I haven't been disappointed with a purchases yet. My initial purchase was roughly a month turnaround on shipping, but after that? Four days, tops. Packaging is exquisite and artistic, and everything smells edible; so cute and fun. Despite the negative (and frankly mean in some cases) reviews, I'm glad I gave them a chance. Completely satisfied.
How many of you have had burning itching fingers using this system? I've had 3 people so far. It's awful! When I asked the customer service Dept. They first said No Refunds! I said I'm not asking for that I just want to know if this is happening. They fired me as a customer.The worst company!
They delete any and all negative responses off their social media. I ordered my product June 16th, 2020. It's been 3 months nearly and nothing. This company is the biggest joke. Even if it comes from out of country - covid is no longer an excuse, I still receive products from China in a timely manner (at most maybe 6 weeks).
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I would never write a review but this company is a huge joke. Save your money and order from a professional company, or buy individually off AliExpress/amazon. If your business depended on their product, pff good luck.
There's a no refund policy, no cancellation and no email response. What does that tell you about a company? Horrible.
Placed my order on august 5th, it has just arrived today october 13th. I ordered two sets of premade nails, both were supposed to be pink/pink glitter but i received clear sets of the wrong shape. I only spent $40 so not as much as others, but i am a teenager so this is kind of a loss for me especially since i ordered these specifically for the convenience of not having to paint them myself. Also, they are super thin and smell horribly of chemicals! I wish i could comment on his instagram to warn others but he clearly just deletes any negative reviews on social media. My family owns a business so i am more understanding of these things but still we would never ever treat our customers like this!
I placed an order 2 and a half months ago, and it still hasn't been shipped... They don't give refunds! Wtf? Is Max the only one excused from the law? I wish the company would go bankrupt. Wouldn't recommend purchase to anyone.

I ordered my stuff on may 19th, and still nothing I have sent numerous emails and only get an automatic email and due to covid bull crap, you cant talk to a real person at his customer service, like dude get a grip ppl bought ur products now the only right thing is to give them what they paid for or return them their money. As you can see I ordered on June 9. It is now August 13 and I have not received an update about my order nor have I received my items. On top of the fact that the company refuses to refund me the money. I understand that Covid is going on but it doesn't take that long to process the order as I myself have my own business. I would've been OK if I at least received an update within these two months but I haven't received anything!
So I was one of the people that never received my order in the past. Since I love there products and pricing I decided to give them a 2nd chance, and what do you know, my order shipped out the same day. So I ordered two more times for family members and both orders were received within 3 days. I have so many full cover gel nails and none compare to enailcouture. The cuticle area is so thin and they have a perfect apex! I will continue to buy all my needs from Max! Happy Shopping All!
I was so excited to try enailcouture because Max is so adorable and i wanted to support him and his business. It has been a month now and my two orders are no where to be seen. I contacted them to find out the status and this person named Danii just said this generic line and hung up on me! Max, this is truly appalling and no way to treat customers. If you are having issues keeping up... man up and take responsibility for yourself and your business. I think its time to hire some much needed help

This company is basically a scam. I placed an order on May 2nd. It shipped on June 25th. I emailed multiple times and got an automated response almost a month after my first email. I needed to change my shipping address, since it had been so long, and no one answered. The package was shipped to the first address. I looked on their website before I ordered and it said it would take 8-18 business days to ship. It took 39 business days; over 50 total! This is a terrible company with terrible service. They also do not grant refunds. Please save the money and order elsewhere
I placed my order about 66 BUSINESS days ago. That's almost 3 month if you count the weekends, and more than twice their promised 30+ business days. 30 business days is a ridicules long time for and order to process, but fine I understand nothing is running as usual these days given the current circumstances, but to wait for 3 months for an order is absolutely unheard of! And I still haven't received my order and I cannot cancel it. I am angry needles to say...

I run an International Nail Technician Support Group and used to promote his products. AFTER I QUESTIONED their shopping habits I was BLOCKED on Facebook. And Members sent me this nasty video where he talked hateful about me. Just a disgusting person.

Ordered on 05 December and on 29 Dec still not delivered. Phoned to get them to investigate after Canada Post investigation stated that sender need to call Canada Post to get refunded charged and Lucy Frank treated me like crap. Never doing business with them again.

I placed an order for the 1, 2, 3 go kit and haven't heard anything in over 2 months. I placed my order on May 8th! I've emailed and messaged on Max's Instagram. I would at least just like an update but nothing. This is such poor service I just want a refund at this point.
I ordered oval shaped nails from them and received long almond ones. I specifically ordered oval so I would be able to use them when I game. I emailed them about it and showed them the info they asked for and they told me I was sent the right thing. I then sent them more photos of the nail shape I got which was almond and showed them the photo of the oval nails online so they could see I was clearly sent the wrong thing. They insisted I was wrong and they were right. They ignored multiple emails for multiple days. I once again claimed that I had sent PHOTO PROOF to them that in fact had been sent the wrong thing and they just straight up are ignoring me now. Stole my money, gave me the wrong product, and gas lit and ignored me. HORRIBLE business. Love the products but horrible horrible company

I've ordered numerous times from the site and have had a great experience each and every time. I expected delays at the height of Covid with shipments taking longer. The products have all been excellent quality, never have I not received something I ordered, shipping has typically been great. I haven't had to deal with customer service once since I have yet to experience any problems with products or orders.

I ordered May 2nd. As of today May 26th no updates. I commented on his post on IG and he deleted my comments asking what orders they were working on. After deleting my comments HE BLOCKED ME. I ordered from him in March and it took 3 weeks to arrive. I was told it was because of the pandemic which I understood. But now... it's ridiculous. And to think he blocked a paying customer. EVEN WORSE! I got in touch with customer service and the lady was really nice and told me it's now 30 business days but I'm calling BS! He keeps promoting new products but why would you put out new products when you're so behind on orders?!?!? My clients are not happy with me and I can't blame them. Don't order from this brand.
Back in July I made an order and I did not receive it until Oct. I decided to order some more items because I really like his products even if it would take time to get to me. I am HAPPY to say that I ordered on Oct 29,2020 and I already have a delivery date of Tues Nov 17th! I think they are at the new warehouse now and back to regular shipping! This purchase includes the Extreme Square that just came out as well!

Products and never had a reaction. The enailcouture foil glue and the builder gel In a bottle cause me to have a full blown allergic reaction. Swelling itchy raised hives and cracked skin to my fingers. After allowing this painfulness to heal I have used reputable products from another company and I have had no further reactions. Be very careful with email couture products
Order placed on May 26 2020 still no order it's now June 19 2020. There customer service is nonexistent. As of today order has not even been processed. If you are wondering there is nothing on backorder. This is the way they do business. Before you order read all the reviews. They practice making people wait weeks/months for there orders. They where doing this same thing before COVID. So they can not blame it on the virus.
Orders take ridiculously long, customer service non responsive. Its been 3 months and i havent even gotten a shipping notification. Dont waste your time theres other companies with the same quality products that ship faster
Placed 2 orders on Jul 2/3 totaling over a hundred dollars. Today is August 22, and still nothing. Sent several emails and like everyone else, it's the same generated message about COVID as the excuse! Left several voice messages, no one ever answers or returns your calls. Have even left comments on his *******@KingOfNails only to have them deleted. I noticed they delete all negative comments and never address our shipping issues. So frustrated with this company. Just horrible!
Very unprofessional! I absolutely regret purchasing from this website. I should have known it wasn't a good idea after reading the check out messages about absolutely no cancelations (even on orders that haven't been shipped) and that if it gets lost in the mail then its absolutely not his concern. I also heard bad things via YouTube streamers but I wanted to give the "little guy" a try and here we are almost month later and no updates. I get COVID has affected a lot but when someone pays that kind of money, I feel its only right to have access to status updates. There are other places you can purchase the same specialized products, don't risk purchasing from this site.
Places my order in June 15 and haven't received anything yet (aug 27). Thank god I only spent 46 bucks and not more. Wrote to them twice and got the covid excuse too -and that my order was in queue for shipping. Ya right. I understood at first but now this is BS. I'm going to contact my bank and BBB and never order from this jerk again. If I see Susie post another video with this fraud I'm going to comment about his sheisty business there too. I just bought some apres nails instead and from what I hear I got the better quality nails anyway. Lots of scams going on during this pandemic and I'm tired of it. Stop being deplorable scumbags
