My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
The customer service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at "******* 101 ST, Edmonton, AB" has exemplary service. The whole team and management at the downtown location was willing to go over and beyond what was required.
Mark and Justin are the opitome of excellence. They take time to listen to clients and offer services over and beyond normal. I am super grateful for their attention to details, excellent customer services and always exceeding my expectation. Thank you so much for the upgrade Mark, you made our day. Called on a Thursday. Was told could not guarantee until a Wednesday. I agreed (one the hand is better, right?). They called me Tuesday and said after 3:00 on Wednesday would REALLY guarantee a vehicle. They called back Wednesday and said they could not guarantee me one and there was no sense in coming in and waiting for a vehicle that may not show back up. They asked me to wait for their call. What?!?
The car was great- the only problem is they billed the wrong credit card & have yet to issue the credit they said they issued - this is screwing up my finances & All I get from them is that " it will take a few days" but if they had charged the card I asked them to from the beginning - I would not have to deal with this now. This happened at the end of September and they still have not faxed the info my bank requested for the credit and it is now October 21st. And now they are not even returning my calls – they got paid and now they do not care that they have screwed up my finances.
I filed a complaint on Saturday and was told I would hear from the district manager on Monday and I have not heard anything! The treat you like crap and do not work well under pressure. You can not take it out on your customers because the location is busy and you do not have the manpower to run it
Enterprise Plus huh? I reserved a car and even got a confirmation number, (1966 *******, it's been a while but, I still have that confirmation sheet) the next day when I called to verify the confirmation (literally on my way out the door to go get the car,) it did not exist. No car, no confirmation, no confirmation number, no explanation no apology, no nothing. Needless to say I will be going to a competitor of Enterprise in the future.
Returned my vehicle at the Buffalo airport on October 24th 2022 and the employee Patrick was so awesome. He really made returning the vehicle a breeze. Enterprise you need more caring employees like Patrick. Customer service skills was awesome!
Recently, we rented a car with Enterprise at 5690 NW 167th St, Miami Lakes, FL *******.
The whole process was amazing including service and attention from the workers, cars behavior during the trip, the price of the car rental and the car return process at the end.
Special consideration and very good service received from Kyle Anthony during return process.

Lauren is rude, phoney and hates being nice to customers, but likes to be overboard sweet to her male coworkers. The males who work there swarm around Lauren during work hours while ignoring customers. They act as if they are too good to work at enterprise and be genuinly nice to anyone. They should not ever work with the general public. Never have I seen such frockery at any other enterprise. Zero stars! *******
Hear this folks. Was renting for about 4 years straight monthly. Went in to renew my contract and was blow away.the bad way. Was paying about 1200 a month on average until i walk in and they tell me the price to rent a car monthly went up to 2870 a month which is crazy.and to make matters worse they didnt have the deciency to let me know ahead of time that the price went up nearly 300 percent. They dont care about us only money.
BEWARE! I rented a car with Enterprise after I was rear ended at a stop sign. They offered to pick me up at Caliber Collision. Caliber did a great job of fixing up my car and I worked with them and Enterprise after repairs were made to my car to leave the rental car there, at Caliber Collision. Apparently, someone hit the front of the car in the parking lot. Although I dropped the car off where they told me to, when they told me to, they are holding me responsible for the damages. I have yet to even send me pics of the damages they claim to have happened to the car, just a bill for almost $1,200 and a random $50 charge to my credit card from Enterprise that they have not give me the reason for. Bottom line, do not leave the car until they have signed off on it. I have always thought taking pictures of the rental vehicle after dropping it off would be enough. It is not. They can claim someone hit it in a parking lot and you will have to pay for it, without any proof of the damages.
Bald tyres, unchecked vehicles, paperwork wrong, and the final. Omsult. They claimed i damaged the vehicle. I DID NOT. The manager said he would keep.me inforned but it was likely i would have to pay £1150. So far no correspondence or replies to my calls and email and £200 taken from.my card. I AM DISGUSTED. LIARS ALL
I made a reservation through my insurance company be picked up at work since my car was not drivable. They did not show and when I called they said it was the wrong branch and I would have to call one closer. The branch closer to me would not answer their phone. I abandoned any hopes of getting a car and had a relative pick my son up from school and me from work. He sat outside in the cold for an hour and I was stuck at work for an hour and a half. I would rather drive my mother's 14 year old truck than deal with these people again.
I reserved a car with Enterprise 2 weeks ago. I am new to GA and still have my Fl driver's license. I went in with my credit card and my license. The clerk would not accept my payment. She said my credit card was considered a prepaid card to them. I literally have a credit card (the company issues me a line of credit, which if I use, I pay back with interest). She basically kept repeating if I have a major credit car to which I continued to express that my card WAS a major credit card. I literally took an uber, had my son, and all my stuff there. I was traveling to FL for a wedding. I called the corporate office and was told that a regional manager would get to me. That hasn't happened.
Avis, whom I had reserved a car with had no cars with an expected wait of over an hour. Went over to Enterprise and had a car in minutes. I've had problems with Avis in the New York area and Enterprise has always come thru.
Made a reservation to rent a car while we were in Lake Tahoe at the Enterprise Rent a car in Harveys Hotel. When we went to the counter the attendant there said he would not honor the reservation for the car we had made through Expedia. We had reserved a compact car and he said he did not have any more compact cars available (he had other vehicles just not a compact) and if he gave us another vehicle he would lose money. I thought the reason to reserve a vehicle is so that a vehicle would be available! The attendant was pretty rude and as a result in the future I will never rent a car from any of the Enterprise locations from now on.

We flew into the Atlanta Airport 5/18/23 at 11:00 and picked up the car. The woman behind the counter was extremely kind, and we then picked out a car from several. The woman at the check out at the garage also had a great attitude. Car was great, drop off easy. We will use them again.
The most awful and the scariest experience that I had in my life!
They provided me a car which had had an accident before and damaged already. I believe they never even checked if the car is safe and secure to drive again.
But the scariest part started when during the drive the car just switched off- like the car was not receiving energy! I completely lost control of the car no gas neither brakes were working! As I was approaching the intersection, my car luckily stopped due to the car in front me stopping as the light switched to red.
The car in front of me took almost no damage, as I was thankfully at a speed of 20-25km/hr. Then I had to call towing service, because I was not able to start the car! No power at all!
After all this horrible experience to apology was provided to me, they had contacted and got refunded from my insurance without my authorization!
Someone should take the responsibility for the life and security of their customers!
My daughter had a rental that got a flat tire. When enterprise services were contacted they stated a 55.00 fee to have someone come out to repair. She had her younger sister in the car along with a baby, they gave no regards to her safety or the child's safety. All they were concerned with was adding a 55.00 service charge to the acct.

I made a reservation with Enterprise and received a confirmation. When I dropped off via an Uber, was told they had no cars. I asked if they could bring a car from another location as I had just been dropped off at their location. I was told there were no cars in Pensacola. Why why would you give someone a confirmation number i'm just saying if you don't have a vehicle? This is not the first time I have been treated this way by enterprise rental. If you want to rent a car do not call enterprise. They overall suck.
I had an inferior car and to add insult to injury as a regular user for Enterprise with a perfect record they tried to pin damage on me that I didn't cause. They took £400 from me even though I hadn't caused it and just quoted legal contract speak to me and didn't seem to care whether I caused the damage or not. Do NOT use this company they can't be trusted, and their level of cars aren't great either, there are better and more trustworthy companies out there

Their prices we ridiculous was charged an enormous amount for a economy car I could have bought a cheap used car for less while I waited for insurance settlement. 75 dollars a day for 30 days. I am telling everyone that I know what a ripoff this company is
Made car rental reservations two weeks ahead of time, get there to pick up the car and they have no availability, called one a town over to see if they had one and was told they had availabilities, get there and again they have nothing! What should have been done was them call us ahead of time to let us know they had none at the time or at least made calls to other rental places to get us a car. I will never set foot in enterprise again!
I wanted to give kudos to the enterprise rental team and branch manager (Blake) on Vine street in Harrisonburg, VA. This team really came through for my sister and I. We were headed to a wedding in IN and they made sure we had the appropriate vehicle as we were taking all the hand made flowers and additional baking equipment for making the cake and cupcakes. Thank you Blake and team. We appreciate your hard work and will continue to rent from Enterprise.

After my car had broken down at Dumphries, on a Sunday, I booked a car from Enterprise. Received notification that all paperwork received and that I could pick up car the following morning at 8.AM. They had taken my money (full amount). On trying to pick up the car on Monday my husband was told that they had no cars available. When he asked for their complaints procedure the Manager got rude and told my husband he did not like his attitude (please remember who is a fault here) he was not uninterested in our dissatisfaction. When I phoned he blamed my husband and equally tried to blame me for booking it on a Sunday without speaking to them first. If you have confirmation and they have taken happily the payment then you expect the service. Because of there total lack of service cost me a further £65 for taxis to Carlisle to a wonder HERTZ no problems what so ever there. Enterprise need to look a there systems, equally they need to look at there very appalling customer service
