My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
I recently rented a Toyota Camry from Andrew and Logan at Enterprise And had a great experience. They were kind and helpful. I left my I phone in the car when I returned it and was able to get my phone back the next day with no hassle. 5* Thank you two very much
When I received a parking ticket, they said they will cover it but instead I had to pay for it all. Ticket went from $13 to $78 because of them. Horrible service I'm extremely disappointed in this company. I've never once experienced such terrible customer service in this way. Never recommending anyone to this enterprise, you're gonna lose a ton of money. Stay away from them!
I rented a cargo van for 2 weeks to move my belongings. The first bad sign was when we did walk around. He jumped in and said half tank of gas. It was a quarter tank I took a picture to show when I returned because I didn't check his word till I left. Next was the front passenger door would not lock manually or with key fob. This sucked because I was not going to leave my guitars out when I was sleeping in a hotel so I slept in front seat very bad I called but was offered no help. I returned the van was offered nothing for the trouble and left moms handicap placard on visor. I called again. Again no help Was told I'll look and call either way guess what? No call.

Rented a car through Enterprise while my truck was being repaired. Two days later Enterprise called to tell me the oil needed to be changed on that car. That I could bring it back and rent another or go get the oil changed! Never again!
I've been renting cars since 1996 and because the vice president of the eastern Washington group doesn't like my personality and what I believe, I am on the do not rent list. I don't owe them any money. Never damaged one of their cars, yet because he doesn't like that I believe in God or what I stand for. Enterprise is a racist company. They don't like Christians.
Needed a rental car while my truck was being repaired. My auto insurance was covering the cost of the rental.
The Enterprise Rental car office on 5750 SKY POINTE DR. in Las Vegas, NV has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every agent seemed bothered to help me. All agents acted as if they hated their job. I was treated as if I was trying to get something for nothing on my rental. If that's the way they treat customers renting cars paid for by insurance, I don't need to rent from them for any other reason. All employees at this location need a major attitude adjustment. What happened to customer service? Has it all been lost because of a pandemic?
I was told to report to a garage to get the oil changed. How is it my responsibility to get the company's car's oil changed?
Never, ever will I rent from this company.
Worst company ever! Especially the Vero Beach branch! Hope other car rental companies will open branches in Vero Beach to break their monopoly and show them how business should be done. Not Herts cuz they are like the sister Enterprise

Never will rent from here again each time was given wrong vehicle then was promised 2 free rental days now they're saying no one told me that so I'll be using another company for my rental needs cause the prices I paid i shouldn't have to go through this so rent at your own risk
So glad I was given the opportunity to be restored with good standing, and rent an auto from this location. The staff really works incredibly hard to give terrific upbeat customer care.
No matter how busy the front desk, I'll always appreciate Crystal's genuine concern for me to keep a positive Enterprise experience. I rented an 8-seater Suburban & received a confirmation only to later discover they don't have them - at all! The employees KNOW the website is broken and apologized, but how does that help? Enterprise can not be trusted. I had to change my vacation plans after renting. Just look up the Seinfeld bit on reservations. That spells Enterprise.

Ft worth enterprise is scam. They don't hold your car if someone else comes in they get it. Don't drive to 3 locations to get car like we did. You will have wasted 1.5 hours and no success. Called to complain to manager. Was referred to district manager. But nothing no response. Uber better than enterprise
Its not uncommon for black men to make remarks or give interacial couples a hard time. It usually is from long stares to verbal abuse. The shuttle driver at Enterprise rental car in Henderson Nv was no different this one works in the auto mall in Henderson Nv. Filed discrimination suit, fed up
This happened a year ago. Rented a car for the weekend, but because i was had an LA license, no flight ticket (because i live in LA) and am black they didn't let me rent the car. The manager made a point several times to mention recent "car thefts". Which has nothing to do with me. Was getting a lot of $#*! vibes from him and his supervisor. And no one in the office seemed to care all that much. I said "okay you lost me enterprise." Long beach airport location. But dont worry i got my revenge hahaha
Andres Villanueva is awesome.
He waited on me when I picked up the rental and when I returned it two weeks later at Midway in Chicago. Both times he was on it with a smile and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Andres was waiting on two people at once, when I picked up the car on June 4th as there were only 3 people working that late in the day (my plane was delayed)
This guy deserves a pat on the back or better yet... a raise!

Flat tire light came on. Pulled over to air up. Tire has two huge bulges on side. Called enterprise. Told to take to Firestone next door to them. I'm here. Waiting for new tire to be put on. I thought someone from Enterprise was going to meet me here. WHY am I having to take care of this. Late for work. Should have brought me another car! Enterprise does NOT take care of their customers.
Enterprise Car Rental is the worst company I've ever seen so far. They are trying to charge me with a car theft, although the car was rented legally, had to hire a criminal attorney to deal with them. Customer service is awful, a regional manager has very poor communication skills. Beware of them.
Worse Rental Experience ever from rental car company. I will never rent ever again. Car dirty stinky and Manager Alexis Williams at the Chesapeake location is very rude and non carrying of customers needs. Has a bad attitude and very bad problem solving skills to be a manager. I will NEVER use this company again.

They had very poor customer service they were over an hour late picking me up when I had scheduled a time. Then they didn't have the car I was promised but instead attempted to put me in a compact. When I refused that they put me in a suv which consumed more gas and only had a quarter of a tank in it. Now they are charging me for a toll in California on thr golden gate Bridge when I never left the state of Missouri

Spoke to Nicole at this Manheim Pike location. Was accused of being a previous customer, renting a car and keeping personal car together instead of dropping off car to body shop; the reason for my reservation via an insurance claim for a rental in the first place. Basically being treated like a thief prior to even stepping foot in their office! Customer Service unacceptable, offensive, and should not be trusted with the public on behalf of Enterprise or any company for that matter!
On vacation, the side door of our rental van would not close. We had 3 children in car seats and could not go anywhere since the door would not stay shut. Needless to say, Enterprise did not care. AAA towed the van, no replacement from Enterprise for a day and a half. Called Budget, got a vehicle in 20 minutes. We will NEVER use Enterprise again! Loyal customer for over 10 years and this is how we are treated. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I had to pick one.

Hired a car... it wasn't the model I asked for and it stank of stale fags. They showed me round it in the dark forecourt, so I could hardly see anything. But I was desperate to get something to see family just before Christmas.
When I returned it, they used a light to show me a LIGHT SURFACE scratch on a door. I hadn't touched anything driving it, so either it was already there when I hired it, or else it happened when parked in a shopping centre. Whichever, Enterprise told me they would charge me £2,000 for it YES, TWO THOUSAND POUNDS!
I hadn't taken out their insurance as I am a careful driver and have never had an accident in over 40 years of driving. They had told me that the excess was £2,000 initially but my understanding has always been that excess means you pay for a maximum of that amount, not a minimum and they gabbled away at me so fast it was pretty impossible to follow what they were saying. Eventually, they said the amount would be around £1,300 as a special favour for which they could supposedly get in trouble.
Even so, I looked it up on the Internet and I could have bought a whole replacement door for much, much less. Furthermore, a local friend had had 3 deep gouges taken out of the back of their car and were only charged £300 for fixing it.
A TOTAL RIP-OFF by con artists and, I will never know, but wouldn't surprised if they had a nice little number going with the local bodywork repair garage to split the massive overcharge.

DON'T USE ENTERPRISE... use a local small car hire firm that has a reputation to uphold otherwise they will go out of business! (wish I had)

Our truck broke down in Kentucky (Thurs., 6/16) and had to rent vehicle while ours was being fixed. National Enterprise told us a compact car was available but would not pick us up. Then they called back and said we would be put on a waiting list. We called the local office in London, KY and Ben couldn't be more helpful. He said he only had a pick-up available and would bring it right over to our hotel. The truck was very clean. We were a day late in returning the rental because our truck was not finished. Enterprise didn't even charge us the extra day! Fantastic people, great service! Would definitely use them again.
