Empire Covers is a awesome place to shop. They have speedy delivery and if you have to return your item they are speedy to either send a replacement or I'm sure to credit you your money back. Purchased a stretchy car cover for my Porche 9114S that is suppose to form fitting, after all they are asking the exact shape of your car. Way too Big. Goes to the ground. 40% too big. Read their return policy. Not worth trying to send back... Good luck..

Just put my new red titan indoor cover on today and love the look, feel and fit. If your looking for a cover for just indoor use then this is a great cover. Fills like silk on outside and fleece on the inside to protect paint. My 70 chevelle is well protected.

Ordered this cover to replace the factory one that was shot. Fits exactly as advertised. Works great while on the trailer but had to do some finagling to make it work while in the slip. Overall it's a great value!

I am very disappointed with my new truck camper cover from Empire Covers. It's supposed to fit truck campers up to 12' in length. My camper is 11'6" and I cannot get the cover to fit properly.

They did offer me the opportunity to return it but I elected to keep it. I have it on my camper but it looks like a man in a small boy's shirt. If they just made the cover to actually fit a 12' camper it would be perfect. I do not have a large camper, these are just made way too small.

My VW bug is my baby and I needed to pamper it with something soft and strong. I tried a few other covers over the years and none have protected as well as the one I purchase from Empire last year. The cover has a soft inner layer and has proven to be waterproof. My vintage bug looks almost as good as it did the day I bought it.

I am very happy with the quality of the cover and it the fit.
I really appreciated that it was marked front so that I had a sense of what direction to start in. This made the installation much easier.

After searching a few websites and having a few bad experiences. Empire provided me with a great boat cover that didn't break the bank. I called customer service to ask about the material and delviery and they were fast and friendly. Answered the phone right away.

We received our RV and Wheel covers. I can't say enough good things about Empire covers. I contacted customer service when we received the wrong size cover and no wheel covers. They immediately sent out the correct Rv cover and the wheel covers, and we received them in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

Revising my original review after being disappointed about return shipping and restock charges for a cover that did not fit according to their catalog. I would like to update and let everyone know the cover is very nice once you have the right size the quality is pretty good for the price and it looks nice on the boat I found customer service very helpful when I had a question and extremely quick to respond do not be afraid to buy a Bimini boat cover from Empirev covers

I just wanted to voice my disappointment with this company's product, customer service, and website in general. First, my order was delivered late. I placed my order on a Thurs. And did not receive my order until the following Tues. I paid for TWO DAY shipping. When I called to inquire about my order I was treated with disrespect and in a condescending manner. In addition, I had to call twice to receive an answer from their staff. My original phone call was never returned when they said they would call back. I also never received a confirmation e-mail or tracking number with my order. I've used their product for three months now and it is already deteriorating, tearing, and fading. I will not buy from this company again. I will not recommend them to friends or acquaintances and will continue to write poor reviews this company and their customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Received my cover for my BMW Z4 in a timely fashion. The cover is nice but the attaching clips are useless. Went away for 10 days and the cover blew off 3 times. My neighbor attached it in my absence and I finally said to leave it off. Very disappointed. Will be home in a couple of days and would love to return it.

I received my cover earlier than expected, but I have yet to test it out. I am traveling from Colorado to New Jersey on Saturday June 3rd. I will get back to my review and let you guys know how the cover handles the wind.

A friend passed a link to your site because he knew I was going to buy a car cover. Since I knew he had used your online service and liked it, I trusted your site. I was impressed by the specificity of the questions for the cover. I was pleased that you followed up with an email to tell me when it was shipped. I have been using the cover for a few weeks now and it is a nicer cover than I have ever had, of course it is also the most expensive cover that I ever had as well. I will see how durable it is over time and then decide if I will buy another cover like this or go back to a more generic lesser expensive cover. Overall it was a good experience.

I give this company 5 stars. The price for my car cover was reasonable, and the customer service was great. My apartment management over looked my package and so I called the company on Saturday. They answered the phone promptly and verified all the information on the address was correct. I went back to the apartment office and my package was there. The apartment management again had overlooked my package. I recommend this company and will purchase from them in the future. Thank you.

I purchased two jet ski covers in 2015 and paid extra for the ones with the best warranty. I had to send them back after a year as both had tears in them due to no reinforcement in the front. Bottom line is, when I called the company for warrantee information they gave me the number to another company, and told me I would have to call that number and order for warranty information. I sent them out following all paperwork procedures. After over two weeks of waiting to hear the status of my warranty I had to call the company back and was told that "they have not got my to my order as they have a "stack of them, and to call back in a week". I then contacted Empire covers only to be told again that they don't handle any warranties they just sell the product This is not a good company to deal with in regards to the backing, and following through on warranty issues as it's just " passing the buck". I will no longer be dealing with a company with these types of poor business practices.

I love Empire Covers. They have great covers, really good quality and their prices are fantastic. Their shipping is extremely fast too. I have had three covers and I am completely satisfied with Empire Covers, you can purchase with confidence.

The whole processes was enjoyable. I chatted with a representative in the live chat and found a cover that I was happy with. The cover arrived fast and has been doing a great job of keeping my bike clean.

I ordered a Empire bimini top from Budgecovers. Metal frame work arrived first and was correct for the order. The fabric part arrived next day and was wrong size and color. I reached out to budge and was referred off to Empire. I have made multiple attempts at contacting both companies for over 6 weeks with NO response. Terrible customer service. Stay away from these jokers. Got the money to hell with the customer.
