I haven't been disappointed with a purchases yet. My initial purchase was roughly a month turnaround on shipping, but after that? Four days, tops. Packaging is exquisite and artistic, and everything smells edible; so cute and fun. Despite the negative (and frankly mean in some cases) reviews, I'm glad I gave them a chance. Completely satisfied.
How many of you have had burning itching fingers using this system? I've had 3 people so far. It's awful! When I asked the customer service Dept. They first said No Refunds! I said I'm not asking for that I just want to know if this is happening. They fired me as a customer.The worst company!
Placed 2 orders same day one has come but the other one have not even shipped out I definitely won't be purchasing from them anymore and they are not quick to respond on customer service issues either!
I've ordered from them 3 times now. During the pandemic, it did take me over a month each to receive two orders but the quality makes it worth it. I placed my 3rd order two days ago and it'll be here in 3 days, so that is definitely more convenient. Their products are incredible and never miss the Mark.
I love the products, ease of use and how long they last. In my country (New Zealand), the product was shipped straight away and arrived within a week. Very satisfied customer. My only disadvantage is that we don't get offered the same specials as what is in the US.
Ordered product June 1 haven't gotten anything yet they already took my money. No returns or refunds. They're customer service is non-existent. Filed a complaint, along with several others with the BBB. Most reviews I've seen about them are bad! STAY AWAY!
I ordered over 60 days ago. They have not even pulled my order to ship. Mind you I'm a neighboring state! Its so frustrating starting up a new business & having to cancel appts bc your supplies haven't arrived. Thank goodness I found another supplier that is responsible & cares. Do not order from here.
Ordered on 4/25 no contact since then, but they took my money right away so 20+ days later and still cannot fet a response from this company. No one answers the phone or emails, I'm beginning to know that a fraud has been committed by them. Do not waste your time with this company buy from Aprés instead, I ordered from there and everything was sent quick and the products work very well.
I purchased items on June 16th, 2020. I spent $123.17 based on the recommendation of YouTubers. BIG MISTAKE. As of today (7/25/20) I have not gotten any order updates saying my package was ready to be shipped. They are not refunding people which is ridiculous because this wait is way too long. It's not only disappointing but I am going to be looking into taking legal actions.
I purchased an item around 2 month ago. It hasn't even shipped yet. When I emailed customer service, all I received was an automated email. They also state that they don't cancel orders or do refunds which is absolutely ridiculous to me. I don't know of any business that doesn't do refunds. COVID should not be an excuse as to why it's taking up to 3 months for products to ship. I've ordered from many websites/stores during COVID and I have never experienced this. Do not order from this site and save your money!
I absolutely Loved the products- but shipping took 11wks: order places May 21,2020 but package didn't arrive until August 4,2020. I understand about Covid delays, but almost 3-months, and with no responses to several inquiries I submitted after 8-weeks had passed. A shame, as I really loved the products. Please get on top of your shipping times and make customer service a priority always for happier customers as you really do have top notch stuff!
There product are un safe i am not sensitive to most products but i droped the brush of one of the gel polish i ordered from him on my pants i have extreme burns on my legs from it now. Used the foil gel on 1 client and she got burns around her finger from it just being on her nails. I am a professional nail technician and will never support this company again

I ordered $80 bucks worth of products on may5th-2020, still no package or email with an update... This man is insane if he thinks he is going to get away with this crap. Some of yr customers just may know people in high places.
I placed my order in March on the 14 and never received any updates at all. Contacted the company to which I received a pregenerated message about long shipping times. Well I waited and now it's been well over 3 weeks. No shipping message just constant daily spam. I will never order from here again.
I placed my order on April 25,2020. Today is May 31st and I still have no received any updates stating my order has been processed. I emailed customer service twice and received an auto response stating the order could take 20 business days to process which has past. I'm so annoyed and tired of waiting. I notice Max is currently posting nail videos on his IG page but has not addressed all the customers that paid for products and still have not received anything. Very unprofessional.
I will NEVER order from this company again. They are quick to take your money but they never ship your product.

Ordered in early June, it's been 54 days. They have still not processed my shipment for my order. There is absolutely no customer service, they are of no help and are unresponsive. This company will take your money and run, order at your own risk. It's not worth it.
I ordered my order back on May 8,2020 have called them numerous times and emailed they refuse to say what order number their on. They keep saying two to three more weeks but it's now 07/15/20 and still nothing and refuse to give refunds! Stay away!
The wait is very long but the products are great, I love everything I've tried so far. My may 5 th order took 11 weeks to come and I have several other orders that I know will also take the same. I've emailed customer care twice for general questions and I didn't receive a response (unless I missed it but I searched my inbox multiple times and haven't seen one). They were just questions about products. I have not had any issues with any of the products I've ordered so far ( three orders and spent over $300 on them not counting the orders I'm waiting on)
I don't like how if a package is lost he has you file a claim with Usps and wait for Usps to reimburse you. I feel that his company is big enough now to send the customer a replacement order and then file the claim themselves with Usps.
Like I said I love the products but the wait is horrible. If the wait was short 90% of the negative reviews wouldn't exist.
I brought $40 worth of products from them in July and I never received anything not a tracking number nothing they refuse to refund me my money. This guy is a joke and is extremely unprofessional. I will never buy from them again and I will file a complaint with the better business bureau. I strongly urge everyone else having the same issue to do the same
As you can see from the photo I placed this order April 25,2020 and still have not received my order. It has been more than 18 business days and still nothing. Sent my first email on May 9th, and received that lame response about 18 business days. Sent another yesterday - NO RESPONSE. Don't ever buy from this site. You will not be happy. They do not give refunds and will not answer their phones. They need to close their doors! And this company need to be reported.
Instead of posting a long winded review on why you shouldn't waste your money, time, or sanity with this company, I'm just going to attach a screenshot of Max's reply to my Instagram message to him begging for assistance. I had already emailed and called multiple times to no avail (they sent my package to the wrong address in a bad neighborhood, so it's gone) so I figured my last resort was Instagram DM. I usually buy a gallon of cotton candy monomer from them every couple months but the last bottle i bought from them was their pink monomer not their cotton candy( not what i ordered) but they placed it in the cotton candy monomer jug which any tech can tell the difference between them one smells soooo bad and sets super fast it gives me migraines, the cotton candy one has a hint of cotton candy and sets slower. Well when I opened the jug i immediately could tell so i reached out to their company and all they offered me was 10% off my next purchase so pissed at this company and i will never buy $#*! from them. They do Garbage business and customer service is horrible. I'm out $180 and stuck with a gallon i wont use

I've called and emailed. Was ignored. It's been 3 months and still don't have my products! This is unpractical and horrible business practices! I opened a case with the BBB and my state attorney to try and get a refund since the owner max will not give out refunds. The BBB emailed me saying they reached out to Enailcouture but still no answer... max also has blocked me on Facebook and Instagram. This company is a JOKE.
This company is using covid as an excuse to take over 2 months to ship over $100 of products I bought. I've reached out to customer service cause I still haven't receive my order, I can't get a refund either. So now I'm stuck with no money or product. Their customer service is terrible, they don't answer emails. Max is entitled and talks down on customers in videos. This company is a joke
Yes it did take a long time from ordering to ship but once shipped it was to be with in days. I was missing an item but I wrote an email with pictures of what I received and my shipping slip. The next day I had an email saying the will not only send me my missing item but send it with my other order that was just placed and ship them out ASAP. Be patient they are doing everything they can to get to your orders and have amazing products and great company.
I ordered from this company in May. I haven't received my items or even an update. I'm being told by auto email reply, that my order hasn't shipped yet... but that I can't cancel or modify my order. This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with!
