I haven't been disappointed with a purchases yet. My initial purchase was roughly a month turnaround on shipping, but after that? Four days, tops. Packaging is exquisite and artistic, and everything smells edible; so cute and fun. Despite the negative (and frankly mean in some cases) reviews, I'm glad I gave them a chance. Completely satisfied.

How many of you have had burning itching fingers using this system? I've had 3 people so far. It's awful! When I asked the customer service Dept. They first said No Refunds! I said I'm not asking for that I just want to know if this is happening. They fired me as a customer.The worst company!

THIS IS THE WOOOORSE BRAND I VE EVER ORDER IN WORLDWIDE FROM FAR THEY KNOW HOW TO TAKE MONEY REALLY FAST from your bank account but the dont know how to send the product they canceled my order 1 month ago and i still didnt receive the refund or any document that sayin that i am going to be refund they are the worse and i am going tell evry one that DONT ORDER

The shipping policy and return policy is as follows: we will ship it when we are good and ready. If we mis ship it not our problem you won't get a refund even if it's our fault! Bc we say so that is why. Because of a pandemic 3 yrs ago, you might get your product sometime this season. But again, if you never receive the product no refunds. Why? Bc we will just say we are shipping it and you will give up."

I am literally appalled by their practices. It's sketchy from the start. Who puts their return policy in shipping policy ONLY? One who wants to be sure you don't see it. This owner clearly thinks product will sell itself and they are too awesome to be held accountable. Not how it works. They can say all sales are final BUT THERE HAS TO BE A SALE FIRST.

As it stands for me, I put an order in last month. I got super economy items from China before I ever got this from a state in the US I am maybe 500 miles from. I contact them as they had the ability to produce a label but it's not moved anywhere for a MONTH!

Why? Can't blame covid anymore per their 3 yr old note online. Why!? He does NOT get that type of volume. How do I know? Look at reviews. More importantly is to look at the number of reviews. If people are beating down your door you'll get more than 4 reviews in a 3 week period.

My opinion is it's white label and when I put my eight order from China by the time I ever get this I'll find it's the same product. Really needs to cut the crap and give the day to day business management to someone who knows how. It's clear what is going on. This has become boring and not a priority. Found out people expect something from a $300 LCD light. That's 8 times more expensive than industry standard. Gelish the gods of gel nails entire starter kit which includes the high end light is $300 for everything.

Just don't even go down this road. Is it really worth it if you never get the product? NO.

Tip for consumers:
This is a white label company who just doesn’t care. If people want to deal with that fine. I won’t again bc they won’t cancel the order or give money back. They haven’t shipped it for a month now: I’m in medicine not nails so I’m not a competitor. Although I could do better than this.

Products used:
NONE. Ordered a month ago (I have proof with my receipt and emails with the company) and I have nothing. They literally said it could take months. I live in Oregon. Them, Arizona. I could walk there faster. Customer service is horrendous. I got cold called to buy more a day or two later but can’t ship my first order?

Been waiting 3 months for one bottle of happy gel. No updates, no refunds, and no happy customers. Terrible. Will never shop from there again.

I cant stress enough how amazing all these products are, if you follow instructions they always without fail turn out amazing. I cant stress just how amazing Lucy Frank is, Max she deserves a Raise! She goes above and beyond to always help. Her customer service is by far the best of the best. I have never waited more then a week for my orders even with the covid! She sends videos to help with ideas or to show a product. I have never had 1 complaint
I have been an aesthetician for more then 20 years and I have come to put enail couture products at the top of my list, I no longer use anything else and have always been loyal to my products now that i have been using these products i gave my other products away, except for my Clear Jelly Stamper products, but if Max moved into stamping as well, I would without a doubt use theirs, but I will say Clear Jelly Stamper products works amazing with enail coutures products. When you want the best results you use the best products and when you have amazing staff and customer service ppl like Lucy Frank it makes everything that much better. Thank you Lucy and thank you Max and you team for making the best products I have ever worked with. I have reached out to clear jelly with ideas and never heard back I know I can send Lucy an email and within hours she always responds. Best customer service Ive ever dealt with in my 40 plus years 5 stars plus a few extra ***** ****** Thank you

I want to start off this review by saying that this company in itself is disgusting, and I didn't read up on it until after I ordered. Everyone says this company isn't worth it for customer service, and I totally agree. Seriously, if you have a problem they will not help you, even if it's on their end. I believe unless your product is literally unusable or you didn't receive the item, they don't care about what you have to say. They take ages to reply, and the shipping takes abnormally long. I would say it takes longer than things from China. I got an acrylic kit and I wouldn't say it's better than any brand that I've tried. The thing that drew me in was it's cotton candy scent. It doesn't smell anything like cotton candy, not when wet, not when applied, not even after drying. I thought I could sort this out in customer service and boy was I wrong. Took so long for replies to find out, I was definitely not getting a replacement or anything. I offered to pay for shipping so they could smell, because it's such a weird subject because anyone could lie about it. But it didn't even matter, she made it clear that if it wasn't empty, or there wasn't a defect, she wasn't doing anything. I also ordered a drill bit, which was just wrapped in half a sheet of paper, and taped all the way around, and labeled bit in sloppy sharpie. I'm all for recycling paper, but when you proud your company around packaging and cutesy stuff, you need to put more effort into that. And it honestly would've been fine put into the package on it's own, it's already in a little plastic container. To wrap it all up, I really think you can get better products from better people, from better companies who actually care about their customers. Without waiting the 4 weeks. I don't think this company is worth it, but if you want to support a bad company that waits 4 weeks for a shipping confirmation please do go for it.

Buckle up, because this review is a doozy! I ordered my single item (the souffle cream gel, 30ml) on 5/13. I knew it would take awhile, since their long (and concerning) blurb after check out explained it could take up to 30 business days for my order to ship. So I patiently waited the 30 business days before reaching out. I got the same b. S. automated response everyone else got. I also noticed, while searching my order confirmation for contact info, that the ordered color was lady pink and not clear. Now, I checked my basket MULTIPLE times before and during check out, and I had selected clear. I immediately sent an email to the company letting them know it needed to be corrected. It took them 12 days to give me an actual response. 12 DAYS (not counted the auto response they sent, again). They basically stated that nothing was changed on their side, and they are currently out of stock of the clear. So I responded with additional questions, hoping to resolve the issue. I also noticed the price for the souffle gel had dropped dramatically (I paid $20 for 30ml, and it dropped to $5.99). I stated I wanted a refund for the price difference if I was charged for the price of clear (I think my choice was automatically changed to lady pink because clear was out of stock when I checked out) but am now going to receive lady pink. Their response? They shipped my order knowing it is incorrect. They did not ask if I would like to wait for clear to become available again, nothing. And the kicker? Clear souffle is available on their website as I type this review. I resorted to filing with the BBB when I did not receive a response months ago about my order. I guarantee this is the only reason it has been shipped at all! They do not care if the order is right or wrong. They want their money! I am beyond disgusted and appalled by how this "company" operates. The narcissistic moron that runs it should probably pull his head out and look around. Granted, this may be difficult considering all the fillers and surgeries he's had. Never again will I have anything to do with their products!

I placed my order in January. I messaged the company to see what was going on. They told me there was a delay with shipping due to the holidays. This would have been nice if this was included on your website. It took over a month before I received my order. My order was split in two different shipments. I received most of them in my first order which included a set of 36 different colored gel polish. This was a joke. Most of them were either duplicate (2), triplets (3), quadruplets (3). So my order of 36 different colored gels were really 14 different colored gel polish. In my second shipment was the Flash Mini lamp which didn't work. Battery slots didn't make any sense. One slot would just have the spring on the bottom and no connection part at the top and vice versa. Customers service is useless. I've sent 2 messages regarding this issue on separate days with no reply.

You can order these products with other companies with better Customer Service. I placed an order for the soft gel tips with Apres while waiting for my order with enailcouture. I received the wrong size tips. I contacted customer service and explained the issue and they sent the correct size out as I sent the original sent back.

While this took place, I still did not receive my order from enailcouture. Don't except much from enailcouture. Order your items else where. Fyi, if you need refills for 1 or 2 sizes of the nail tips. You'll have to purchase the whole kit. At least with Apres, if you need refills for 1 or 2 different sizes, you can purchase these sizes without having to order the whole nail kits overs again.

I won't order from enailcouture again. Waiting a whole month to receive broken and duplicate items is a waste of time.

I might change this review slightly when/if I ever receive my order.

I ordered on March 8th. Today is June 30th. Nothing on tracking or processing my order. I sent an email 21 business days after March 8th. I got a generic automated message about how they're handling COVID. I get it, precautions and I can appreciate safety for all. However, I've ordered items from other nail places and received fast. I've even order random stuff from places like AliExpress about 3 weeks ago and I'm already receiving those items. If China can ship super fast with their slowest mailing form and you're US based and haven't gotten anything out, you're doing something wrong.

I'm also extremely tired that every day my inbox is greeted with an email about the same hot products. Well you know what? Maybe send my original order so I can judge whether I want these "new hot" items. Why would I be enticed to buy more of something if I've never received the products I sought out prior?

The best part is that none of the social media is being responded to. And if they are responding it's rudely. For example on IG I came across multiple enailcouture accounts for different sections of the world. Namely the Canada based one. They put a customer on blast in their IG story with their complaint of waiting so long. Enailcouture's response? "We're the Canadian one. We aren't connected. We're a totally different company" uhhh yet they have a picture of max as their pro pic... ok maybe you're not the US account, but as a company you're the same... maybe offer to help? Instead of putting your customers on blast.

Overall, I'm really tired of waiting. I'm almost positive these products will not be the best around... and I wonder if the price i paid will be worth the wait.

Still absolutely disgusting that you don't know about the delay in processing and shipping until AFTER you make a purchase.

Oh and good job max for turning off your comments on IG. If you read the long write up after people's purchases it says you'll update us on your social media to which none of the enailcouture's accounts have done... at all.

Order placed 15 days ago... it's become apparent that The owner is taking customers money to use towards his economic gains, during pandemic, with no intentions to delivery items in a timely manner, if at all.

While waiting for my Shipment, i went digging to get info on the people behind this pink bubblegum nail company. I saw a YouTube video about 123 go and wanted to try it out. To my disgust, The owner, max, a psychopath in his 40s. His contact lense Are attempts to distract from his psychopathic stare and the Candyland/bubblegum theme are aimed to distract from his Chester vibes. He has degraded/attacked his customers, who spends their hard and money on his products. Yes he, in mean girl style, embarrasses customers on social media. For ex. He keeps 5% of your payment if you cancel your order (even though processing time is longer than 14 days). Customers are paying for your inability to run a small nail supply business. God forbid you were Safeway home delivery! Sally's beauty and Sephora, serves a wider population, are more backed up but have kept buyers updated with emails and was only delayed by two days.
Psychopath, greedy shady, fake, hateful People like Max, are Notorious for taking Advantage of people during times of crisis and vulnerability. The biggest red flag is fact that he sent out 1 to 2 Spam mails each day advertising his products with a promo code and free shipping over $99. Also stating "items will not be restocked." why are you trying to get as many people to send you money when you are "so backed up on orders" there's no delays with usps or fedex so is it your lack of inventory to for fill your shipments? With all the payments you've received so far, shouldn't you be able to restock?! If present yourself to be a respectable person, I would give you the benefit of the doubt. I can only imagine what a, creepy mediocre nail tech with no people skills, finessed to start enailcouture.

Since it's my money, i should have first choice in investing it rather than handing it over to a fake persona with a fake legit business

I have been waiting over 5 weeks to receive my order. I placed my order April 29th and it is now June 5th. Some people I have spoken too have been waiting for 8 weeks. There customer service sucks. They make sure you know that they are not responsible for anything ounce it leaves their facility and orders will not be changed, cancelled, returned or refunded, no matter what. I have never had a company do that ever. Any other company would always make customer service and satisfaction a priority. They keep blaming shipping taking so long on the number of orders and COVID-19, but There are way bigger companies than them with way more orders, I'm sure, that have not taken 4- 8 weeks to ship. I've ordered from these companies have not encountered any shipping delays. They have AfterPay which I tried to use and it charged my card for the full amount anyway. They would not even attempt to help me fix the issue. Just said it wasn't their problem that I'd have to contact AfterPay. I still have not received my products so I can't speak for them just my experience with customer service and shipping.
I finally recieved my products after over 6 weeks. I was super excited to get them on my fingers! I had seen a few reviews that said the nails were flimsy, bit I thought it was just because they were using the stilettos and filing too much off the side witch will weekend the integrity of the nail. Anyway, I applied EXACTLY how Max does in videos. Step by step, prepped nails, prep, primer, base, etched the nails, used press on gel, cured. Used the the coffin, which have really nice C-curve so they should be stronger. Looked great! But not even a 24 hours later, I have already bent 3 nails. Not broke, but bent all the way. Just doing normal everyday stuff. 2 was just pulling up a pair of pants just drying off with a towel. These nails are very flexible. I'm am not empressed with them. The rest of the system seems good, but the nails need to be stronger. Kinda wish I could cancel my second order. But, hoping the ballerinas won't be so flimsy.

Hoy me llegó mi compra q hice el 4 de junio, hoy es 27 de agosto de la compañía de Max Estrada Quiero dejar mi opinión sobre la compañía es mi opción y espero q la respeten, quiero compartir 3 puntos muy importantes antes q usted valla hacer su compra, puntos q no menciona el dueño de la compañía ni está expuesto en su página. 1. Cuando usted hace la compra inmediatamente le envían un email Diciendo que por ninguna circunstancia podrá cancelar la orden. 2. Que su pedido tardará 30+ y más (como ven mi caso). 3. y muy importante que NO se hacen responsables de su orden después que ellos la dejen en el correo ósea si su paquete se perdió usted perdió su dinero porque ellos no responderán cosa que cualquier compañía siempre está dispuesta ayudar y responderle a su clientela. Puede que sus productos sean buenos pero valdrá la pena en realidad? Es mi primera y última vez, en el mercado encontrarás muchísimas marcas mejores y más eficientes. Sorry not sorry.
