They are selection is very nice. Delivery was fast. Their prices were far superior to any other site selling Bewley's Drinking Chocolate. I probably should not have bought four containers. The product is not expired but the expiration date is in a couple months. I doubt we use four containers by December.

Last year's order of a half-dozen jars of an Irish tomato relish arrived mostly smashed. The English Tea Store graciously refunded my money but best of all, you listened to my feedback about packaging. I tried again in September, and was delighted to have my favorite relish arrive in perfect condition. Each jar was separately wrapped and the entire package well-insulated. In addition, the service was quick. I'll definitely be back!

I am glad that I can still buy Bird's custard online while all the supermarkets where I live don't carry it anymore. English Tea store has better price for the products than other places and the shipping was fast.

I ordered preserves which were damaged in transit. The English Tea Store replaced these immediately and followed up afterward to be sure I received them and was satisfied. Great service and caring attitude!

This is the second time I have ordered from this store. I cannot lie, Amazon has spoiled me with their super quick shipping of items however, I had a very hard time finding this item and at a good price. Thank goodness English Tea Store offers this brand and at a good price. Shipping was average. But the best part, they followed up to make sure I got the tea. Most businesses just sell the item with never a follow up. I'm impressed and will continue to do business with this fine establishment!

Tea in England is a most gracious and usually convivial afternoon or early evening hour. A time to relax. The English Tea Store evokes that experience for me. They have a wonderful assortment of teas and deliver promptly. But then they go beyond the expected to make sure delivery and experience has gone well. Imagine your hostess in a Regency home asking you how your day has gone.

Superior service and high quality products. Excellent tea ( of course), and lovely treats from England you would have a hard time finding elsewhere. My go to, online store for many years. Not one problem or complaint yet!

So far, my experience has been great with this store. The tea is really good quality and I appreciate the variety. Some are pricey but I also appreciate the sample sizes. I'll definitely continue shopping here.

I am enjoying the TEAS. It is exciting to look forward to each shipment.
But, please don't send me any more Honey Sticks. I am not sure how to use them.

This is our go-to site for al things Ireland/UK. Their prices are very fair and the selection is extensive, certainly enough to satisfy us. Service is terrific; 1 of the jars arrived broken & was rapidly replaced, free of charge.

I have had this chocolate bar before which is what brought me to this site to order it! This candy is delicious, it's hard to describe. However, my husband (who doesn't even like chocolate) was the one requesting it so that should speak for itself! The shipping was quick and packaged very well. The chocolate was surprisingly not melted upon delivery, however I did pick it up at the mailbox the same day it was delivered so if ordering I would just be cautious not to let it sit in the heat for too long! Overall great experience!

Easy to order, no issues with shipping. Great selection of teas and treats. Items arrived in good condition - including cookies (not broken) and jam (glass jar properly packaged for shipping and not broken). One package of cookies tasted old and off, like they had been stored too long or maybe in the heat too long. So, I might not order food items again but I would definitely purchase tea again.

I ordered these items as a gift for my husband's birthday and everything came on time, were as described online, and the customer service was great. I got emails to confirm the order, the shipping and tracking information, and delivery. Very attentive and detail oriented. He loved his gifts!

I've been ordering from English Tea Store for several years. My items always come promptly and when packaged securely, always with not dents in the tins. Twinings Earl Grey is my favorite flavor of tea.

The English Tea Company I found by accident while searching for teas on line. I also wanted to speak to a person as well. That is actually how I buy my tea; speaking to a person. They answer any questions, take my order and send it promptly.

The variety was nice, the prices were great and the shipping was fast. I can get larger sizes of Twinings cheaper from Twinings, but we wanted something different this time around. Will definitely shop here again.

English Tea Store is always my "go to" for tea. Wonderful selection and always excellent teas to choose from. So enjoy the seasonal tea! Excellent shipping and service. If you have never tried their tea before, it is well worth considering.

I love finding a touch of Ireland. Everything received was very good, especially the organic decaf tea. I'll order some again, it's hard to find. This tea was really good. Good source for a treat now and then.

My order finally arrived after over a week. For edible items, that is ridiculous. I received a puddle of melted chocolate and I am very upset.

For the fact that my order was for chocolate and this is the summer, I would think that better insulting packaging would have been used. Or at the very least, the items should have be delivered quickly but nope.

To make it worse, they selected the slowest and worst shipping method possible "UPS mail innovations".

I NEVER leave reviews for anything but for this one, I had to speak up. I was really looking forward to getting my treats but I am so disappointed. Shame on you guys!

Very slow delivery. I didn't hear for over a week.Then I finally got email that it would arrive by 7 pm that evening, but it was actually another 24 hours after that. All three boxes of tea were beaten up as if someone had played football with them. The tea tasted fine anyway.
