My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
I rented a car and it had a mechanic problem and broke down 2 miles from the branch. They left me stranded on the side of the interstate and refused to pick me up. I was working in a city that I didn't know anyone and could not get a ride. They suggested that I call 911 and ask for a ride. I had to walk with my luggage at night to the branch to get another car. I will never rent from them again. It was the worst customer service that I had ever received in my life.
Want to give much thanks and appreciation to Kristy Nefferdorf at the Olympia, WA. Location. She helped me resolves some issues, and providing exceptional customer service. I will definitely use Enterprise in the future.
Do not allow them to send your rental agreement electronically. Make sure you actually read your agreement prior to leaving their lot. They have no integrity when it comes to the customer. Especially the Denver airport location.

Steer clear of this place. It has the undertones of a grimy used car salesmen. They over book and then have no cars. How is this possible? Reservation number doesn't matter, so don't bother. In all of Milwaukee area, I couldn't get a car. How does a business that rents cars not have cars? They owners don't care as long as they make money. The workers are treated like peons, making mere pennies as the owners roll in the cash. Very suspect business practices and I feel badly for staff as they get the brunt of customer ire when there are no cars. STAY AWAY. They will rip you off with a smile on their face. GRIMY. All they want is your money. Cars with maintenance issues are put back on the road. NOT SAFE. Take a stand! Boycott Enterprise.
I reserved a full size pick up truck to rent for the weekend of 1-6-22 to 1-9-22. Got to the rental location only to find out they did not have a truck for me. Then they offered me a mini van. Long story short from this bad experience I was able to find Great Service at Avis Car Rental. Avis accommodated me with a cheaper price for a truck rental I needed. Thank You Enterprise for bad experience I found Avis.

Agent told me I was not insured in this car. I should take out insurance. Rattled off prices I said ok. So he told me 17.00 dollars a day. What a liar. Called State Farm. I was totally insured. Enterprise charged two amount adding up to 500.00 dollars. He put 200.00 dollars on my credit card. I was so upset. You are going to put that money back he said yes. Big scammer. Called enterprise you signed You lied. Run never use enerterprise in Waukegan Illinois. This guy stole all my money. So very sad. Know one from enterprise will call me back

We rented a car at Cleveland Airport and it was a very positive experience. The desk agent "Emily" was efficient and pleasant. We were immediately greeted by an agent in the lot to select our vehicle. We were upgraded at no additional charge to a very nice vehicle since the level we reserved was not available. The vehicle was clean and operated as expected. The return process was again efficient and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this Enterprise location.
Their rental car's windshield had a crack while the car was in my parking lot. It had no mark of anything hitting the windshield due to which it could crack. Clearly, it was a manufacturing defect or something since it was a new car a 2023 model. However, Enterprise charged me $1095 for the repairs. They didn't even give me a proper breakup of the work done. Most blogs say that windshield replacement costs $200 to $500. Companies like Hertz only charge $15 but Enterprise charged me $1095.
Went online to call the toll free number and ended up getting took for $225. Then after talking to like 6 different people the supervisor said "yeah I see where they got the $ but it didn't go on the security deposit." Now I ain't sure if any of the people I talked to was really enterprise now cuz how did she see that and can't do anything about anything. I never got the car and they just robbed me of the $. Sounds real bad as for as the online and toll free deal. Do not call for this bull crap

I worked with a regional manager who compensated me for the added fees, misinformation, and driving to a different Enterprise location. I appreciate his willingness to take ownership of the situation and make things right. This speaks highly of their integrity and ability to pursue high expectations for service, quality and value.

I spoke with an Enterprise representative who gave me a price and set up my reservation. They contacted me two days later and told me I had to pay additional hidden fees that were not disclosed upon my original reservation.
They gave me an ultimatum, pay the hefty fees or drive an additional 30 miles round trip to a different Enterprise location.
This company is a joke. Do not waste your time and money on this business. If you are looking to rent a vehicle, look elsewhere. They will ask for credit card even if they received a full payment along with a deposit. When a vehicle is returned in perfect condition, they will still find "random issues" with the vehicle.
My husband and I dropped a car off late at night and drove 6 hrs home after picking our daughter up at college. Since it was late we left a very important item and didn't realize it till we were home. I called the next morning and spoke to an employee who said he had it. I explained my situation and the manager fed ex it to me and we received it the next day. They went above and beyond for us and I can't thank them enough. There are great people working at enterprise, especially in Greensboro, NC Market St
Don't rent their car, they are a scam. They won't tell you what about the tolls. They will charge it automatically and won't refund, also pushing you to call and never answer your question. No help and worst customer service
I made my reservation for a pickup truck over the phone, I was told to pick it up at 2090 N State Road 7 after 12:30. The place was full of mad people waiting. They told me my truck won't be available until 4:00 PM. They expected me to wait more than 3 hours for the truck I was told was on place. As a result I left the place empty-handed and with a promise to never rent a car there again. By the way the attention was horrible.
Enterprise is the absolute worst company to deal with. They had my rental date incorrect and after confirming my rental date and location in 3 separate phone calls to them was informed at the last minute, as I was pulling into the body shop, that the Enterprise location I'd made the reservation with didn't service the body shop they knew I was going to. Since they completely screwed up, there were no vehicles available to meet my needs. Absolutely pathetic!
Enterprise rent a car never picked me up at my location tried calling them no answer. I called them in the morning to verify the pick up time they said yes we got you. No show have. Next the talked to manager had many excuses why they did not pick me up. To me poor excuses I had reservations with them ahead of time and was confirmed.
My girl friend reserved a car payed for it two weeks before pick up and confirmed it two day in advance, the day the rental they called her to confirm then she went there to picking up the car they informed her that there was no cars it cause us to miss a day together over New Years and she got to another enterprise location they charge her more for the car bad experience.
Tech was great! Walked us around the car—everything was quick and easy. Loved the car. Ended up having to take it longer, but the dealt with the insurance company very well. Great experience. Will do again! Thanks to Junior Martins who helped us.

I've been a member of Enterprise, for many years, traveling back and forth and always receive an excellent service. Derek, has made me deals with administrative issues much easier by always helping me. But I have to quote that Enterprise in 108 NW 3rd St. Boca Raton, FL is the BEST, because of the people. Special thanks to the ladies in the front counter, always with a smile and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In special, Kyle Smith & Willie. Both demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service in demanding circumstances. I will continue to use Enterprise because the customers are mostly important for them.
First of all get pulled over for no plates that are not valid second switched out vehicle and got a broke down falling off tires vehicle and third switched out for a vehicle larger than I was expecting to get and had to spend over $300 in gas and with these prices in gas it's ridiculous and then when I switched out the vehicle that the tires were falling off it took my belongings with them and now they don't want to return them
We reserved a car on Wednesday, April 4 to pick up in Atlanta. Our flight was cancelled and we were to arrive 4 hours later than scheduled. I called to let them know and was assured that our car would be there. They gave our car away and we had tickets to the Masters the next day. We were forced to rent at another car rental and instead of the $369 dollar rate, we had to pay $1174 for the same days. Shame on Enterprise for giving our car to someone else with no cars available until the next day.
I called them and no one returned my call on 4/19. I wrote to the president, Andrew Taylor at the same time. Nothing... I guess they just don't care.
I purchased a used car and an insurance policy with gap insurance and 24,000 mile warranty. My water pump went out so I went to the Ford dealer to fix it. Ford got a rental from Enterprise for me. In the end Enterprise billed me $408 and Ford $465! I only agreed to prepay a tank of gas for $24! I have called customer service many times and no one cares to call me back! I will never step in their doorway again! If you have a choice use a different company!
