Technology continues to advance and this product is the best of all, it translates in a precise and concise way. Now I have no problem communicating with people on trips or having fears that they will not understand me, I recommend it.
Just like everyone else intended to but 1 they charged for 4. Called to Cancel immediately and realized they were crooked when they knew exactly what happened and offered free warranty to continue transaction for 4. Received items in 4 days TRACKED when was estimated to take 3 weeks. Now I'm supposed to PAY to ship to Germany when product came from New York.
Got it within the specified time of delivery. Item was well-packed. I used the translator when I was in Spain. Big help, happy with the product.

C'est parfait Je l'ai utilisé plusieurs fois pour communiquer avec des clients espagnols et ça marche bien. Vous n'avez pas besoin de savoir comment prononcer les mots ou les phrases. Il est de bonne qualité et je le recommande sans hésiter si vous devez un jour communiquer en plusieurs langues.

Don't buy it. The translator is not standalone. It requires your phone data and an App to use it. They promise a 30 day return. The catch is they make you return it to Germany. Postal companies cannot return internationally using air given the battery. Enence refused to provide an address within Canada that would enable me to return the device. I've emailed them multiple times with no response. I've phoned them multiple times. They never answer only leaving you to listen to music until you hang up. I'm out the money I spent but hopefully this review helps someone not spend the money. Review their fine print.
Tip for consumers:
They claim 30 day refund but they require returns to go to Germany rather than the country from where it was delivered. This contributes to increased return costs and the complication of the battery. Batteries cant be returned internationally via air. My package was refused by the postal company and the company would not respond with an address within my country to return the item. They ignored my multiple requests.

We had ordered two on Black Friday (2024) not realizing it was in US dollars. Called them right away to cancel, but then realized they had charged us for four! Marlon at customer service told us he would cancel the order, call the warehouse and send us a confirmation email. We did not get that so we called them back. They said it was too late and we would have to go through the trouble of returning them. There is no way they could've shipped it within the five minutes we called them! Very disappointed with this company and would not buy anything from them.

I ordered one translator and they charged me for 4! I realized their mistake 2 second after order was placed. I immediately called snd successful Then I emailed customer service to cancel my order. I got following
'Your order has already been processed in our state-of-the-art, automated warehouse, and we regret to inform you that modifications to the order are no longer possible. We will ship it as soon as possible.'
