My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
I'd like to applaud Andrew at your Forest Park, Il location on Roosevelt Rd... my Mom rented a vehicle drove to Memphis, TN in a rental that had a light come on the dashboard on the highway and an awkward noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Made several attempts to reach an enterprise in TN being told they had no other vehicles to trade. Andrew worked his magic got her in another vehicle for her trip back to Illinois and made a follow-up call to make sure she was ok. Please consider him for any up coming promotions. He's Awesome!
I was told by enterprise employee to leave vehicle at Carmax and they would contact nearest location to retrieve. Received call about a week later telling me there was damage to vehicle. I am supposed to pay for damages because they did not pick up vehicle until 3/4 days later. Now on din not rent list. Customer service at it's finest!
I had a reservation set for 11:00 got there and they tell me they have no cars it will be an hour and a half and 5 hours later still no call from Enterprise worst possible help somebody could ever get
I have learned to always take pictures when dropping off your rental enterprise charged me over $1,000 in damages there was no attendant I was told to drop the keys in a box. I did try to fight with damage control. I will never rent from enterprise again. I think there's something shady going on!
I usually don't go out of my way to review, even when the service is less than stellar. Unfortunately, after dealing with Enterprise on two separate occasions and having two vacations ruined because of them, I feel I have to give a head's up to those consumers that are considering renting through Enterprise. On two separate occasions I made reservations, more than two weeks before needed date. I even called a few days before, to confirm vehicle availability. On both occasions I was reassure the reserved vehicle would be available to honor my reservation. And ironically enough, on both occasions I was notified hours prior to pick up, that the reserved vehicle was not going to be available. This caused two separate family vacations to be ruined. If you are thinking of renting from this company, please have a back up plan. I learned my lesson, hope my experience helps you reconsider and encourages you to find another rental company! Car was not ready for pickup. After waiting 15 minutes outside to drop off the car. I went in. Finally someone came out and immediately told me inside was closed. After getting attitude, they then found "damage" on the car which wasn't damage at all. When calling I waited over an hour to speak to someone to dispute the charge.

Avoid at all cost. Enterprise aka (Enter-a-Surprise) advertise exotic cars at a good rate despite being unavailable only to upsell you at the desk to a car that won't fit your need and/or much higher.
In my case they were sold out of all cars. When I insisted I must get a car (any car) a manager called 911 as a mean of threatening me.

I was booked for weeks for an 8 person suburban and when I called back to make sure I was still on for my reservation 3 days prior, the person on the phone tells me to hold on and puts their manager on with me who proceeds to tell me that my car will only seat 7 not 8. And offered no help or suggestions. We have used them in the past because they were close in proximity to our house. I will never again book with this company of idiots. The manager then tells me that the person who booked it was someone who "sits at home on their couch" and makes appointments over the phone. NICE. So I call the number back and ask to speak to someone in corporate and the guys says they will call me. Have yet to hear from anyone. I'm beyond livid. So I call a different company and the guys proceeds to tell me I'm the fourth person enterprise screwed over that has called him today. Amazing they are even in business. They can shove their smoke smelling rentals up their butts. I'll never use them again

I found myself on the Enterprise "do not rent" list. However, they are unable to tell me how I ended up on it or what needs to be done to rectify the situation. I have contacted them several times to try and fix the situation but, never get a reply.
I am now having to take legal action to clear my name and reputation!

I arrived at the Frankfurt Airport, and the Customer Service Representative, Aleyna was very professional. Her knowledge and expertise was quite profound the way she was able to navigate the system to ensure that I received exactly what I needed. Although it was somewhat busy, she still took time and made me feel like my business was just as important. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely become a returning customer because of my customer service experience. Outstanding!

I booked a car with two drivers from Bristol airport in July 2023. Everything was paid for in advance but at the airport counter the staff forced me to take out insurance again and pay for the second driver, threatening not to give me a car if I didn't pay. I had no choice and naively thought that everything would be accounted for honestly at the end of the trip. Enterprise is now refusing to refund me the 468.69 I paid twice. Outrageous.

Took my car in for repairs, enterprise didn't have a car for me after the insurance reserved it, didn't get a car until the next day.
Now when I did get there tp pick up my car, l was aware that I had to pay a fifty dollar deposit, but why did the guy take $63 dollars from my debit card when he stated only $50?
We returned our rental car, and now we're be forced to do a claim for damage that was already on the vehicle. We have picture proof that we did not do the damage. Beware of Enterprise Rent-A-Car located on 4th Street in Beloit, Wisconsin.
It was hard to tell where incompetence ended, and outright scam began. I reserved a car online for $200 for a week. They didn't actually have a car when I got there, so it was either up-sell to a $250 rental or walk home. I then agreed to a $23.99 charge for damage protection. It was never specified that the charge was $23.99 a day! (I pay barely $50/month for full insurance on my own car... for the whole month!) Final bill was over $450.
I drove it no more than just the 10 minute commute every day to/from work, and returned it, clean, with more gas than it started with. On return, hail damage to the roof was found... in the middle of the summer, in south Mississippi. The woman who rented me the vehicle had never once looked at the roof... I was with her the whole time.
If you have no other choice and have to rent from these people, a) take detailed video of the entire vehicle inspection process, and b) don't agree to anything.
Enterprise subcontract most of their work in Greece to local incompetent cowboy outfits who don't give fig for customers. Best avoid Enterprise if renting in Greece as even the parent company don't care

Best to use a more reputable company
1. Hidden Charges - the bank recorded an international transaction fee.
2. The opening and closing hours on the website are wrong. I was asked to pick up the vehicle early because they close earlier than stated on the website.
3. The desk at the airport was unattended. The phone call wasn't answered, left stranded at the airport.
4. The company charged $150 for cancellation, even though they didn't show up.
So I've been using Enterprise rental car for over 10 years with has companies and personal so for my Christmas vacation I received a big vehicle cost was $495 for 6 days. I sent my wife to go get the vehicle to pick it up the vehicle at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday December 21st 2023.
They decided to give her an upgrade and then at the end they proceeded to tell her that the car was going to cost $150 a day she call me, to tell me the cost. I told her no I'm not paying $150 a day for a Kia I passed my wife then I'll drive my own vehicle and forget Enterprise. There's no way I'm going to pay that amount for a Kia so even most of me as a customer I've been with you guys for 10 years thicker than never again. ENTERPRISE IN VALLEJO CA you suck!
Do not trust this company. I booked a car at one of their locations in Seattle and got confirmation. The day before our trip they leave a message saying the car won't be available until Tuesday. By this time there were no other cars available at any company. You can't trust this company and I certainly won't use them again unless it's a last resort.

I had a complaint about being an Enterprise Plus Member, Renting many cars as I travel for work. I was treated like a low class individual after I extended my rental for two days form 4 days to a total of 6 days. I had to bring the car back to the location so they could "put eyes on it". I took time out of my day to go back to the location, they never even looked at the car!
To remind you, after renting cars from Enterprise over the last five years, I have never damaged on neglected to return a car.
I complained to corporate and the young lady took my information, I was told that a district manager would call me. It has been two days and you guessed it, no call!
Enterprise does not recognize customer loyalty.
Once this virus subsides and I start traveling again, no Enterprise for me!
Jaz who works at your West Palm Beach car rental center went above and beyond to return my $700 sunglasses left behind in our rental. She called the customer who had rented the vehicle after me, she talked to him to confirm the sunglasses were in fact in the vehicle and had him return them to the manager on duty upon returning the vehicle. She called me, advised me that I could pick them up at that time. She went above and beyond for us. Promote her! She cares! In this world it was refreshening to know there are still "gems in the workforce".
I've just had £1445 debited from my credit card in March 2023 for alleged vehicle damage from a rental in October 2022! I had no correspondence prior to the debit and dispute that I caused even the slightest damage. If you have to use this company photograph everything when you collect and return the vehicle because if you don't you're likely to be charged for someone else's damage. Did an employee move the vehicle after I returned it and damage it?

The staff is very rude and shady! I highly recommend going with other rent a car agencies!. They will look for any reason to charge you after bringing the car back. If you don't take my advise, i would hope that you take photos of the vehicle prior to renting it. You will need it! I would NEVER rent again from Enterprise or pay them a penny ever again!

I made a reservation and scheduled it for 2:30 pick up got the confirmation number and email then when I go to pick the car up they said they don't have no available cars!
Now- I'm not sure what the point in making a reservation is if you're going to default on your reservation very unprofessional.
