My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
I needed a rental car for 1 day to drive me from florida to virginia. About 800 mile drive. Went to reserve the car for 1 day only and they quoted me about $450. Which most of that was a deliver fee to get the vehicle back to original locatio. Went to hertz and got a premium car for only $160 for the whole trip. After realizing how much of a rip off enterprise would have been, its safe to say they lost me as a customer and hertz will now be taking my business. So thank you again enterprise for trying to rip me off, because you didnt just lose me ad a customer as i have told my story to everyone, including people who rent from you often

I had made a reservation for a car this morning and I get there no car. And I was left walking. They stated they tried to call but I had no voicemail and it was not full as they stated. Not happy it's winter and I have to work.

I had a car delivered on behalf of BMW Assist whilst my car was in for a repair.
After being delivered in the dark at 9pm the car sat on my drive for 4 days and was drive just 22 miles back to the BMW dealer, according to Enterprise I caused damage to the bonnet, also damage to an O/S & N/S tyre.
I drive circa 25,000-30,000 miles per year and have yet to cause damage to tyres as accused by Enterprise.
I took photos of the car on the morning after delivery and on return to BMW but apparently my photos of the existing damage are not good enough. Hence I'm now £250 out of pocket
Come on Watchdog/Rogue Traders these scammers need investigating... All the review sites can't be wrong,

I rent from enterprise all the time and was quoted an incorrect price they did not honor. Since switching rental car locations I have experienced nothing but madness! I am unpleased and very dissatisfied! I make reservations and it's a long wait time each time I have went to this location. Pinellas Park 49th street. The workers they have moved from this location the beginning of the year were great! I have nothing pleasant to say about staff now. I had to select a rating because it would not allow me to submit if I did not, but my honest rating is a zero!
I rented a full size suv over the weekend. I picked up at Atlanta airport location. Day before having to return car from Florida. I was exhausted decided book a one/way instead returning to Atlanta airport. Decided call and see if was possible to return to Pensacola airport. Agent quoted me the price and noted to return to Pensacola location airport. I returned and following days later after received a bill for the one way. Plus I was charged an additional $700. I was never notified that the one way was not approved at any time. I had to call and see what I was charged for. They have very poor communication. There was no communication what so ever that I could not return the car as a one way. I was told no refund because Atlanta airport does not approve one ways. Do not rent with a company with such low standards.
I used Enterprise for an insurance rental one month ago today. The truck delivered was beyond filthy as I got in, all the way down to a used lollipop stick left behind for me to find. I began to complain by calling, emailing, leaving bad reviews and so forth. So far, NOT ONE OF MY MORE THAN TEN CONTACTS HAS RESULTED IN A MANAGER CALLING BACK! I keep complaining in hopes someone will listen and act. But Enterprise rents dirty, filthy, disgusting vehicles, then won't stand behind their service. BEWARE!
I had a reservation made 5 hours in advance, drove 45 minutes from Shawnee to Oklahoma city/ will rogers airport to pick up vehicle. Stood in a line outside in the heat and when it was finally my turn, the woman told me they weren't honoring any bookings made that morning because they had overbooked. When I told her that I had a confirmation from 5 hours she replied " reservations are not a guarantee" I asked isn't that what the word "confirmation" means and she said not here. I then went inside to avis and they saved the day. Up until now, I used enterprise exclusively, but after this, regardless of price I will never use enterprise. One more thing: Not a call, email or text letting me know that they could not honor my confirmed rental. How rude
I rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I had to go pick up my family from Kansas City and I needed a bigger car for luggage and all. My pick up was 9:00 am sharp and that was the earliest slot available to pickup. I booked the car almost a week or 2 ago. And the night before my pick up, I got a call from Enterprise guy and he told me that they don't have any vehicle available and told me to book a car from Hertz or Alamo or any other car rental services.
If you don't want to stuck in last minute cancellation and get stranded or don't want to get hammered by last minute rental coz of cancellation, avoid Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

I got the service on Doral store and I am still waiting for a charge they did on my credit card with no authorization. I am struggling since May 7th and nobody answer me. I am very upset with this company
We made reservations thru the website and reserved a car. Then, we got a call a few hours later that the reservation was canceled because the car was not available at the chosen location. When we asked if other Enterprise locations had a car available, we were directed to look on-line because the locally owned Enterprise rentals do not assist customers find a car with a competing locally owned Enterprise office. Never once was the "we will pick you up" offered - when it was requested it was like a huge imposition to the clerk on the phone.
Bottomline: chose a competitor - this company is not family friendly like the commercials try to portray.
I booked on line for 1 day asked to be picked up with a confirmation that I received the day I was to get a pick up I was left there with an explanation that I was out of range. Got in an argument with the office in Surrey office and they cancelled my rental total Morans new again

Had confirmed van reservation (direct tel call and email - "Your Reservation is Confirmed") and 60 minutes before I was to pick up the van from Danbury Enterprise, Danbury Enterprise called to advise they had no available rentals. I thne called mian Enterpreise line and all they could is sorry and this stuff happens. Great...I had a booked job that I had to reschedule - my customer was not pleased. I will NEVER you Enterprise again.
Enterprise is Worst car rental company I've ever used. The car they gave us very poor and weak should be cash for clunkers car. I called their main number, they said they will swap it and timed me to go to nearest airport to swap it. After driving 40 minutes to airport they wouldn't swap it at the airport after wasting time and gas to go to their airport location. I will never rent from this company.
They charged me 10 times, till now have no idea why! I had a problem with the car and they never called me or helped me, I called the assitance road and dont answer. Hahahaa seriously the WORST company I ever used. Nightmare
Vroom vroom quoted $136.00. I already had covermore insirance but they said the excess would be $3600 if I didnt take their insurance. Quoted $46 for insurance. That turns out to be per day! I hired the car for 30 hours Charged 2 days insurance. Not going there again.
I have rented from Enterprise US and Enterprise Europe for years, with rental periods exceeding one month each year. The Enterprise Europe experience has been excellent, with clean cars and excellent contract terms.
This review is regarding the Enterprise US operation, and specifically vehicles rented from the Boston location.
I have recently rented a premium car for a six week period and had several issues which preclude me from ever renting from Enterprise again, and advising others against using this company (who also operate under an umbrella with Alamo and National).
1. The car was handed over dirty inside and out, with trash under seats, in the console, and in the trunk.
2. The car, while relatively new, had a myriad of dents and scratches.
3. The car had less than half a tank of gas.
4. The main complaint is that the car received some minor body damage in a community parking lot for which Enterprise provided a severely inflated repair bill, which included additional charges which were not identified in the contract. The company was unresponsive to any discussion, negotiation of their fees.
As a result of this experience, despite being a "Gold Member" with Enterprise for many years, I will avoid renting vehicles from Enterprise US, whose level of service differs vastly from the highly-rated Enterprise Europe.
April 30th 2023 Reserved a vehicle for a trip for 2 weeks for a Florida for the Family at Harrisonburg Virginia Main st. The Employees Mason and Connor was denying me my rental due to changed in policies I contacted the Main Corporation, with very little help, I reminded them I've been using their vehicles for over 20yrs been a premium customer have accumulated several points 1,833 points to be exact just in the past year. Still denied even after giving them all documentation they wanted & needed, then want to discredit me by being arrogant, you'd think with the longevity of my rentals would have had better customer service. So Enterprise keep your lousy points You've lost a valuable customer! Did download the Turo App they want my business. They are happy to receive approx $6000 a year from me. So I suggest Checking out TURO for any vehicle rentals.
I had a Rent a car through my Insurance they was paying 40 a day and I was responsible for the extra four dollars a day all state end up sending my contract end date over two days later and I was up there two days prior to return the car and they said it was no end date in the system once I returned the car They left the contract open so I can speak with the area Director. Mike never called me. They end up closing the contract out without my permission and I did not say no paperwork and I was charged for $488 they was rude and I still have yet to talk to Mike about this problem
I went on line to use the "you click we pick". When I got to location on blackstone ave in Fresno. They did not have a car for me & offered a sub compact. I was traveling a long distance so a I needed a larger car. I asked for a larger car. The only car available was some $40.00 more. I had to take it. It came with under a quarter tank of gas (I thought all cars came with full tank). Nice car a Mazda small suv. I realized that the speed control was not working properly. I counted on that since I was traveling about 4 hrs each way. On the open road it was just start to slow down. Then at times it would speed up. On return of the car I was given a $8.00 credit. Also I brought it back with over a half of tank of gas. (picked it up at lest than quarter tank). I think there should've have been some sort of cost consideration. Name is Milton Quan & rental was on Feb 16th.
I needed a rental, my truck was in the shop. Called made the reservation, got the confirmation. The next day my son was taking me to pick up the rental, got a call they didn't have any cars. I made and recieved the reservation and confirmation.
Talked to the rental shop to a 12year old $#*!. Nothing they can do.
Maybe later they might have a rental. For 700$ they need to get the heads out their asses.
Worst rental company
I made a reservation 10/14/22 and I was to pick up a car 10/17/21. A car was not available, I was told I would receive a car as soon as one came in. I have called daily and was told I was first in line for a car. This afternoon, 10/21/22, I received the same excuses. No car, problems with Firestone, they supposedly called everyone in the Shreveport Bossier City area and was not able to find a car at any of their sites. If you need a car, choose another site. Worst service I have ever seen.
Enterprise Rent a Car has no word of honor.

Made reservations in Miami Florida and the day to pick up a car they rented my unit to the highest bidder.
Proof of that we are starting in the Four Seasons Hotel in Miami Florida and the same branch that accepted our reservation was dropping off cars all day for two to three times what they accepted my reservation #*******063
This for 9/14/10 to 9/15/19.
Why accept reservation if you will not honor it.

I work in customer service and I rented a car at 2150 S. State Road 7 Miramar FL, *******. Bryan Salkey was the Rep. That handle my rental service on the 10th Aug 2016 to the 17th Aug 2016 and this young man is really hospitable, honest and reliable. It is the second time renting a vehicle I the US and he really made this a pleasant trip for my family and myself due to his professional skills and pleasant approach to all our questions. I hope the higher management of Enterprise recognize this young man and put him up the scale for he is really an asset to the company. Enterprise rent a car is professional crooks.
They can charge you whatever they want put whatever they want on your credit card you can't talk to anyone and they don't answer to anyone they are professional crooks, worse than the mafia.
Their service is the worst,
The absolute worse.
The Better Business Bureau needs to shut them down or investigate them.
Be cautious extremely cautious before dealing with these professional crooks.
