I have a refrigerator less than month old, is faulty, will do nothing to warrant it, want me to pay for engineer report to clarify fault even though received pictures and videos of fault, customer service team unhelpful, do not return phone call and customer service manager Samantha when you do get hold of her awful! Read the terms and conditions, and all the other reviews on this company! If i can give no stars i would over £700 spent for a item that never worked. I am taking this to trading standards

This website is a scam. It will charge you and you will never get your items. Good luck contacting them or even finding phone number. Numerous emails went unanswered and the product never arrived. Your only bet is to call your credit card company and hope they refund your money
Apparently this company has been scamming people for a while now. You place an order and never receive your items. Phone calls and e-mails go unanswered. Reported them to the New Jersey BBB with no results. Stay away from these cheaters!
