is the horrible and slow customer service.
Empire covers sells Covers manufactured by Budge Covers. Some products can have the same product ID numbers and different warranty lengths sold through different vendors and sales channels. The customer received exactly what he ordered and the cover will certainly carry a warranty that is listed on empire.com.
A return and replacement of the product is not necessary as the Cover is listed properly on the website. However we do understand the customers Point of view and are willing to offer him a full refund.
We have asked the customer to contact us to work on a resolution but have yet to receive any response.
Little challenging to put on first time alone. But, I am looking forward to the protection it will afford my boat. Wish you could order outboard motor cover to go along with boat cover. Great price, bought on sale. All in all pleased with the purchase. Thanks for great cover.

I have a 2005 Harris Kaybot Pontoon Boat and the bimini top ripped with snow on it in the winter. I priced several others at $600 to $800 or more, some of which included new poles, which would have meant new drilling. When I went to Empire covers and plugged in the data on the boat, size, square not round, it came up with a bimini cover that was only $200, which dropped to $185 with the discount. I called customer service, which was very helpful and warned me that it may not fit. They were clear that there would be a 20% restocking fee. I thought it was worth the risk, so I ordered the cover and got it in about 5 days by Fedex with free shipping. What was great is that it fit really well. All the zippers lined up and were easy to work and appear very solid. There is about one-inch of "slack" in the cover, but it is hardly noticeable. I saved hundreds and appreciate a reliable company enough to write this review.

I went to purchase a motorcycle cover and it said Free shipping in TWO 2 spots next to the item. I went to check out and it added a $10 shipping fee. I chatted with their customer service and they said I needed $50 to get the free shipping. I sent her a copy of the page I saw and she said there was an * next to the Free shipping and I needed to click on the banner to see I don't get free shipping. There was absolutely nothing that indicated the * linked to anything about shipping on the face of the screen. She said she would talk to the web designers and I told her it was false advertisement and that I would purchase the item elsewhere.
Love my boat cover. The fabric is exactly what I was looking for. Planning to order another cover maybe little longer to cover the motor. I will recommend your company to family and friends. Thank you so much.

I have a unique teak wood patio table that needed a cover. I tried to find one via google. No one had the right size until I hit on the Empire site. I put in the measurements, picked the color sent in the order and when the cover arrived it fit perfectly. I now know where to go. EMPIRE. PS, I live in northern Alberta Canada, the weather is extreme. The cover I received is strong and tough. Thank you Empire.
I received 2 of the 4 pieces I ordered, a loveseat cover and a coffee table cover. They are not responding to my emails and phone calls regarding the 2 chair covers. I've spent almost $100 and not only haven't received the entire order but the products that I have are very cheap material and ill-fitting. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this company and would never recommend them.

Empire Covers has a NO postage paid Return policy. Whether you open the box or not you will pay for its return. That can be as much as $155.00. I decided to return my un-opened cover costing me a quarter of its total sale price. And there's a restocking fee that will be deducted from my Return. It cost me alot of money to do direct business with this company. If you've opened your cover then the cover will be inspected (with a fee likely charged) and maybe your defect will be spotted and money returned... either way you will have paid for its return.

You will pay the shipping for any return AND a restocking fee will come out of your Return.

I had been hunting for a good boat cover and was having trouble finding one that was a good price and good quality. After some confusion I called customer service and quickly had my call answered and helped with my purchase. The cover arrived fast and has held up great. Really happy!
First mistake was Googling "Taylor Made" and not paying attention that empire popped up under search. Have had Taylor products before and they are top quality & the best on the market.
Second mistake ordering from these jokers and then having replacement shoulder surgery the next week. Wasn't able to try cover for a few weeks and their 30 warranty expired. When trying cover it was like putting a C-cup bra on a D-cup size if you know what I mean. Only one of the tie straps was long enough (bow) and that was barely. Called customer service and got the same Could care less response.
Beware of these guys.
I ordered a cover directly from the company. It was HUGE -- looked like a big, saggy diaper sitting on my car. Long story short, they finally admitted they sent one that was too big (the algorithm that figures out which cover fits which car didn't go a good job), but they would only exchange for "a smaller one" that is said to be 2 ft. Shorter but just as wide and high. Crazy. So I asked for return authorization, and, wouldn't you know it? I have to pay return shipping.
All the comments from the rep bordered on legalese ("the website never says it's a custom cover" or "you'll note there is no picture of the cover on your particular model"), which suggests I am not the first person to find these covers problematic. Buyer beware.
I needed a new cover for my boat after the hurricane and finally pulled the trigger and could not be happier with the product. The cover fits perfectly and was delivered very quickly. I followed their size guide and it worked perfect.

Cover is decent quality, only used to keep dust off the car in the garage. Clearly meant to fit more than just a mustang. Pretty much fits the car like the 'house coats' my 300+ pound mother in law used to wear.
