My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
I talked with more than two people before arriving to pick up my rental. I told them I was using a debit card. They said all that I needed to bring was my debit card and Id. When I arrived today the manager asked for two utility bills. And stated that they couldn't have any past due amounts. When do people, who use debit cards not owe something on their bills? It is apparent that Enterprise now caters to the rich and famous who have not been affected by the pandemic. I am done

Turns out the weekend special isn't so special anymore. You are limited to 300 miles. IMO that penalizes renters who live in areas that are long distances from arts and entertainment.
So after putting a pencil to it, I guess it's easier to go back to making a car payment for those cheap weekend getaways.
These people lied to me, telling me a debit card would be acceptable to hire a car. I planned my holiday around this. And then when it came to pick up the car I'm told tough luck, you don't have a credit card, when I was specifically reassured this was not an issue
Our car insurance had us use this company. Really check the vehicle you are getting before driving off the lot. The following day a large crack was in the windshield. Went to the lot because I hadn't noticed anything in the black area I was responsible. Okay. Tried to pay when done with rental couldn't. Their billing department was behind. Almost a year since rental. Pay for windshield replacement. The rip off is $100 Administration fee AND $50 diminishing of value fee! I am paying for a replacement so what is the diminishing value. Be careful when you need to rent a vehicle

I had a confirmation but when I got there no cars. Not one car on lot. I was told to go to the airport. A class action lawsuit should be taken against enterprise for misrepresenting themselves as a car rental when they are not. Not even an apology
Seems enterprise has turned into a money ordeal. Wanted to rent for just Sunday, but you can't rent on a Sunday for one day. Gotta pay for 2 days. I'll be finding someplace else to rent from now on and I will be letting everyone know the type of people you've turned into.

I rented a car from Enterprise car rental 99 h Street Northeast Washington DC and was accused of putting a scratch on the same place that had a dent on the bumper before I rented. I returned vehicle and was accused of putting a scratch under bumper in same pot where it was all ready a dent at top of bumper. They playing with people money and live. Don't go to that one you will be mad just like iam.not try to give me my refund. For something they miss and want me to pay for

The car we rented was unclean. Exterior was not washed properly and excuse given was the car wash was out of soap. Oil light came on while leaving the dealership. Just about everything indicated this place was flipping returns without checking them.
Worst hire car company. I gave my car back three weeks ago and they are still taking money off my card with no explanation. They are not responding to my emails and my questions as to why they have taken money off my card several times since I gave the car back.
They should not be allowed to use my card for an unlimited amount of time after I hired a car from them without any explanations.
Our insurance paid for a rental car while our car was being repaired. Their service was wonderful. The staff did their job explaining everything to my wife and I in a courteous manner. Enterprise took care of billing our insurance company; so, when we returned their rental car, all we had to do is sign the paid bill and give them the keys.

Terrible service. They loaned a car and stereo cuts in and out. Tried to change cars and was told to call other locations as they donot have any cars left. Was put on hold over 30 minutes. Finally use another phone and they answered right away and when asked to talk to Tyler.the manager, immediately eas told there will be car for me. Arrived at location and there were 3 cars offered to me. We declined as there were not suitable for us. Was given a representative name for direct contact to change the car on Saturday. Called and left message with the gal at location for call Emmanuel to call back. No call back. This location is the worst service I ever had in renting vehicles. I DONOT recommend Enterprise. Go elsewhere.
Update, still ongoing and their motto is NO CAR AVAILABLE. They rent out a defective vehicle and refuse servicing their customers.

I had an awful experience with them, they gave me expired tag and inside the car was so messy! Police gave me a ticket because of expired tag when I called them they said sorry you should pay the ticket we will refund you back now it's more than a month I did get their refund and they are so irresponsible! I never rent a car with them anymore.
I had rented a car for 3 days from Wednesday to Friday and dropped off car on Friday after hours and I had notified them prior but since they are not opened on weekend they charged me for 5 days. They included Saturday and Sunday as well and charged me for 5 days. Including after hours it would have been only 4 days charge. They never fixed it and took my 110 just for nothing ( Sunday charge). Better do Uber than rental cars.
We rented vehicle for a week (December 2,2022 - January 1st, 2023) to travel to North Carolina from Florida. We got half way there and found out our cabin for multiple reasons was not going to be available. So we headed back to Florida.

On June 13,2023, I had a reservation 3 to 4 months ahead to pick up this car for a trip my son had to perform at so I got a call at 9:21 a.m. saying they have no vehicles available. So I ask what I suppose to do she replied to try to get one at another location I'm like really I have to go so I want be late. Well, I was an hour late because I had to go way to another location that had a vehicle. Why wasn't I called a day before or 2 days before? I rent from this place all the time because it's not a skip away from my house. I'm very unsatisfied with how I was done and if that's how the business going to be run it needs to be closed. The phone number shows the last-minute call. That's bad business

I rented a car from Enterprise at the Baton Rouge Airport late at night and was given a car that had a low tire light displaying. It required me getting tires filled up the next day and then having two tires replaced the following day. There were 4 nails in a rear tire. When I returned the car to the Airport, I was promised a 1/2 off on my rental charges by the manager when I spoke to him. Since then, I have been charge the full-amount and have called 5 times to request my reduced rate because of inconvenience. The manager had never called back and the coorporate office keeps saying that they will send a note to the manager to have him call me and resolve this. 5 days so far and no call back.
Enterprise asked for my credit card to place a ‘hold' until Geico picked up my policy, I was told I would never be charged to that card, and I trusted that.
Geico took over my policy, and after rental car was returned I was charged $820. I never signed anything to ever authorize this charge. I am now in a dispute with my credit card against enterprise. I will never choose enterprise again.
To top it off, I was issued a car that was still filthy inside, I got all the way home before noticing that they failed to leave the key fob inside the car (car was already running when they put me in it) so I could not even use it the first day until they brought me the key.
Just Unprofessional.

Reserved a full sized car for a week in March 2022. Upon arrival I was told they were out of full sides cars and would be upgraded. I was given a Nissan Kicks. I was told by the staff that this was a full side car? Nissan "the people who make it call it a subcompact" The staff did not care. Bait and switch! Never use this company.
Rented a car from Enterprise in Barcelona for 6 days. Returned it early. Refund? Forget about it. During the rental, I wantd to clean the windwhield. No washer fluid. How long would that have taken for Enterprise to check? Wondered whether they checked the oil. After 3 days, the dash indicator reflected low tire pressure. Did they check the tires? GPS needs updating, too. Tried to send me down a Barcelona street closed for some time due in construction. These are the highlights. One bit of advice, I was happy to get ALL the insurance. I mean everything. Leave nothing to chance.
I rented from the location at 3200 S. Meridian, OKC, OK *******. Dejauan Brown was very helpful. Great customer service. He rental was great. Won't go anywhere else next time I need a rental. 5 stars for this location.

What a scam, I reserved a car and picked it up. Employees were good. The car had mechanical issues a CV joint going out. I returned it early and when I got the receipt I was charged a extra $300 for a upgrade I never asked for and was never told about. A generic Honda passport with mechanical issues is definitely not a upgrade. When I said no I didn't agree to this I was told they cannot change the invoice. I've tried online multiple times and can't even get a response. Complete Scam by Enterprise.

Promised me an Altima--nope, got a gas-guzzling ford. Would not give me a car with GPS--nope. Promised me an EZ Pass transformer--nope, told me I did not need one (cop on the South Bronx Expressway was not amused). Reserved the car for 2:00. They made me wait 40 minutes--only one customer ahead of me. Office not handicapped accessible. No other Enterprise shop in Manhattan that would even rent us a one-way car.
Upon arrival, I encountered Alani Tompkins who displayed true professionalism with brief breakdown of each topic concerning the rental. The exchange was quite pleasant. My return with another Enterprise associate, whose name escapes me, was quite pleasant as well.
We reserved a pick-up a week ago with this scam company as my husband needs one for his job. His pick-up is in the body shop. He was promised a pick-up, which would be available this morning at nine am. We called to say we would be a couple hours late and their response was we will have to charge you an extra fee. So we went to pick up the pick-up they promised a week ago only to be told they dont have one and we can go on a wait list for the next week. We already took our truck to the body shop so this was not an option and would have been a huge inconvenience. They gave us a jeep that looked as if it was parked on a gravel road for a week, when I commented on how dirty it was the little scammer that did the inspection said they washed it yesterday, however it was the dirtiest car on the lot! Bait and switch scamming piece of $#*! company, with terrible customer service! Dont recommend them to anyone. Giving them a one rating because negative zero was not an option.
