Quick delivery (last my purchase on other e-shop turned to nightmare) 10 days I think it decent enough. Rather low prices for goods I willing to buy. Responsive support (there was some error during registration guys helped me to solve). 10/10

I started in Sept 2016 with my order was jacked around for 3 1/2 month paid a deposit to verify my account my. Account was sold to 2 different companies Monterey financial is the holder now. Called to update payment info. Spent over hour trying to get to the right people having to repeat all my personal information finally think I'm done wrong... I ask to get my balance it should be almost paid off, since it was for 12 month contract based on my credit history. Well they informed me that my balance was 2200. 00 and it was for 24 months, And I would need to contact emporium to find out why. I call emporium who says they can't help me I need to contact Monterey that who has the contract now!# I explained that they said they couldn't help me I need to talk to you. I will never order again. From this outfit again stuff is cheap, bought two Children ipad which lasted 2 1/2 month. Clothing was $#*!, sizing off bought a man's extra large could have fit my 12yo grandson that was a boys medium
Still waiting on my order, its been over 3 weeks, customer service sais its in the warehouse waiting to ship. The have been telling me that for two weeks. Doubt I'm getting my stuff on time for Christmas. I'm pissed

I found in this store and ordered for myself a watch Casio Classic Quartz Watch for Men. The order was made on the website of the store and when the manager called, I found out about him about the method of delivery and payment. The order came on time, as it was said by the manager. I paid for the hours and delivery after I checked the condition and the robot clock. Everything was good and delivered exactly what I ordered. Thank you store.
I bought a desk for a standing desk. It wobbled so bad, there was no way to use my Macbook on it. I wrote customer service to return it. Like others here, I received the initial response, then nothing. Horrible experience.
Was taken for $500.00 as they could not spend the 2 minutes to verify a fake or real watch. All any one has to do is check UTUBE and see how easy it is the check for a fake Rolex to bad they are so dishonest
I opened my account several months ago and have been trying to order from them every since. But when trying to check out it tells me that my social is in use in another application. Including today, I have placed 8 calls to get this corrected so I could orer. Each time I was told that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Lies! Have yet to receive a return call or have my problem addressed. Today I ask for a supervisor and was told there are none on duty because it is Saturday. At that point I requested they close my account. Now they say it will take 72 hours to close. The customer NO service stinks. As I said previously DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

I ordered the standing desk from this company over 3 months ago and still have not received anything. Similar to other reviewers, "customer service" responded to my initial email but I have not heard anything back since (I've sent 4 emails to follow up). It's a complete SCAM and I have not been able to secure a refund for a product that I will never, ever receive. I recommend NEVER ordering from this company so you don't lose your money the way I did.

So I would lIke to get some people together and we are going to start a class action lawsuit against Emporium.com to retrieve any monies owed to you and to people who have gone through them and have had money taken from there banks and no product delivered. I ordered a couch last December and then cancelled it because it was taking FOREVER to get to me. They have charged me since for a couch I do not have at all. I have tried calling the company to get this refunded, however, they just throw you around in circles, same with their email support.
I just want to stop paying for this couch I cancelled and you HAVE documentation of that cancellation and I want my money back, please.

They sent the wrong item. They sent the WRONG item and told me that I had to pay to ship it back because I should know their policy. Yes, their policy applies to the items that I purchased, they did not send me the right item that I purchased which I see they do frequently. I'll never use this company again.
I hadn't been to The Emporium since it opened several years ago. I was just in and couldn't believe how great it is now. We found some amazing barn wood, a vintage windmill and a chandelier for our new home. OMG-It is my new favorite place to shop. We came down from Longmont and it was completely worth the drive!
Bought AOC monitor (18.5 inches) here, just for office work, not more. Wanted to get it through some spec offer, but there wasn't one. AOC was delivered after 15 days (well I hoped for 10 little dissapointed here). After unboxing and pluging in - looks fully functioning. Will update status soon.
My story is the same, but with one twist they finally issued me a refund check which was returned from my bank non sufficient funds. Stay far away from this company you have been warned!

I never write reviews... with that said, don't order from them. I think it's a scam. Currently going through my Wells Fargo claims department in an attempt to get my money back.
It's been more than 2 months since I placed an order and they actually had the nerve to tell me the "ship carrying my merch to the U.S. SUNK!" they actually said a boat sunk. I've never once gotten a working tracking #, their customer "service" is $#*!ing pathetic. I've already filed a complaint with PayPal and WILL get my money back, but $#*! this place. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THEM.
Took 6 weeks to receive. I tried to cancel. Then they said would refund me 50% of purchase if I kept the item. Still waiting for my refund. Do not buy from this company!

I have been having the WORST experience with this company for an item that I ordered back in JULY! First, the item took forever to arrive - then, it was sent to the wrong address! - then, it was finally delivered but was DAMAGED - then, I contacted support and they told me to send evidence and that they would send me another one - i did that and I did not hear ANYTHING back. THEN I contacted Support on Facebook who also asked for evidence (which I sent, AGAIN) and they again assured me that they were going to send me an express shipment right away, a new product - THEN they said they would send me tracking information "in a few days" but it's been almost two weeks!
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I've ever received and I'm utterly disappointed! I wish I had come across all these reviews before buying a product from them. DO NOT BUY from them, they're THE WORST!

I place a pre-order on 4/18 with the expectations it would arrive sometime in May. It's now 6/26 and I still HAVE NOT received my order. I emailed them an they said due to Covid things were behind. Ordered in October... said it shipped on October 31st. Then November 15th said problem with tracking numbers but will not delay shipment. Then get email on December 9th that item is reordered. Told them I want to cancel. They ignored me and reshipped on December 18th. Doubt I will ever get it! But they have had my $ since October 26th!
