This store us my new bff for UK goodies. The cookies came in tact. The chocolate although I haven't opened and tried it, was NOT melted. They placed a freezer pack which melted but it did its job! I have to admit I was expecting melted shortbread chocolate cookies. However, that was not the case! Ordering was easy. Waiting for delivery and/or ship time was just a few days.
This was my first time ordering from English Tea Store's site and I am totally satisfied! All the goodies were delivered fast and packaged well. Nothing damaged, crushed or crumbled! Cannot wait to place additional orders! I paid extra for the cooling bag and things were packed perfectly in it. Thanks so much!

They are the only place I could get it without being sent the wrong tea. I couldn't send it back the company charged all kind of fees to even try to send it back.

Selection. I decorated my dining room into "Bohemian style tea room, English Tea Store offers solid color teapots and teacups and saucers in a variety of colors. I chose the mustard color, orange and dark green color mini teapots for decorating on each table.
I'm going to order the dark green and burgundy sets, 6 cup pots with 4 cups and saucers next. You've run out of the dark green sets, so I hope you replenish your inventory of that color soon.
I have one request. That you offer a replacement set of cups and saucers at a more affordable price, say a set of four for example. The single price is very steep for me. I'm a senior citizen and on a Social Security budget. All of the decorations in my tearoom, I have purchased from thrift stores and flea markets.

PG tea is great, the other one is really bad! I tried two other decaf teas from ETS andI came to realize that nothing is better PG decaf
