This set was perfect for a church tea party. I love the pink roses with the silver trim. I wish the tea pot held 6 cups of water instead of 4 but it worked out. Easy to order and fast to ship.

I missed the small print about the need to pay/spend more for expedited shipping. Odd that a cream product wasn't already expedited! Arrived in 80F heat with the "cool packs" totally spent.

Advised I should have read the small print.

Order was shipped quickly. Pleased to locate this mustard, which is very hard to find at U.S. stores, I first started to use this product when I lived in England.

I have yet to get tea or anything for that matter, where the company emails me back asking if I've received the order. The ad was via Facebook I believe. Led me right to the product. I clicked. Came fairly quickly. I'll order again. Just not the sample I got.

My buying experience was great. I bought my wife a set for our 18th wedding anniversary. It came promptly and in good condition. The style matched what I had ordered and she loved it.

I liked the selection of products on the website, but my items came damaged. The items came smashed, and leaking. Nothing too severe but it is unappealing to eat.

We're huge fans of Mrs. Tilly's fudge. It was produced for the 2023 holiday season with an expiration date of September 2024. The taste and texture has degraded. I'm not sure why it hasn't gone on clearance with it's lesser than 100% quality.

It was easy to find what I needed on the website and easy to go down the rabbit hole with the wide selection of teas, biscuits, honey, and other pantry items. I'll definitely buy from them again. Shipping was fast and they even put a cold pack in the box to keep the chocolate wafers from completely melting.

Happy with delivery speed of order. Only drawback was boiled sweets got a little sticky in the bag but that could have been due to 90-degree-plus temps during delivery.

I have placed multiple orders with this company and every time the delivery and ordering process as well as the products are excellent. I have had no issues with anything.

They asked for a photo of the tea warmer that was broken in transport and replied immediately that they would be sending me a new one.

I am enjoying my tea. I was so excited when I received it. Shipment packaging was in great shape. I received what I ordered. I will be ordering again real soon!

Shopping the clearance section was super easy and quick. I ordered some summer teas for the last few days of summer and some pumpkin spice for the approaching fall.

Ordering was very easy, prices are more than reasonable, and delivery was fast. My second time ordering from here. I'm very satisfied and will order again.

My fault for buying during a heat wave. However the parcel had minimal insulation and UPS did nothing but emphasize the heat. The parcel was undamaged but the contents were severly shaken to cause the broken biscuits. Mixing jams and biscuits in the same package was probably my mistake and the packaging did nothing to improve the situation.

My concern was with the default application of sales taxes applied to food. the email replies were prompt and acceptable. The reulting delay in applying the correct total with Visa was slow and confusing. Pending charges were dragging on for days until corrected by English Tea Store.

My biggest item has been Brown Betty's. Now i can not serve a tea without using "her' Even gave one as a gift and they were over the moon. Tea in a Betty is like no other.

As always, I received my order on time and in great condition. It was exactly as described. Only 1 time I received a damaged item, I called, and the problem was rectified immediately. It was NOT how it was packaged...it was the shipper's fault. Even though it wasn't the English Tea Store's fault, they replaced the damaged item AT NO CHARGE to me.

Great timing and well packaged except for the chocolates were melted because the ice bag was not big enough for our summer heat. I will try again after it cools down in our area.

We had tea service at the Empress hotel in Victoria, British Columbia and loved the Market Fresh tea. I was so happy to see that English Tea Store carried the blend for a reasonable price. The bag arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered.

Where I live, supermarket tea is fairly limited in choices; I have to drive about 2 hours and endure horrendous traffic to shop for anything special. The English Tea store not only has a wonderful variety of teas, it has them in a variety of quantities and forms. It was easy to place an order, and the order arrived swiftly!

There's no way to search for herbal teas that don't contain hibiscus and/or rose hips because the majority of them do. Have to click on each one and read the ingredients.
