My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience

I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.

I made a reservation over the phone to pick up a car literally the next hour. I take an Uber to Enterprise just to be told that they don't have anymore cars for that day. There's no reason why the person who helped me book my reservation did not tell me or even check to make sure they had cars available. I will never do busy with that location ever again. And I'll make sure to ask if they have cars available before even leaving my house next time. - Colonial Heights VA

You would have better luck having a Uber pick you up! Their customer Service is garbage. We ordered a service, they was supposed to drop the car off at certain time. Needless to say they don't even have services available for said time and are trying to figure out a solution…… I will

I will NEVER use Enterprise again! I paid my bills, and Enterprise double-charged me six months later. I had to stop payment and cancel my credit card. The local store told me to call corporate and washed their hand of my dilemma instead of solving my issue. Corporate was of no help after 6 calls! The insurance adjuster told me that they already were paid. Beware. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON!

What an awful company to deal with. Good luck trying to speak to a manager or get a call back when you have a complaint. We sorely need some more rental car companies rather than just enterprise having a monopoly on the market. Maybe they would treat their paying customers like absolute crap

I rented a van for a family getaway with 3 months in advance and the day of the pick up, they asked me the night before if I can be a little flexible with the pick up time. Of course I said yes, thinking that it will be 1 hour or 2 delay. The thing was that we went to the agency at three different times, last one at 7:00 pm, still the van wasn't there. We talked to the manager and everything, and nothing, just a card and words saying if we get your VAN I will call you! It didn't happened. Fact: The VAN never arrived. Consequence: we didn't go to our trip. The agency didn't help up to get another van as replace. That simple! They ruined our family vacation!

For the first time in my life, I am writing a negative - very negative review of a rented car. It comes from Motor City Drive location in Colorado Springs. Huge mileage, over 22,000. Smell as if someone smoked in the car and then intensive sprays tried to overpower the bad smell - they did not quite succeeded. Dirty rear view mirror made it hard to see (see photo). A random piece of paper was glued to the windshield. I was promised a 4-wheel drive, and this was the only one: take it or leave it - just as God offered Adam to choose a wife. Zero stars would be fair - will have to select one star. Very disappointed, will try to avoid if possible.

I've been a gold customer for 6+ years and this guy Darian Espinal got my granddaughter banned from using enterprise. He is very rude and has a nasty attitude. You've just lost some great customers over this decision me plus the three other family members with a gold membership will now be straying away and using hertz, Sixt, etc!

they do not honor their reservations.

I have only had 2 dealings with Enterprise Rent A Car. The first was through insured who hit me, the second was a business trip I was needing to travel too. To make a very long and very pain in the rear story short, Enterprise dropped the ball each time over the simplest things. Manager promising to call me back and never did, employees saying they will look into things and never do, emailing me a confirmation of my rental and my rental not being there when I show up. Honestly, this business is terrible. How they treat their customers is terrible. Advice, go to another car rental service. Everyone else has higher ratings than Enterprise, and you will get your job done too. If you rely on Enterprise, they won't pick you up.

Tip for consumers:
I strongly advise to not waste your needed time and go to another car rental service. It’s worth it in time and money…oh, and headaches from the stress.

They stole money from me, they just ran my card without saying anything to me and without my authorization. I have read over the agreement and no where in it says they can just run the card for any reason. I would give them no stars if I could.

My vehicle was T-boned by an Enterprise rental car driver. I reported the claim, only for them to constantly transfer me to different departments with no one to help me. After a week of waiting for a call back, I spoke with several people to get the name and phone number to an adjuster. Only for my calls to go to voicemail and emails to a fake email address (the message comes back as undeliverable). The Enterprise rental car driver was at fault and I just want my vehicle repaired.

Enterprise Rental Car: Take photos of tires before renting! Was charged $100 each tire for what they called "nicks in the sidewalls from potholes". Tires were in very poor condition before renting and we pointed this out to agent who said "they're legal" and not to worry. Agent went right to inspect tires when we returned. Very shady! Others have complained about this in past reviews. The rims were all scraped up too before we rented and were told not to worry that that's normal wear and expected. Very unprofessional service. Do not rent from this branch.

Enterprise has had my car for a week after I bought it because when taking it home from the lot the skid plate fell from the front and scraped across the road, which should be an easy fix. After waiting for days I've been calling to see when it would be ready for pick up but it seems like they just keep giving me the run around and telling me they would call me back which they never have. Every time I call they tell me I should be able to pick it up the next day but for some reason it's still not ready a week later. 0 out of 10 will never shop again

Tip for consumers:
The cars will probably come with problems and if it’s under warranty and you try to get it fixed with enterprise don’t expect information on your car or to have it back any time soon

I feel sorry if you get hit by anyone in there car no matter if it your fault or not. This company makes it the most painful process ever. So I got in a wreck August 18 2021. I have submitted all paperwork and police report. The other persons insurance has taken liability. I still have not gotten my 500.00 deductible back they made me pay. This has been going on since August of 2021 give me break. The people who work in customer service just bounce you around and never give you a straight answer. Then I ask for a direct number for the other insurance company to call and get this sorted and they cant give one. They say just call in and talk to the phone service and it will direct you. Direct you to I just want my deductible back for something that was not my fault.

Agreed contract was for $276.00 for a week, estimated $372.53 total. Only used the car for 6 days, total bill was for $610.31. What they do not tell you anywhere, is that there is a $200.00 drop off fee. Totally a rip off. Cancelling our membership and will never use them again.

Rented a car 3 weeks ago from Birmingham airport, on return the guy checked the car, he went straight to a tire and found an old tiny cut, obviously he already new what he was looking for because it was old damage and they just wanted to keep my deposit. Big scam, terrible company, don't trust them, keep away.

I booked a car for my brother and his family. They did not want to rent out because my brother did not have a swedish visa cart. They called me and I told them to use my card and take whatever amount as security deposit and I would pay all costs. It ended with them having to use the train and travel for hours. This was in Stockholm. The days before my brother arrived I tried to call them several times. But they never answered the phone. One advise. Just book via another company and avoid Enterprise and Rentalcars.com

Just do not try. You might loose your money as I did.

I have been renting vehicles from enterprise for over 5 years. Now instead of refunding my deposit they decided to charge me $87.43 per day for a vehicle that was returned. HINT. THERE IS NO$87.43 RATE. Nice scam.

These kind of pricing tactics are what is eating away the very value of services in America. Offensive and embarrassing pricing, I feel absolutely cheated… how can 20hrs cost $530 in a Corolla? Absolute joke and I hope someone who works at enterprise sees this. I am going to make it my mission to warn all my coworkers to NEVER trust Enterprise, there are simply better options. Price gouging got you $500 today, but this will hurt your business in the long run. Nice work, another unsatisfied customer.

So first time using Enterprise as their price was competitive not the cheapest just reasonable. Even though online price was reasonable at branch they throw the £1250 excess into the conversation (website says £250) so they managed to scare me enough to buy additional insurance and at the end rental cost was significantly over.
Their system charged my credit card twice. After 10 days of ringing I am still waiting for the duplicated payment refund.
Never had either problem with Europe Cars or Hertz, their prices are more transparent and refunds are immediate.
Wont be using Enterprise again that is for sure.

My company truck was put into shop.
With that being said enterprise had 2 weeks
To get a truck ready for today and I'm driving off in a mini van because no trucks are available! I haul heavy equipment around on my job. This place really needs to get thier $#*! together

Terrible experience charged me for hail damage that the car never had. Disgusting. Area manager never returned my 8 calls i made to customer service which is a call center. Never use enterprise or bring a big guy with you

We rented a car in Algeciras for one day: $144.35. Pick up at 9 a.m. and drop off in Valencia at 10 p.m. We agreed to, yes, a whopping $144 because we added return to separate location ($25), Additional Driver ($10), Optional Insurance ($24.37), and a whopping tax of $23.38 plus there was a 75 cent registration fee. After we just paid the bill without argument, I don't speak Spanish, fine, just let me pay and get on the road. They had the nerve to charge my American Express ANOTHER $81.93 TWO MONTHS later. I called Enterprise, they have no explanation, cannot refund it, cannot give me a receipt. I spoke with 3 different people, all with very thick accents that spoke in circles and said they just have not access nor idea but that the charge was charged, so I guess you'll pay it. THANK goodness I saw it and cancelled my card immediately before Enterprise had an opportunity to continue to charge it randomly. It was a great trip, well it would have been had we not used Enterprise...

Boynton Beach office was rude and totally unhelpful when we were given a car below what we had paid for. Customer service also said they would help but with no results.
Never before had such bad service and doubtful I will use them again.

I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise in Ontario, CA near the Airport terminal for quite some time now. Our company has a corporate account with them. The staff here is top shelf! They always aim to please. Really appreciate, the consistent level of service I receive from Samson and Ashley, both of which go the extra mile to ensure I have a great experience.

Rented a car for a weeklong roadtrip and got a flat the first day on the road. Although we had paid for complete damage coverage, Enterprise Roadside assistance didn't help at all - they sent us to the nearest "open" Enterprise location, where the employee didn't show up for four hours. Meanwhile, they told us they would reimburse any charges to change the tire, so we found a garage to do it, and nearly a month later still haven't been reimbursed the ~$900 it cost. Besides the extra expense, trying to deal with Enterprise customer service turned the trip into more of a nightmare than a vacation. Cannot advise strongly enough against using Enterprise.

Update: After posting this review and several formal complaints, we were finally reimbursed the tire charges.
