My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
I work for the department of defense and I travel often this will be my last rental from enterprise. I can't get anyone to answer back. The car is horribly loud, feels like the bearings or rim is bent. Since I can't get a replacement car I am stuck this rental.

I had a car accident in August 2020 and the insurance gave me a rental car from Enterprise all paid by the insurance co. In december 2020 Entreprise sent me an invoice charging me more than U$400. I called my credit card bc I thought it looked like a fraud but on Feb Enterprise charged me again and this time they deducted from my bank account. I'm trying to solve this problem since february with no success at all has been such a headache talking to all the parties envolved collecting documentation I've got all proof and still no answers. I don't recomend this rental company.

The car I rented from Knoxville drove to Panama City beach had a slit tire on inside of tire. Tried multiple times to get another car no help. I was to be top priority cause of the problem. My vacation time was ruined trying to get a new car or tire fixed.

I am a rewards member. I placed a reservation online over a week ago. I called to see the rate impact to change my reservation. I was told that I had to go online. Online it did not allow me to "check". It CHANGED the reservation dates eliminating the original rate and nearly doubled the cost. When I called back to remedy it, I was told. Sorry. I just wanted to CHECK my options for a change. In the end Budget is getting my business for this trip and future trips. Which are often. Thank you Enterprise. Your lousy customer service saved me money.

I wanted to rent a car on Sept. 26 called and set it up every thing was set up when it was time to get it they had none available they said the next day I called the next day and still nothing this is in Harrisburg pa you did not want me to rent a car from you. You should of told me Harrisburg PA enterprise is very unprofessional.,
Coral Springs Turtle Run... im sorry i am not one to leave reviews but this was the absolute worst rental experience i had ever had. I arrived 30 min prior to closing as i had informed ( the car was not clean, dirt everywhere~ windows inside & out french fries on carpet & smelled of heavy body odor) was not informed when going through tolls it would charge me, i was billed 2x, as i had my own toll/ sunpass- they should not assume everyone knows this, when i explained - when returning the car all these issues, all i was told is this & that - all blaming everyone else, no accountability-- sad, and then was asked, " what do i want~ what would make me happy."? Nobody cares about quality anymore... NEVER AGAIN ill take my own car
Today I had the worst experience of my life trying to get a car from enterprise rent-a -car for which I had a reservation. Spent about 2 hours on the phone with multiple locations, and the main appointment line which ended up netting me absolutly Nothing! Employees at multiple locations were bouncing me from one location to the other, each telling me the other one could help me or had my reservation. One location had really bad customer service, (the one on Lakeside drive in San Antonio, TX.), sounding unknowledgeable and uninformed. And then trying to leave me on hold for such an unprecedented amount of time, that they were just hoping I hung up. These people DO NOT have their $#*! together at all and I will do everything in my power to avoid doing business with them ever again!
I returned their rental car after 4 days... I didn't use the car except to drive it home and back to them, so it stayed the whole time in my garage, i brought it back using 26 miles for the whole time.
When i took it back, they went to check for damage, the first thing they looked at was the roof of the car and said it had hail damage... so they called my car insurance for a claim and get money... and now i have a claim on my insurance that will cost me... that was in Amsterdam NY on rt 30
Never go to that place... they will take a cash settlement from my insurance like they probably did many times before and not get it fixed so they can do it to the next person...
Really... who goes to check for damages and start by checking the roof of a car instead of doors and bumpers?

I arranged the rental of an intermediate size SUV with Enterprise rent a car in Innsbrook ( Glen Allen) VA. My mother died recently and I needed to clear out her apartment (a 1,900 mile round-trip). I called several weeks ahead then reconfirmed twice the week of the rental. When I showed up all they had was a truck -' and didn't care at all that I was upset. I left without renting there. I recommend that others avoid them too.

I was a victim of hit and run. My insurance set me up with this company. Set was 50 dollar deposit. I used my debit card with this company. It was declined. I called my bank which put her on speakerphone with Enterprise manager. All money in my account was fine. Enterprise wanted to tac on more charges with insurance for thier vehicle I said no my insurance already covers for rental. The following day clerk was very helpful it was not thier system at all it was the new hire. I got my rental everything is now perfect
Made a 12:00 res on 5207 Reaford Noth Carolina was there at 11:45 saw the Pacifica did the whole walk around found a three inch slash on pass rear tire and no spare tire. Agent told us he would fix it and call us when it was fixed. Called us at 4:30pm went there and was showed a different can a much older dodge van we asked what happen to the van we saw at 11:00 "what had happened we gave that van to another reservation" this was over the top he has nerve to push all the protection plan for road side assistance, no fault, damage waiver. Unbelievable and we only wanted it for the weekend cause the Grandchildren were coming.
Don't rent your car here! They don't care about customer all they care is the money. Made a reservation for SUV but only can pick up a sedan.
The car I rent have a bad marijuana smell. And no body care about that.
Also they have a terrible customer care service I've been sent a case for months and I haven't hear back from them at all. I keep calling them every week But they keep telling me someone will contact me in a few days.
We recently hired a car from Pearson airport, Toronto. Everything else with the car hire was great except that we left a wallet in the car and it was returned with the cash missing. When we asked the lady from the lost and found department about the missing cash we got no response. Returning the wallet after removing the cash seems kind of dishonest to me if this is what indeed happened. This was emergency cash that was tucked deep inside the wallet and was not used. Thanks for the wallet, getting our cards back was cool but would have been even nicer to get our cash with the wallet :D

Have had multiple problems with both vehicles... 1 at one smelled like throw up after one day of sitting in sun and engine light stayed on... replacement vehicle smelled good but as soon as I got home with it... could smell oil burning... checked it out... oil leaking from right side of engine onto exhaust

Normally my visit with enterprise rent a car is very pleasant and they take good care of me. Well today I went to return the car and was shocked when I was told that they charge to add a additional driver (over the age of 21 and we are both on the same insurance) (which i wasn't told when the additional driver was added) the customer rep went on to tell me that he took off some of the charges for the additional driver charges. I am a Frequent user of enterprise and I wasn't aware of this. Usually when I get my quote on line it ends up being a little cheaper when I pay for it. Just wondering if anyone else has had a issue such as this? Please let me know.

Very rude misleading unfriendly company. Do not do what they tell you they are going to do. They lie straight up to your face. I used ledgewood nj franchise with a manager by name of Jose Gil biggest liar I have ever met very customer unfriendly. Will never use your company again.
My wife was worried that we would miss our flight because we were scheduled to pick up the car and drop it off in a city we never heard of and get to the airport to return home. We knew no matter how early we left to drop off the car, get to our flight we knew we would miss. It was a disaster waiting to happen. Max to the rescue! He told us he would wait for us to drop our vehicle off at the airport in Savannah which made more sense. Thankful!

They only rent to people with credit cards, if uou don't have a card in your name you can not get a rental. Terrible company and I am making sure to tell everyone I know to rent uhaul vans and trucks or home depot vans good service with those company not Not arrogant service like you receive at enterprise.

Car Hire was good however they do not return deposits held when you hire a vehicle. There was no reason for the deposit not to be returned. Was told in first phone call to Enterprise that the deposit had been returned. Checked with my bank and they said it had not been released. Rang Enterprise again and they said their accounts do it. Would not put through to their accounts.

More than a week before a planned trip I reserved a car at my local enterprise office. They are always excellent. The day I was supposed to travel I arrived at that location to be told that the airport office had come in and taking all there there to all intents and purposes my rental was canceled. The local office did call the airport and did reserve a new car there. Unfortunately, the airport is set up for people flying in and not for locals. It took us nearly 2 hours to locate the car pick up and we were on the road significantly later than we wanted to be. No excuse, no explanation, no apology. I love my local office, but will have to reconsider ever using enterprise again.
I want to extend a great rating to the Enterprise rental car on Scottsville rd Bowling Green Ky. They have exhibited the most professional staff of any rental car business I have seen in my travels. Everyone of the staff at this location is courteous, polite, positive attitude and dressed professionally. I never have to wait for a long period of time and checking in and out is easy.
We recently rented and did not have a good experience with the mechanics of not one but also of the replacement vehicle we were given. However, when we returned vehicle and explained our situation Zachary from Enterprise La Crescenta, was very apologetic and sympathetic to our troubles and issued us a refund. It was nice to be acknowledged and heard. ThAnk you Zachary. We will be back.
Enterprise picked up the rental pickup without notice. A year late and my mobility equipment is missing especially my wheelchair.
Taking a disabled senior citizens wheelchair and keeping is despicable. The district manager lied.

Don't do business with enterprise rent a car. They charged me $800 extra on $2.99 a day auto insurance. I want my wheelchair and personal possessions returned.

Tried to rent a car. On the phone with someone forever that I couldn't understand. Finally got everything taken care of and had a pick-up time. They called me a half hour later and said they didn't have any vehicles that it would be the next day. Called the next day and was on hold for almost 20 minutes. The manager whom called me the day before acted like she didnt know what was going on. This is the Muncie Indiana location... my advice... rent from someone else.
