Empire Covers

So after I emailed them I waited 4 day's for a return number they have to have wrote on box. They offered no return shipping. When I went to FedEx their label said 1lb lady said she doesn't know how they can get away with this 1lb label my cover weighs 59lbs was going to cost 141.00 to return. And with the 10 percent restock fee was going to be half of cost of cover
My guess is they do not get many returns because of this practice. I would not recommend them to anyone for this reason. Reason for return I didn't care for the material it was made of.

Ordered a boat cover that was said to fit my boat and it's way to small sent them emails about it and it took them a month to get back with me sent it back and now another month has passed and still have not been reimbursed tryed calling them but have set on the phone for 45 min with no answer would never buy from them or recommend them to anyone

To early for a judgement as cover placed today on freshly washed/waxed vehicle. Package arrived in good condition and delivered in timely fashion. Needed to call customer service as no instructions were included...needed a hint as to which was front or which was the rear. Warranty info refers to a boat cover? BudgeCovers Customer Service was kind to explain generic warranty info and sent email with instructions.

I had a problem when I placed my order. I selected the wrong model truck and ended up with a cover that didn't fit right. I rang up customer service and told them I goofed and they made it easy to swap the covers for one that would fit and work. The representative was friendly and the instructions they provided me for the swap were so easy even I could understand.

I contacted Empire and they sent me a prepaid FedEx pick up label and will send a full refund. They did the right thing and I have no complaints. Refund to arrive within 10 days. They do not have a smaller cover to fit my SL550.

I bought a cover for my Carolina skiff to use for winter storage and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The cover held up great through the Michigan winter and the boat has never looked better. Thanks for the quality product EmpireCovers!

Update to my 4/28/21 post, "Disappointed BUD*******", shortly after my post Budge emailed and said they found my return info that they had requested and would and have issued a full refund. Did I pull the trigger too quick? Guess we will never know but I would like to reach out to Budge and thank them for doing the right thing! 5 STARS

I had an old 72 chevy and had it painted and the Texas sun was ruining my car but when I got the Empire cover it saved my car from the hot sun in Texas. I put my hand under the cover and my car was cool. The cover that I got this year doesn't protect my car so I researched back to see where I bought that cover and it was Empire Covers. I have an old 94 legend and I want to protect it from this terrible sun. Can't wait to get my cover for my car because they tell us we will have this horrible hot sun till October. Tripple digits for the past 44 days. Empire Car Covers are the best. Don't buy any other product. They also last a long time. Best car cover ever.

I ordered two covers. Been waiting a few weeks so I called. Was told one of the items was out of stock so the cancelled the entire order. No email no contact with me. If I hadn't called I would never have known

Pollen is bad in southeastern NC--everything gets covered in green and I didn't want to have to deal with it this season since I purchased new furniture. What was I thinking--I bought white patio chairs?. In my search for a cover, I stumbled upon Empire Covers website and found their Medium Bar Table and Chairs Combo Cover 80 in Diameter I placed an order which arrived quickly and on time. The cover fits perfectly, is made of quality material and I love it! Thank you Empire Covers!

We own 2 of these. We bought one for my husbands F150 Pick up and one for my Mazda CX-7. They fit like a glove. They are light but very well made. They go on like a fitted sheet. We have had them on our car and truck for only about 1 month. They go on and off real easy. It takes us a few minutes to take off and about 5 minutes to put them on. Love them.

I purchased a boat cover from Empire. I paid $160+$65 Handling and $30 tax=$255. When it was delivered Canada Border Services charged me an additional $35 ($25 Gst+$10 handling). I contacted Empire, they told me to fill out the request form for Canada Border Services stating Empire had paid all taxes and duties. Canada Border Services mailed me back stating I needed to go to Empire to collect taxes and handling fees. I called Empire, they said I needed to read the policy on their website stating additional duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery.

I asked for a return of the product the sold me.

Instead of helping me with my request they send me to a 3rd party company to request a return.

I though I was buying my cover from Empire. If I would have know they don't stand by their orders I would have gone direct.

I highly recommend Empire for boat Biminis. We order a new frame and bimini canvas from Empire. It came sooner than I expected, fit great, and looked better than expected. It is a heavy material. We then had a problem, because of something on our part and they helped us out- again better than expected!

My covers arrived in a few days, was apprised of shipping steps. Bourgt 3 different size covers was veery happy with the fit and quality, would come back actuall will need two different covers once i purchase furn and grill. My only disappointed, paid freight and discount day after on my computer was 15 percent better and also more recent same. I try to compare you to covers.com. Thanks Again.

My order was shipped and delivered, however, I did not receive it. The customer service people at Empire Covers replaced and shipped the order almost immediately. I was concerned that since it was my first order that they would think that I was scamming them. They were very kind and helpful. I wish I had some idea about what happened to the original order because I would like to be able to return to them, but I really appreciate how they handled my problem. THANK YOU.

I called them up to find a good cover for my 1998 chevy. The truck only had 20k miles on it so it's like a new one, So happy with the person that helped me pick the cover out and the cover itself. They were frindly and helpful and the cover is great. Good stuff all round.

My search for a quality SUV cover for my Suburban took me to empire and I couldn't be happier that I came across their website. My Suburban only has 35k miles on it and I take better care of it than most things in my life (just ask my wife). Anyways, I ended up with their Titan 5L cover which has proven to be fully waterproof and gentile on my paint. We're well past a year now of use and the cover looks the same as the day it arrived on my porch. I'll be going back to empirecovers for all my other vehicles and covers. I saw they had patio covers in their catalog so I'll be ordering them up come the spring time.

Ordered car cover for 2011 mustang convertible. Car cover stayed on and did well for first snow fall. When wind kicked up, cover blew off (Secured with cable and lock provided by Empire) dragged lock across body scratching fender and ripped corner of cover. When we returned the cover they charged us for the return shipping and did not refund us the initial shipping charge. BAD COVER ------ BAD BUSINESS

Save your money and shop on Holidays.
Bought a truck cover late April, then on Mother's day it was $20 lower.
Empire refunded the difference. Great customer service.

Had an issue and they reached out right away to get it resolved. Good customer service is hard to find and I honestly was not expecting them to reach out. (order number *******).
