I ordered a gps then cancelled same day they took money from my account and then again a month later still trying to get my money back, never did get gps be cautious when ordering from them

I ordered on 11/16/2016 for Christmas and been calling and they say it has been shipped well still didn't get it so called today and they said it was not in stock that I am not getting it and I can't order again for 90 days it is not my fault that it is not in stock at first they said that it was shipped so how can they now say it is not in stock this is a bad sight please don't even waist your time and money they took my down payment and said they are going to sand my money in the mail and they will not take anything out of my account if they do I will get in touch with my lawyer and try to put a stop to them doing this to other people so just be aware of them now I don't have the Christmas present that I thought I would have and it is so close to Christmas go with finger hut they stand by what they say

They sent the wrong item - asked for pictures (sent) - I had to leave town for a family emergency and the tracking number is not available - RMA is on the package - both sides - I will miss the deadline to provide the tracking information - it is about 35.00 that I will lose - DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY

I placed my order in November. Paid deposit on December 9. These were Christmas presents for my son and father. Got an email that they would be delayed until Dec 28. On Dec 30 I got an email that they would be taking payments out of my account starting in January. I called and talked to customer service. They said thwey would not take payments out of my account until I received the items. That was a flat out lie. On Jan 4 they took the first payment out of my account. I called customer service again and asked to talk to the supervisor. They put someone on that said he was from the upper management. I told him that my account was now overdrawn because they took out a payment before I received my products and I was not expecting it. He said he would put a request in to reverse the payment. It never happened. He also said that my items should be shipped within the next week. Then I got another email saying that my items were backordered and shipment was delayed. I sent an email to customer service asking when they would be shipping out my items. They said they would send them out as soon as they became available in the warehouse. It is now Jan 29. I have sent an email requesting a full refund and cancel order. I said that I would start fraud proceedings if I did not get an answer back immediately. Now I will have to find another way to get Christmas for my dad and son. SUPER SCAM!

Charged me 1,000 for 3 comouters that have never been shipped. The items that were shipped 2 board games for $60 which i offered to return but they never sent a return slip. I have Taped phone records ive been calling them for over a year asian sales people with rude attitudes who can barely speak english. Lying saying my account is closed and cancelled but everytime i call its oh maam i will cancel it now smh LIES! I made a police report and reported them to credit karma and other sites with my proof hopefully soon they will be removed. WARNING DON'T USE WITH COMPANY STAT AWAY. MARIA6087

Very sad to do - I had to give a one star rating.
First order, hat & shield - POOR.
-- Hat barely fits me, it is a small size for me & too large for my wife. Plus - that plastic face shield that comes with it - you have to attach it via the velcro on the hat and it AIN'T smooth. You have to be V-E-R-Y careful as you adhere the two together to get it somewhat smoothly attached.

Next, 2nd order - 2 of the"MAGIC" tee shirts that is water/stain repellent.
It took over a month - had to be shipped via the slowest method possible from China(just like what SEEMS to be MOST of the products coming to America now).
-- I had to send 3 emails for status(they never gave a time frame upon ordering).
-- After "OT" receiving ANY kind of response, I contacted my credit card company to dispute and get my money back. Guess what, they sent a response to the credit card company who passed it on to me.
-- Took appx 5 1/2 weeks to get that 2nd order...
-- I tried to go back to the site to review my order but they do NOT retain that content - KEEP your receipts handy in case you need to dispute charges to get your money back.

B/c of poor customer service and not the greatest products, I believe I will skip them from now on.

Ordered back in February 2020! STILL NO PRODUCT! Excuse after excuse! They will take your money and run with it! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM

People with "not so good-to-bad" credit stay FAR way from this website. They say they can help you rebuild your credit and that you have access to over 100,000 so called "high end" products......DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF IT!!! Read ALL the fine print (small letters at the bottom of the pages and "hidden links" that lead you to their REAL point in "helping" poor bad credit saps like us. PLEASE, if you don't believe me then Google the company (who by the way had another name for their business a few years back and had to close that company because people like you and I started finding out about all the hidden fees, shady contracts, and reports of people ending up in court over bills there was no way they could pay, enforced by the DEBT COLLECTORS WHO ARE THE REAL PUPPETMASTERS PULLING OUR STRINGS! No lies here guys/gals, look into it for yourselves before you give them your Social Security numbers and bank account numbers (which they will INSIST you hand over, along with your banks routing number, before you can even spend a "pre approved" dime. Please be careful and DOZ the research before it's too late!!

I ordered a product I never got. They told me "go ahead do a chargeback we always win" You better beleive I did that chargeback! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM they will keep your money and send you EXCUSES!

I ordered a refurbished Dell Laptop in September 2016 which the battery does not work within a year as well as i had to replace the laptop charger 3 times since purchase. Total purchase price was $474 plus $17 process fee and $18 week was deducted each month and my final payment would be due Dec. 6,2016 I thought there return process was more of an inconvenience, hassle and it would be less stressful to keep it and replace the parts. I did 90 day same as cash and in December when I attempted to make my last payment, I was unable to log in and got an error and to call customer service. I called and spoke with David and processed the $216 due to pay the balance. I found it odd that after he processed (or pretended to) I asked if there was any confirmation number that I could refer to and was told: "No but if there is any problem with the payment that I would receive an email, other than that you should be fine. Months later I checked my account and Monterey Financial was taking $75.00 from my account which i discovered was the the cause of the domino effect of overdraft charges. During that time, I fell ill and was dealing with a family crisis and was unable to deal with the stress. When I did speak to someone from there they were extremely aggressive and rude when trying to explain to them that the balance was paid within the 90 days on December 16,2016 and I do not owe. I now have derogatory mark on my account owing $315 outside of the $75.00 for 9 months they have been unjustly and illegally robbing me of. The only proof I have is the day I called and paid it off and the duration of the call from my phone bill. As life was already stressful enough, I feel the are predatory and do this to consumers in order to pay that ridiculous high interest and do not process when trying to call within the 90 days to avoid that. I will be seeking legal counsel and demand they remove that false balance due as well as reimburse me for any fees outside of the $216 that was paid off within my 90 days. I am a single parent on a fixed income and I they purposely seek out individuals as myself that may need a payment plan. This is predatory lending and no different than stealing money that does no belong to them. It took awhile but while my family is in order as my health I am fighting back and getting all moneys back that I don't owe and seek legal action for damages due to this!

Tip for consumers:
Please beware! They have no plans in taking your payment if you try and pay it off within the 90 days! You will not be able to access the payment part of your account online and by phone they will say they process it and continue to deduct from your account! STAY AWAY!
