I haven't been disappointed with a purchases yet. My initial purchase was roughly a month turnaround on shipping, but after that? Four days, tops. Packaging is exquisite and artistic, and everything smells edible; so cute and fun. Despite the negative (and frankly mean in some cases) reviews, I'm glad I gave them a chance. Completely satisfied.

How many of you have had burning itching fingers using this system? I've had 3 people so far. It's awful! When I asked the customer service Dept. They first said No Refunds! I said I'm not asking for that I just want to know if this is happening. They fired me as a customer.The worst company!

This, company is not a rip off due to COVID-19, shipping takes longer I have experienced this placing an order for fabric remember people quit there's jobs and got on unemployment expect shipping delays also. Postal workers have also quit so we will see how shipping will pick up as for know it could be slow, over all I love these products and I getting ready to place an order ill never go back to the nail shop smh. I love the marble look that's what I am going to try I need easy soak off formula's DND gel polish is very hard to remove.

Go, ahead and order your products keep in mind due to COVID-19 orders can take longer to ship most employees quit and are at home receiving unemployment due to COVID-19. Have, Patience with orders unless you can walk in a purchase your items.

What a scam & waste so I ordered June 7th two boxes of ready set go flex press tips if long ballerina or coffin either way today's August 10-/2020 two months plus and still no update they claim all this covid atuff boy that's a lie I have ordered from wish alley express amazon apres gel and vendors on Instagram and received everything I ordered from everyone else except this crazy company if you don't mind wasting money & not knowing when your items are coming then go for it if you can't wait Two and a half to three months then definitely do not use this company it's terrible no customer service or returns of and kind no updates nothing just stuck I left proof

I haven't been able to review the product because it still hasn't arrived. When I order from Wish I expect that it's going to take at least 2 weeks to get the product but with Enail Couture I really expected better. When I asked about the wait, the customer service team responded with an apathetically-toned email basically saying to read the fine print: they said it takes 8-18 BUSINESS days emphasizing "that business days doesn't include weekends" for it to process, and another 4-6 business days to ship. So when you order from Enail Couture, remember it's likely going to take over a month before you see your items. I ordered my items May 4th: it is now May 23rd and the status hasn't even changed from "Order Placed" to "Order Processed" yet, a status a customer rep confirmed is correct and current.

I ordered 95$ worth of Items and payed for next day shipping sadly upon checking the tracking the next day my order won't arrive until Monday which w a s not what I paid for. I emailed them only to receive a lie saying ups doesn't deliver on weekends after that I called and checked and wouldn't you know it IT WAS A LIE ups doesn't deliver on weekends and the custom service decided to lie to ovoid refunding me the shipping since it wasn't what I asked for then tried to throw a crappy 15% coupon that literally doesn't even give me a decent discount will never order from again since they lie to cover their $#*!!

Horrible costumer service. You pay for shipping even if you buy more than 100 dollars and it takes more than 2 months to arrive. Dont waste your time and money on this company.

Ok so I tried to buy the 123 kit. So I got the nails and no kit. On the description it said it came with everything with the kit. No I will not order again. Very disappointed. Bunch of scammers.

Tips do bend despite best efforts at saying they don't. Shipping time is ridiculous and customer service responses have become automated so essentially no response.

This business is just a scam! Ordering is futile! They take your money and don't send your items. They've done this to lots and lots of customers. Shop anywhere but here. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

I ordered and its been WEEKS and nothing. They using the pandemic as an excuse for ridiculous shipping times. And they will straight up tell you... NO REFUNDS. So once you order you become a waiting game hostage. I feel this is unfair and bad business ethics. I love max and I love his products but until this is fixed I'll be staying with apers and kiara Sky. May not be exactly what I want but I don't have to wait an eternity. But the time you get your stuff from enailcouture.com the event you wanted it for has come and gone. EVERY SINGLE TIME. You won't get me again. STOP SELLING THINGS YOU DON'T HAVE IN STOCK.

I'm about to contact the Arizona police dept about them as well. I was stupid enough to order from them after seeing all his videos. There was complaints about the shipping but I thought I'd risk it. While I was looking I got a text from one of their employees sending me am incentive discount. It didn't occur to me to figure out how they got my number. So I went and made the order and the website is glitched to the point where it duplicated certain items and couldn't fix it even after emailing the "CS" dept immediately. So I was charged for duplicate orders I didn't need. I turns out that the day after I made the order I got an email stating I couldn't cancel or do returns. Then the next day I noticed my bank account someone had used my card (as in actually entered the numbers) for some crap new age rocks and bed bath and beyond. Of course the bank was able to track the order and guess where it came from ARIZONA! So this idiot has hired some 'chachas to steal credit cards from unwitting customers, don't even send out products, don't provide you with a tracking number. Obviously this needs to be addressed with the law in Tucson Arizona, since they obviously believe they can go around stealing card numbers to purchase themselves crap while refusing to send you any items.

Ok so I went online and read all the reviews and stuff on Enail Couture before I decided to order from them. I was doing my research. Well, I saw that they have a lot of bad reviews. The reviews are for anything from Max( the owner) putting down someone that said his product was flimsy, to not getting your stuff for a long time becauseof shipping. I also saw how they put stickers on the packages being sent that say Final, and read all the policies on shipping and orders. I still took the chance and ordered something small just to see how long it would take and if I should order more stuff. Well, the first package I ordered was 2 things 2 boxes of nail tips. They came in a reasonable amount of time. Not late or anything. Now, my second order... I placed this order on June 5,2020. I still have not received any kind of update from them. I have sent probably 5 or 6 emails and still only get a automatic reply. This is so frustrating and unprofessional. Especially when its an order as large as mine. Im so frustrated with this company and will never order from them again unless they try and fix this mess somehow! If u can wait on ur stuff for 2months then order from them but if u want it quick this is definitely not the place to order! Also, if ur looking for professionalism u will not find it here. From the shipping and return policies, to those horrible stickers that say final in big letters on ur package its just all very unprofessional! He should want to make sure all his customers are happy especially when there is a problem. So, order at ur own risk!

I have my suspicions as to why the SUPER long delays are only a problem with this "company." I
Ordered over two months ago. Two months! No responses, ever. He claims it's bc of Covid but it's not. Anyways as I was digging info up for my FTC complaint for fraud, I realized he probably, allegedly, orders all his crap from China but lies saying it is all made in the USA. THAT is why it's taking so long! After Pay isn't verifying his company, they're not doing business with him due to the mass amount of complaints. I've moved on to purchasing from Valentino, JC Beauty and Not Polish. I don't need press on nails, I can do nails. For clients that only want them for a special occasion I've ordered the Kiara Sky Gelly Tips. Their acrylic and dip line is fantastic as well. AND I've received ALL my products from these companies in 7-10 days.

Stop giving this racist turd and his bad wigs any money. He's a fraud and will hopefully be investigated by the feds for fraud and lying about where his products is made. Tick tock, Max. Might want to start taking care of your customers like a real businessman does.

I am appalled by this company. I opened a dispute with my bank (as I paid with a debit card), received credit for my money back and they FINALLY decide to ship the package. At the point when I opened the dispute, I didn't want ANY of their products. I am sick of the customer service, the company, and BECAUSE I opened a dispute, I'm sure that was the only reason why I received my package. I placed an order on April 29th, opened my dispute on June 11th, and received the package June 27th. Now, the bank needs to take the money that they credited to my account back ALL because they decided to send me stuff I don't even want AND I can't return what they sent because of their no return policy. I am highly upset but I understand why my bank needs to take the money back. Long story short, don't order from this company.

I've been a loyal customer to enailcouture but this last purchase will be my absolute last. Delay in shipping but takes your money instantly. Super long disclaimer so you can't complain and/or ask for your money back. Ridiculous customer service. Placed my order on 4/29 and it is now 5/26. I sent them an email and they mentioned that they were on orders 105 and 106. My order is 110... I understand the pandemic may slow down shipping and delivery, HOWEVER, I placed an order elsewhere the day after, and it still came before any enailcouture email update was sent to me. ALSO, the other businesses customer service sent update emails every few days as they were delayed as well. Super disappointed/frustrated but I'm glad this happened and will take my lovely business elsewhere. Don't waste your money on a business that doesn't know ANYTHING about customer service.

I made an order on September 26th and received my order on November 7th, making it almost exactly 30 business days as stated in the order disclaimer. I didn't have a problem waiting, but after seeing so many concerning reviews and 3+ month waiting times I felt anxious and sent a formal statement that if I did not receive my order by 30 business days I would be taking action ( filing a chargeback, complaining to the FTC and BBB). The fact that I felt the need to do this does not reflect well on their business, even considering COVID restrictions. However, by getting my items when promised it may show that they are either finally catching up on orders or taking these complaints seriously. Clearly it has impacted their business reputation and gaining people's trust back will be hard to do. To be fair my order was correct, and I did acknowledge the 30 business day window while ordering. I took away one star for their poor handling of order fulfillment and overall unreasonably long wait times. I will probably avoid ordering from here until they have completely gotten themselves together and can ship items within a reasonable time frame.

So after watching many reviews on YouTube I made a conscious decision to purchase the 123 go kit from enailcouture. Reviews made the products look easy n flawless. That was not the case here. I ordered my kit along with a efile I paid for and did not receive. Which website claims to have plenty in stock. Order was placed on April 30. I understand that due to covid there would be delays but I kept getting spammed in emails with conflicting dates and info regarding dates and status of my order. Mind you I used afterpay and paid my purchase in full! It wasn't until I reached out to afterpay I received out of the blue a notification that my order was on its way. Excited I finally received my order today June 29. However I am very disappointed. I received an incomplete kit as well as defective products. The nail forms are all different in thickness and some are cracked. The primer leaked all over and ate through the bubble wrap. Not to mention the missing efile I paid $99 for. Would I order again no. Customer service is horrible sending me a prewritten email with same misleading information. So please save or money and time. To be honest I feel as I was sent a non quality product only because I reached out to afterpay for a refund since I paid 3 months in advanced for product that was not up to standards and missing

As a first time customer, this company did me really wrong. I bought a $299.98 mini nail drill 40k that was sent to me scratched and didn't work at all after charging it overnight. Customer service only responds via email and wasn't able to help me with a refund and exchange. This is the only company that I came across that doesn't take care of their customers and sends items that don't work and take your money as an end result. I'm highly upset for not being able to use my nail drill that I spent $300 for and they kicked me to the curve offering no help at all. We only get notice of no refunds, exchanges, cancellations and returns AFTER purchase, then are told our orders are in USPS hands. This company is only good for taking your money with their low vibration guidelines that are in place. Bad business and they need to be shut down for SCAMMING people out of their money.

While I love his products and have been ordering with them for about 3 years, the wait time to receive orders is redonculous. I waited a year before writing this review as i wanted to give them time to improve but its been one excuse after another. First it was Black Friday 2019, then it was Covid but still no change and were almost at Black Friday 2020. I get things from China faster and that's unacceptable. Not to mention i have ordered from other vendors, like Nuni Torres, Apres Nails, and Young Nails. He steady releasing new products but doesn't have the work force to support the flow of orders. It really sucks cuz he's great and so are his products. I would actually pay someone to go pick them up in Arizona from him and mail them to me if i had friends out there, because they do do pick up and that would be the fastest way. Again great products... And it wasn't always this way. It just started last year.

Update for my last review. My last order came in record time. I was expecting to wait a few months but I got it in a couple weeks. Perhaps they are improving. I gave them 2 stars but I will add a 3rd.

While I understand Covid-19 delayed shipping and all, I truly feel like this company is really playing on that as an excuse to not send orders out! Why do I say that? I just received a package FROM CHINA THAT ONLY TOOK A WEEK! So, that's why I say he's using Covid-19 as an excuse!

Answer me this: if Arizona is under lockdown restrictions still, how is the company able to MOVE WAREHOUSES AT THE SAME TIME? That's not staying at home under executive orders lol.

The problem with some people is this: you start out doing things all the right ways and for the right reasons but AS SOON AS YOU GET POPULAR, you start crapping on the ones that have been there to make you popular to begin with!

Max thinks for some reason that he is the best in the world and no one else comes close. Sorry to bust his bubble but there are so many other companies out there that are better!

I'll be sticking with Young Nails for now on! If I can't get it elsewhere, guess I don't need it lol. Don't have time to wait MONTHS FOR AN ORDER! Added a pic to show order and unfulfilled status as of today.
