I haven't been disappointed with a purchases yet. My initial purchase was roughly a month turnaround on shipping, but after that? Four days, tops. Packaging is exquisite and artistic, and everything smells edible; so cute and fun. Despite the negative (and frankly mean in some cases) reviews, I'm glad I gave them a chance. Completely satisfied.
How many of you have had burning itching fingers using this system? I've had 3 people so far. It's awful! When I asked the customer service Dept. They first said No Refunds! I said I'm not asking for that I just want to know if this is happening. They fired me as a customer.The worst company!
Honestly never had anything negative to say about a business till now... I had an order over 100$ and ordered in April, it's now middle June and I HAVE YET to STILL RECEIVE my package! Everytime I email Customer service they have an automatic email that is sent days later only extending the date than what was promised. It's gone from 14 business days, to 20, to 25, to 30 and now I'm way passed 30 days. You'd be more forgiving after the first couple times they changed the date. But I personally feel robbed of my money and have been demanding a refund since it still HAS YET TO PROCESS and except they send a bull$#*! message about how they are sorry for the inconvenience but appreciate my business... this was the worst FIRST AND ONLY EXPERIENCE with this brand. Save your money it's not worth it and their "response team" is trash. I won't be returning.

Since I ordered from Max on May 11,2020 I've ordered from Kiara Sky, Not Polish, Nails by Annabel and Glitter Planet. Some of these businesses are in the UK and none took more than 10 days, not 10 business days, 10 days! Glitter Planet took less. Than a week as did Not Polish. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money. You'll. Get better products and GREAT service!
I have been ordering from this company for years and love their products. The high quality and price point is amazing. Although I do not like their no refund policy I have had one or mistakes made when they sent incorrect product and have always been able to work it out to a satisfactory conclusion. They have always responded in timely manner, more so they clearly state their no refund policy on the web site so I think as consumers its important we read and research these things prior to making purchases so we can decide if we are on with that. Since I love the products and quality I choose to continue to spend my money with this company. The products truly are amazing and good quality and I've never had an issue with reactions or the product not working as intended. Their shipping has improved dramatically now that the pandemic is controlled to the point were all my Packages in the past 3 to 4 months have been divered within 3 business days and I have gotten. Shipping email with tracking on the same day. I personally love the products and recommend

I placed an order about a month ago and still has yet to be fulfilled. I've been extremely patient but, I even have WISH packages coming in that I ordered AFTER my EnailCouture order! So, I'm not really happy...
I bought the e-file that retails for $299 without tax and when it arrived the screen was scratched up. There wasn't a protective plastic on it or anything. I reached out not realizing they have the shi**** policies and customer service, just asking for some compensation because I'm sure the product works fine but why did I spend that much money to receive a unit with the screen scratched. They blamed it on shipped which makes no sense because it's snug in a box with foam around it and a foam piece on top, then the box is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. There is NO WAY the screen could of gotten like that during shipping. They said to file a claim with the shipping carrier and usps didn't let me do that. I full heartedly believe it was the way the product was handled before. They ignored my request for compensation and they do no refunds, no exchanges, no returns. Issued me a code for in-store use. I don't even live in the same state. Then they issued an online code which I won't use. The site is a joke anyway. Honestly I'm so unimpressed with this brand that I will never buy from them again. I've used different products by them before in school but if I knew this is how it would go out of school, I would of never bought from them. It's made in the USA and it shows just how much they don't care.

I ordered my first order in May, it came in August, I'm still waiting for my second order to come, but have asked PayPal to open a dispute, I think 11 weeks is far in excess of an acceptable waiting time. To be honest I didn't really rate the products when they came, at a cost of £160 I would have expected much much better quality. In the mean time I purchased items from AliExpress and Kiara Sky, fantastic delivery times especially KS, and much better quality items. Please think twice before shopping with Enailcouture.
First off im giving a 1 star because I had to. If it was up to me they wouldn't get that. It's been 2weeks and still NOTHING! No tracking or anything. I had high hopes for this company... This is definitely unprofessional as heck! I emailed them and got no response. What baffles me is that they take your money IMMEDIATELY and then your left with no communication. Their policy is BS & disgusting. The products aren't cheap, u would think they would have better customer service. I'm so upset. Us independent nail techs dont have time AND money to waste! They have to do better. They're only in Arizona. I'm only in New York. I really don't understand what's the hold up. I'm pissed of completely. Then they'll have u download an app called "Arrive" for what reason? The products have yet to move. I'm checking 20x a day for what!? DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Complete effin trash!
All I can say being an avid shopper on line with many many businesses I buy from all over the world never have I ever waited this long and still waiting i have 3 seprate orders over 100.00 I ordered my first order trough sezzel july 05 n my second sezzel order few days later n my third I paid with my debit card it's September 14,2020 n no products none I've emailed n I get an animated reply due to covid not buying it any more

After reading so many negative reviews I had to come on and leave my own review. Yes I have placed orders. Yes there arw longer than normal shipping times and during covid-19 times are double long. But they are not a scam and your items do arrive. And they're great items and they're much better price than places like apes, gel-x and Kiara sky. When I place my first order I to dealt with emails to customer support. Response time is non-existent or very slow but it clearly states on their website they have massive shipping delays. It states on their website that if you are not okay with this do not place an order. It also States on their website that they do not do refunds so you should check these things before you place an order because if you don't agree with it then you shouldn't buy it. So when you place an order and experienced shipping delay you should not get on here and bash a company because you did not do your due diligence.
Their shipping is absolutely so horrible with all the money that they are making they could do better. This will be the first and last time I purchase with them!
I placed an order 7/15 and have not received it. I've emailed with no response, this company is not fulfilling their orders but they are still taking folks money. There are no updates regarding where your order is. No where on the site can you confirm where they are with your order. They do not allow you cancel the order and they do not give refunds. They claim the delays are due to COVID which is a lie since this is a common practice of this company which you can confirm by the numerous complaints from other consumers. At this point I feel duped, bamboozle, scammed and this company should be held accountable for their poor business practice. They are taking peoples money and not giving them what they bought. My order is 3 months out. I been ordering for years but not only are they rude but everything is the customers problem. They need to stop taking orders until they can catch up.

As of this date the order has not yet been processed, and when I contact customer service I was automatically notified that it can take over 30 business days for it to be processed (and we all understand that over 30 business days can also be 120 business days)
When I asked to cancel it was stated that the order could not be canceled or changed!
Also, when you comment on his facebook, he delets all negetive feedbacks! So no 1 can know about his bad bad serviece!

Ordered back in may, pacage is not sendt, whemn writing to coustumer service all i get is what seems like a pre made answer they send other people too. Because it doesnt answer any questions.

Recently, orders are taking months to be shipped if at all. The owner, Max Estrada, blocks you on Facebook should you question why products have not been recieved and after researching the issue due to connection across the United States within the Nail Community, I am finding this issue is seemingly the way business is done now at this company. Everything is automated so customers can not get through to a live person and I have also uncovered there are NUMEROUS others who are without the products they paid for due to them NOT being delivered, or being damaged in shipment and NOT being replaced! There are bad business practices going on here and the owner is avoiding something!

I watched a review of this company's products on Nail Career Education's channel on YouTube, and immediately wanted to try it out. Did a little more research on the PRODUCTS, and most people loved them. Well, I placed my order on 4/28/20, spent exactly $61, and then finally got around to seeing the horrible and actually accurate reviews days later. Immediately regretted making a purchase but still wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt. I sent my first email asking for an update on 5/23/20 and didn't hear back. I sent another on 5/28/20, the 30 day mark, and immediately received an auto-generated email about their COVID procedures. Absolutely ridiculous; I wish I had done more research before placing an order. Not to mention, they charged my account immediately after placing the order. I've ordered many other things from different companies, ranging from furniture to makeup, and received everything within two weeks. And yet this company wants to take 30 days just to process? Never again. Horrible.
I don't even know where to begin. I ordered on May 24th 2020, the website stated processing time 8-18 business days. I just received my shipping confirmation August 4th 2020. Thats 52 BUSINESS days. When I received a pervious order I had 5 items missing. I had to take pictures of what I received and never heard back. No refund for the missing items nor were they sent to me. I was ripped off! Max claims to have the "best nail products" I disagree, the gel polish is nice, but not worth the wait. I do not like the nail tips. They're flimsy and I have to use more product with Enail Couture tips than I do Apres. I cannot believe this company is still in business, the way Max talks to his customers and blocks them when they ask questions is ridiculous. Its outrageous that he makes sure Youtubers get PR before paying customers get their orders. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN!
I dont think I will ever order from them again. It has been a month and I still havent received my package. Yes its the Covid 19 but everywhere else Ive ordered from was here with in the week.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! My order was shipped out on December 8th and to this date I don't where my package is. I have sent them emails in regards to my order and instead of apologizing they are blaming me for choosing the wrong carrier! I am sorry but i f***ing PAID to have my items delivered, and its still not here. The cheapest delivery option is canada post which is what i chose and I don't see the carrier being the problem its them. They have the worst customer service, NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered the 123 go kit on the 12th of january and it is now february 14th. It's been over a month and it still hasn't even been shipped. I have emailed the company numerous times asking for an update and they kept telling me it will take 8-14 days to process. Obviously it's been past 14 days so i was starting to get mad and wanted a refund. They ignored me for a week then when they finally responded they said they can refund it but i wouldn't get all my money back and when i asked why they ignored me again! It's been over a week since i asked that and they still have not responded i got a email on the 9th saying my order was being shipped and honestly I was okay with that i thought finally at least i can get my order and just never order from them again. It still has not been shipped after 5 days it just said it's waiting for a label for it to ship. This company is a joke and i would never recommend for anyone to buy from them. The owner Max is a scammer. Be cafeful.
I love his products but he takes your money and doesn't process your order for over 2 to 3 months. My last 2 orders took 3 months. I'm one state over from him. I won't be ordering again!
I ordered from this company on April 29. I never got an email confirmation of my order only a confirmation from PayPal I reached out to this company in the beginning of May actually the second week and they told me they were on orders 100 through 101 but that means nothing to me because I never got an order number it's now the middle of June I sent an email and got no response this is a total rip off I should believe the reviews when I seen them.
