My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
My experience with enterprise was TERRIBLE! The car that I originally reserved was not available upon pickup (no biggie). I was then told by the sales rep that he would then cut my daily rental rate in half for the inconvenience from $58.25 to $30 a day bringing the time distance total down to $90. With the discount added I decided to add insurance for $24.99 for the 3 days ($74.97). After the discount and insurance was added my estimated total charges were promised to be $214.25 after taxes and fees and one of the receipts I received detailed these rates. However, upon returning the car I was not charged the discounted rate promised or even the original reservation rate. I was charged a rate of $117.73 a day for my rental plus the insurance I added and taxes and fees ($489.85). After realizing that they overcharged me nearly 4 times the promised rate they also had charged my credit card an additional $41.98 on top of the $489.85 bringing the total that I was charged to outstanding $531.83 when I was told I would be charged $214.25. I had to call and explain to the manager at the Kansas City Airport location where I rented the vehicle from. The lady i spoke with was very unhelpful and took forever to understand the mistake that was made when I clearly explained it several times. In conclusion this was my WORST car rental experience. I will most likely never rent from enterprise again unless they can offer some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

We are not satisfied with their irresponsible way of working, We rented a car Opel Mokka 5 doors auto, 9am on September 6, we went to pick up the car at Enterprise rent a car located at 55 Gabriel Peri, *******, Mairie Montrouge with branch manager Guillaume LEFEBVRE., but they did not have, we waited for more than 2 hours, we had no choice then We had to take a smaller car without the auto because we didn't want be late to other important things that day - They promised at least 20% off but only reduce $ 68.11 from $490.51. We have rented a lot of cars but this is not a reputable place to work

I received horrible experience from an agent at Cordova Tn GTown PKWY location. We made a reservation online for this location only to arrive and be told because we made it same day we would not be accommodated. The agent was very unprofessional and RUDE. I will never rent from enterprise going forward due to this ALWAYS being the issue with this company. They over book and waste customer's time.
Not even the road tire assistance is included without paying for that service.
Great corporate decision

I've rented Countless times from San Pedro Enterprise. The latest, I was FORTUNATE to deal with Claudia... She was GREAT!... All alone in the office BUT VERY effective! Hats off for a job done VERY WELL! My Thanks & compliments!
Had all the documents and thousands in my bank account but because I live out of the state they refused to rent a car. Don't give you money to these people
Do NOT rent a car from this location. I was charged $659 without my knowledge for a rental which was covered by my insurance company. When I called this office to dispute I was given the company line and spoken to by a robotic human being. When my daughter initially went to this atrocious dealer to rent a car she waited FOUR HOURS for someone to assist her. This location is a pure nightmare. STAY AWAY. If I could post ZERO stars I would. (Photo below: the wonderful office where my daughter waited FOUR HOURS for assistance).

I wish that there is a way to give zero stars. Never in my life have I ever reserved a vehicle and was given a total price only then to find out on day of pick up that it was $200 more. The worst part is that they wouldn't even honor the original price even though they had admitted that their customer service had given false information. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
Been a couple of months now since this incident but since nothing has been done about it I'm pretty sure the woman Kathy a regional manager listened to me while she was doing the crossword puzzle pretending she cared. Basically some of this is my fault. I left 6 boxes of ties in the trunk of the car I returned. I called the next day and they had them. However, the box with the most expensive ties was missing. 15 Daniel Cremieux 7 fold ties mysteriously vanished. I was told they fell in the water. I think that's why dry cleaners are in business Someone apparently knew their tie since those ties range in price from 95 to 125 a piece. She actually gave me the impression she cared, SHE DIDN'T. I'm not even sure why she bothered to call me back but there you have it, ENTERPRISE JUST DOESN'T CARE much like the coat Melania wore one day that caused quite an uproar. To sum it up ENTERPRISE SUCKS!
I had a good reason to give them 1 star. You can't give them no stars. God I love social media.

If you want a reliable service, do not use Enterprise! My experience of the customer service at the St George Bristol branch in particular, has been horrendous. Rude staff, faulty car or no car!
Absolutely the worst customer service. Taylor was incompetent and the other rep was rude. I recommend using either a different office or certainly another rental car company.

The 943 N Polk St, Pineville, NC location. Customer service is dismally poor! I went to the location sinice my car was being repaired. I did not have a reservation. I was told they did not have a car available for 1 day. The lot was full of cars. I had to accept that statement. The agent was rude and condesending but called an Uber for me. I asked if they would dry the bench outside so I could sit down? The manager said no! I kept waiting. I asked a different agent for Uber's arrival time and was told the manager canceled Uber! I called corporste while waiting. It's been 2 weeks now and corporate doesn't not care about customer service. It feels like racism. I'm Black. The Enterprise manager and Agent's were White.

Two days straight I've been lied to about the availability of a rental. The first day In Corinth, ms I come to pick up my rental I was told no rentals were available and she said she called me but she didn't get a voicemail two other customers came in and she gave them the same exact lie about calling and not getting a voicemail I then booked another reservation for the next day at an enterprise 50 mile south in Tupelo, ms at 8am I was called at 7:39 am and told there wasn't any availability's. Dealing with enterprise car rental there's a chance to be stuck in $#*! creek without a paddle.
If your a happy go lucky person and you value customer service, you will only get 70% customer service if you deal with ETHAN IN THE MORNING! Wherever he previous job be had, be needs to go back there, he definitely should not be the face of this company! HOWEVER you should always ask for the MANAGER ANDREW he WILL ALWAYS GO OUT HIS WAY TO MAKE you feel comfortable an welcome! And valued as a customer! And Noreall is a great employee as well, very informative! When you smile an speak he gives the same energy back!
It was my daughters birthday weekend and I had plans to bring children to Six Flags New England, but unfortunately due to the weather changed, plans last minute and decided to rent a vehicle. I went online the night before and made a reservation for enterprise in Dorchester and they called me at 8:05 the next morning to let me know they did not have the vehicle that I needed. Then proceeded to make a reservation for the enterprise location in Randolph Massachusetts. Went to that location and patiently waited in the lobby for 45 minutes when finally, the agent informed me that no one checked my reservation and she apologizes but unfortunately, they didn't have a car for me at that location either. After calling dozens of rental company; I called the Raynham enterprise location where I spoke with Sebastian, who honestly was heaven sent! He was super kind and understanding and empathetic after listening to what I went through that day. He told me to head on over and he'll have a vehicle ready for me when I arrived. Upon my arrival, not only did he have the vehicle ready, but he was extremely attentive, kind and so easy to work with. I have rented many cars in the past, and I can say that this was the most easiest transaction and his customer service skills were above and beyond my satisfaction. This is my new location and I will refer all my friends and family, because the entire office was great overall.! I was greeted with a smile and spoken to, and a professional manner, and I really appreciate them for that.
Parked in a mall parking lot while we ate lunch. Came back to find someone had stolen a tire and wheel off our rental car, leaving the car sitting on a chunk of lava. Called the police and Enterprise. Asked them to send a replacement car. They refused. They told us to put the little spare on and drive and hour to the airport. We didn't want to as my husband is 69 with a heart condition and we we had no idea what damage had been done when the car was dropped on the lava rock. Finally got them to agree to send a tow truck and an Uber to take us to the airport to pick up another car. Waited and waited and finally called Enterprise back. They had no record of the original report and had to take all the info over again. Then we had to go through the whole argument over again with them telling us we had to drive the car to the airport. They finally agreed (Aidan) to send an Uber. Then they wanted us to wait to give the keys to the tow truck driver. Took forever to get them to order the Uber. Ended up sitting in the hot parking lot with no water for almost 3 hours before they finally sent the car. Ended up costing us half a day of our vacation as well as being unnecessarily stressful and exhausting. It was a bad experience made much worse by Enterprise's incompetence and poor judgement.

I have had NOTHING but issues with this company starting with a rental car that smelt like pot inside and then having no joy from them in helping to switch the car out. Tonight the car broke down and I can promise you I have NEVER seen such terrible service in fact customer service does not exist with this terrible company. I have been a long time customer and the way they have dealt with these issues is unacceptable.
Tried to rent a car for my son in Ga, we are in Mo. 1st excuse. Could not because they need to verify our credit card in Ga. Couldn't go to the company here in Rolla, Mo and have them verify the card. 2nd excuse they don't have any available (From Rolla{not trying to get one from Rolla}) for one way drop off. 3rd excuse they don't have room for another drop off car in their lot in Rolla. Their customer service is the worst experience I have had in my 60 years. I will tell everyone who ever mentions renting a car to use any one other than Enterprise.

This is the 2nd time I have used Enterprise. Both times were through insurance when my car was being repaired. I drive a luxury car. Both times I called ahead to upgrade the vehicle to a premium car well in advance of the appointment. I also asked them to note I DO NOT WANT AN SUV. Today, just like last time, they showed up with a compact SUV. I refused the car and was going to reschedule my appointment when they miraculously came up with an Audi. I had to ride with the agent to their office to get the car. When I got there, I discovered it was an Audi SUV. Unbelievable!
I am about to rent a vehicle and this makes me think of the terrible experience I had with enterprise. I live in NC I drove to DC area which anyone that has ever been to this area knows how bad traffic is there, these people do not play. The vehicle had a slow leak in one tire and I was very nervous driving it. Enterprise reps did not care at all! First they sent me across town to get another vehicle not checking first to see if one was available (more driving on bad tire) then they are supposed to "pick you up " but when I asked for this service they said it would be some time later, which I was in town for my nephews wedding. I mean who goes out of town and spends the day in the hotel room! Then to make matters worse they told me to be careful driving the car as far as damage to the car! They used to send me stuff all the time and the fact that I am about to rent another car reminded me to do this review. They don't send me advertisements anymore which is great Enterprise obviously cared nothing about mine and my families lives and looking at the ratings there is no love loss!
