I purchased a tool cart for $59.99 plus tax and they sent a tracking number to see where it is, the link di dnit work and the tracking number did not exist. I emailed them for clarification and heard nothing.
Eventually I got an email saying it had been delivered 7 weeks ago. I went to the post office with the tracking number and they said it is not a real tracking number. I went to the mail sorting office and UPS they said the same, I contacted the seller and 17track, and requested a tracking number for proof of delivery I could use and they refused. We live in a private area with no passers buy and never get our packages taken but if I had proof it was delivered then I would not mind and drop it. I sinc has had an offer of 5% of then 10% off.
