My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
I was there for the final walk thru... everything looked great and even got a ride to the mechanic whom fixed my other car. Then 2 months later get a bill with pictures of things that were fine when i signed off. Any one of a good lawyer for this. Let me know. The employees are nice but i recommend that people who do business like this won't get mine... thanks Roy
Absolutely terrible customer service only excuses why they cannot honor my confirmed reservation because insurance claims trumped my business trip to Melbourne where I had to Uber which cost me $200.00 dollars. The agent claimed corporate was making determinations if they can rent to non insurance claim customers.
Completely unprofessional. If you're taking the car out of town they don't want you to take it at all. Although they advertise no problem anywhere you go this company does not want to let their cars go to a different location. Put me on hold knowing that it's me so I called with another number and ironically he's free to talk about a new rental. The last experience I had with them was very similar this company will not last. Reviews speak for themselves and obviously I'm not the only one thinking they are a complete and total piece of $#*!.

The girl Sandy not only questioned whether my husband and I were married she was so rude! I would never give them a dime. And it's like my husband said she doesn't know who we are. But they will find out over time. Our money will go to Hertz from now on. There is a reason why they have a low rating stay away! Oh and you managers I have already filed a complaint.
I've been especially impressed with Frank@ this Enterprise location. He has been conscientious, helpful, professional & has shown integrity in the 2 occasions in which I've dealt with him. Accolades should be offered to his manager, Reggie Jefferson, too for having Frank as an employee. When I have rental needs in the future, I will seek their assistance.
Mr. Austin Arenhole and super-team are hands down one of the best in the retail business! I've been using retail car services just most recently, and really appreciate the great customer service and wonderful hospitality. I can honestly say they've have earned my business for life. 5 Stars!

I didn't realize i owed 312.00 for a rock chip that hit a van rental until i received a statement a month after dropping off the rental. I found the representative very rude, short and seemingly bothered by some clarifying questions I had. I usually have very positive interactions with Enterprise personnel. Beware of the recovery department, they either hate their job or I just got a very rude individual. My claim # is ******* if this helps at all. I did not mind paying if it was my responsibility, she just did not have to be so rude about it.

Went on vacation with our motorhome ended up having bad weather so we needed a car to travel instead of walking. They had good selection and we were able to just drop off at the store and move forward. Good pricing for our week use.
Absolutely worthless company. Complete waste of my time. Booked a car a month out and when my plane landed told me they can't rent to me. Made me pay 900 for a ride to San Antonio because there were absolutely zero cars anywhere near South Padre. I would strongly recommend Hertz, ten times better, great car selection. Enterprise absolutely blows.

Terrible…horrible! I was involved in a car accident and needed a rental vehicle. I used Enterprise Scam-A-Car and I wish I NEVER did! At the end of my "agreement" they charged me the total balance, and took the $1,000 from my car insurance. Double dippers! I tried relentlessly to dispute the charge but Enterprise Rent-A-Scam fought back every time…stating that they had "strong" policies about charging the initial card put down for the rental. Right when I thought I was making some progress with my dispute…Enterprise completely changed the whole entire bill. First the total balance was $1,012.40…then after my many attempts to dispute and reaching out to Enterprise to get my money back…they pulled a different "total balance" out of their rearends! Fraud. Deceit. Lies. Robbery. Run far away from this big corporate THIEVES!

I had booked with enterprise two weeks before my trip and somehow my reservation got cancelled a week before my trip. So the next day i called to see if i can get my reservations back for the same rate and they told me that they can't change the rates they have to go off of what the rate are now. This is ridiculous and frustrating your a paying customer and can't even get any help with something that you had no control over just because they want money so bad. This is how you lose customers by not being on there side to help and make sure there are situated and everything is taken care of
Had to call 4 times because they kept hanging up on me I was transferred without being informed. They really need to start back at the basic to teach them customers services skills. I will not an definitely won't be recommending to anyone.
I've rented from Enterprise for years but I closed my account today. Why? Because a car I rented was wet when I rented and a scratch in the roof was not visible. I returned the car to an underground car park that was not manned on Sundays and inspected/photographed every body panel - no sign of any damage. Days later, I get a bill for 700 euros. There's nothing I can do, they rejected my complaint and they don't answer phone calls or emails. They just don't care. So, for the 700 euros they've taken from me they've lost a frequent customer. I have searched online and found other customers similarly treated by Enterprise - the 'we're closed on Sunday' branches have a habit of charging customers for damage they never saw when dropping the car off. So, lesson learned. Avoid.
Exchanged for another vehicle at SNA airport because the first vehicle I rented had a faulty gas pump nozzle opening that didn't allow gasoline into the tank and second vehicle had a dent that they themselves did not catch because it's dark in the underground parking garage where Enterprise is located. After the car was already returned they then want to say I'm responsible for the dent. Caused me inconvenience and then passing the buck for not doing their job right.

Our local ones are complete teams of blacks not one of another race. I had to have my car towed and it was scratched by potts towing... The driver reassured when unasked how do you plan to tow it with.no keys. He said in good at what I do... Then he dragged the car to the left and right. Back and forth. He scraped it up onto his truck. These blacks scared of the koon driver blamed me for his poor work. $500
Enterprise Rent-A-Car is normally a good company to go through when you need a rental car. However, this is not always so. I recently rented a car and I kept for nine days. I did some of the $300 deposit when I initially rented the car. It is 13 days later and I have yet to receive my deposit. Apparently, this is due to the Rental agreement receipt not being filled out. After multiple calls and emails I am told at the last customer service representative filled out paperwork correctly to submit my case for escalation. This is caused an increase delay in processing time as that is the first step in a resolution. Make an a long story short, I still have not received my deposit refund. So, if you ever want to rent from enterprise rental, make sure you're ready to give up your deposit money. This has undoubtedly been a terrible experience.
Sparing the details, I've spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to track down a simple answer to my question. I've spoken to countless customer service reps, emailed countless addresses, and keep being promised traction on my issue, but 2+ weeks later... nothing. Stay far away. Mater of fact, RUN.
Matter of factly cancelled reservation 1 hour before pick up. No gesture toward competent customer service. Foundation of their business should be that customers can entrust them with honoring their reservation. When that trust is betrayed with an attitude of corporate impunity rather than an effort to ensure customer satisfaction, that's a failure.
I booked a reservation via Expedia with Enterprise, purchased insurance. When I picked up vehicle, I was charged again for insurance, rep did not bother to check if purchased prior or not. Due to over charging, I was charged an overdraft fee by my bank. Complaints were filed in re, a Joy requested to speak with me via manager at location in question, we spoke at location over the phone while picking up another vehicle on reservation... She made a veiled threat saying by going online and making complaints, it can effect ability to make future reservations with them. She also attempted to state by using my debit card, I can be charged an overdraft fee, never mind the fact I was overcharged. I had to agree to what she stated, otherwise, I would not be able to rent from that location again I filed complaints about this, remain unresolved.
This enterprise is so ghetto unprofessional people I have ever seen very rude staff inconsiderate didn't get a call back for a rental the manager is unprofessional not the bald headed guy he was very professional the girl with the glasses was very unprofessional customer service sucks she needs to be at Wendy's on fries working. This was an insurance rental car. The Coeur d'Alene, ID rental place on Government Way did not have the correct standard size car so they put me in an upgrade. Now they want to charge me a $194.50. I talked with the manager Anthony about the matter. I could not get him to provide a satisfactory outcome, felt completely insulted with the accusations and sleazy used car salesman responses. I cannot recommend this location, nor will I rent from that location again while Anthony is the manager.
