This store us my new bff for UK goodies. The cookies came in tact. The chocolate although I haven't opened and tried it, was NOT melted. They placed a freezer pack which melted but it did its job! I have to admit I was expecting melted shortbread chocolate cookies. However, that was not the case! Ordering was easy. Waiting for delivery and/or ship time was just a few days.
This was my first time ordering from English Tea Store's site and I am totally satisfied! All the goodies were delivered fast and packaged well. Nothing damaged, crushed or crumbled! Cannot wait to place additional orders! I paid extra for the cooling bag and things were packed perfectly in it. Thanks so much!
Based on a memory of a unique candy from my childhood, I have tried varieties from English Tea Store. I'm not yet certain but the Simpkins Butterscotch is somewhat reminiscent. Either way, everything is delightful.
This is the second time I have ordered from this store. I cannot lie, Amazon has spoiled me with their super quick shipping of items however, I had a very hard time finding this item and at a good price. Thank goodness English Tea Store offers this brand and at a good price. Shipping was average. But the best part, they followed up to make sure I got the tea. Most businesses just sell the item with never a follow up. I'm impressed and will continue to do business with this fine establishment!

I have had this chocolate bar before which is what brought me to this site to order it! This candy is delicious, it's hard to describe. However, my husband (who doesn't even like chocolate) was the one requesting it so that should speak for itself! The shipping was quick and packaged very well. The chocolate was surprisingly not melted upon delivery, however I did pick it up at the mailbox the same day it was delivered so if ordering I would just be cautious not to let it sit in the heat for too long! Overall great experience!
I ordered these items as a gift for my husband's birthday and everything came on time, were as described online, and the customer service was great. I got emails to confirm the order, the shipping and tracking information, and delivery. Very attentive and detail oriented. He loved his gifts!

Bought the fabulous hazelnut Cadbury bars and they arrived just fine, a little broken but no melting at all which was no problem as they were just for me.
Much better than the Cadbury's made in US. Creamy, soft, rich. Yum!
My friend started this after bringing me home a Cadbury from Ireland. What a difference!

I really miss Piccadilly it's a wonderful mustard sauce which complements all cold meats particularly chicken. This was the first and only store that carried this product. It arrived it tact and it is wonderful. A taste of home.

The cold pack from my bakewell tarts was very hot didn't keep it cool, but they still tasted delicious, you Lisa barbecued dry marinade on a lot of things very tasty. The rest I will use as I need it.
They had Bakewell tarts that I love every time I go to England I buy many packages and instead of buying lunch and supper I just eat my tarts.
Tried to use $5 discount, since I could not I cut my order by $20.00, will probably not order again and use The British Food Depot.

I've been burned before looking for authentic British products and have learned to take a deep dive into the websites to determine the history and addresses of the companies to ensure that I'm looking at truly British products rather than "knock-offs" from other countries. These are shipped from America, but are the real deal.

I am grateful and quite relieved for the superior effort E.T.Store makes to deliver tea these many years. The postal delivery has failed to get my 5# bulk tea to me twice and both times The English Tea Store made sure I received my order though the problem was not caused by them in any way.

I sent an email, knowing the problem I was experiencing lay with the USPS. The email was answered the very next business day, I called as instructed and the problem corrected with that call. I am SO IMPRESSED. The other time the Post Office "lost" my 5# bulk tea and English Tea Store replaced it with no arguments or discussion. I often wonder if they were reimbursed ... they certainly should have been.

The items were all packaged very securely with plenty of air filled wrappers securing each item individually. The items were very fresh. I was really impressed and will be looking forward to purchasing more in the future.
I like black tea, but cannot have caffeine, so many years ago I started using Taylor's of Harrogate decaffeinated teabags. I found them to have the best taste. Since they are not always available in regular grocery stores, I order them online and the service has been great.
I love the products they carry and was extremely excited to give some traditional British snacks a try. I enjoyed the products that arrived intact but definitely had some issues with products melting and arriving spoiled because they got too hot in the mail.

The initial process was confusing, I received an invoice that said unpaid in my email but I know I paid, I called customer service, they said I had paid so ignore that. I was confused. My package did arrive and I was charged on my acct.

I've used this site for over 10 years when I used to have a teashop
I set up an account yet it said I had to change the password... when I did, it didn't like it. It's such a hassle each time to go through this. Also, to ensure free shipping I order enough of an item to reach that amount yet almost every time the item I'm ordering is out of stock or limited. So I have to buy 'extra' things just to get the free shipping. I'm just frustrated but I continue to order clotted cream as you are the only ones that carry it. I had a wholesale account for years with you as I had a business now I order it in bulk for personal use but continue to have this issue. I know you'll tell me its 'pandemic' related...

I have already reported to your Customer service department that the box this was delivered in was soaked with perfume that as so strong I could not open it for s day - it still wouldn't dissipate and I had to open the box which was saturated on the inside but I was able to salvage the contents and empty them into glass jars in my kitchen. Then I had to dispose of the box and the containers in the trash in sealed trash bags so that it would not permeate my backyard. I still had to scrub my hands repeatedly to get rid of the smell that had penetrated my skin. So I did some research and it turned out that perfume like this is full of carcinegens. You should not permit your workers to work around so-called organic teas with toxic chemicals. It has affected my ability to type this letter.

Very slow delivery. I didn't hear for over a week.Then I finally got email that it would arrive by 7 pm that evening, but it was actually another 24 hours after that. All three boxes of tea were beaten up as if someone had played football with them. The tea tasted fine anyway.
So far the only place I can find the decafinated tea. I’ll keep looking.
