Ordered. Payed, received very fast. Received the exact ordered item. Fresh and well packed. WHAT ELSE can one hope for. This is quite unusual: One in three or four web orders end in lies, fraud,

One of my favorite tea stores! Long time customer. We really enjoy almost everything we have bought here. Sales are good and there is a lot to choose from in the non-caffeine category which is very helpful.

I was a little worried about my order because it contained glass jars of preserves and I had had a bad experience with an order from another source in the past. So, I was delighted to open the package and to see everything packed with great care, especially the three glass jars! Bravo and many thanks!😊

I can give a more accurate review once the recipient of the tea basket I am putting together let's me know how wonderful they are. The packaging is very nice and the fact that the loose leaf teas have a redeemable bag is awesome.

The teas received were satisfactory, but the delivery was very slow, and I would not order again. There are so many places on the internet to order tea, such as Teadog, where the delivery is very fast, as fast as Amazon.

This was my first order with the English Tea Store. I ordered 2 green teas and both are outstanding. I found the web site well laid out and easily navigated. Prices are competitive, ordering was a breeze, and the order was shipped very quickly. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. I will be ordering from the English Tea Store again.

Fast shipping, nothing expired, good experience. We shop here every year for our favorite items that we cannot find locally. As Ex Pats we enjoy having English goodies that remind us of home and make Christmas special.

One of the Fruit Pastille tubes arrived open with the sweets in the bottom of the box, I called and spoke with a nice lady, she sent a replacement. Thank you.

I was delighted to receive exactly what I had ordered. The treats were exactly as advertised. The qualtiy is super. I was surprised to see that the packing box did not have 'fragile' or 'food' on it. My order was shipped promptly and quickly.

Order arrived without breakage. Last company I ordered from had to refund. Theirs arrived broken even tho huge red fragile sign on both sides of package.

Price of mincemeat is getting way to high and it's my favorite purchase every Christmas.

I cannot rate the tea as it is a gift so I don't know the quality. However, I can tell you I was pleased with the ease of ordering. Also, the items arrived as described and in a timely manner. Thank you.

Part 2 after delivery.
Not your company's fault but the package was wandering around my location for almost a week. So from order to delivery took two weeks. Of course it was not Emergency tea.

The Pumpkin tea, I bought it for myself, was excellent!

The ordering was straight forward, received the package quickly, the tea set was as pictured and very well package.
The tea set is cute as a button for my great nieces ages 6 & 3. I'm hoping a tea cup will survive the years as a keepsake for them to remember me by!

I ordered bottles of Henderson's Relish from Amazon. It did not turn out well. The first order they destroyed in shipping and then the replacement order was lost. The English Tea Store got it right. Next year I'll order all my Anglocentric Christmas gifts from here.

Upon opening the box the tea bags were in disarray; assuming the cause was due to traveling by mail. Upon organizing the tea bags by category, the box was not full like the above picture. Wish there were more of the jasmine and lavender tea bags in the nice box.

Site didn't want to take coupon code they provided. I had to call and get different code. I had some issues with using the site. Not sure if it was the fault of the site or my phone. I'd look at something, then would have trouble getting back to the list of what I wanted to see. Site has a lot of good things. I liked the violet cremes. Lovely flavor!

Lady gave me 10 percent off, but seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Maybe she deals with a lot of unhappy people or was having a bad day.

I ordered three jars and one of them was already opened. They refunded me that 6.00$, but they would not send me another jar. The problem is shipping is pretty costly and I needed that extra jar. It would've been nice if they just shipped another jar to me without the shipping cost. But they would not do that even when I requested it.

The jars are super small. I should have known when it said 1 ounce, but for some reason I was thinking it would be taller. I was going to use them in gifts for my neighbors but am too embarrassed by the size to give them out.

I had to make a substitution for one of the 3 items I ordered, because the item was out of stock. I really wanted the out of stock item. Otherwise, the order was great. The order arrived in a cool pack which was good.
