My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
Terrible terrible terrible …. Do not rent from this location. Managers Chris and colin are the worst! Staff isn't knowledgeable. The cars are dirty that they put you in. Pick up from repair shop that is literally located across the street took almost an hour. Mind you I called one hour prior to pick up and repair shop called 2x as well. Terrible customer service, my card was overcharged, I called and the employees and manager kept telling me it was a mistake and a refund will appear in 3 business days…. 7 business days went by … still no refund. Talked to manager Colin a week and a half later he didn't have a clue what was going on. Only to find out the refund was never put in and I was just getting the run around, finally received my money back almost 2 weeks later. Any location but this one …. BEWARE.
Enterprise used to be our go-to car rental company, but we will no longer be using them. We rented a car from the Massapequa, NY location, while ours was being repaired. We didn't want any additional insurance, but the manager Mike was very pushy in selling the DW (damage waiver insurance). He told us that everything was covered by the insurance company and it would not be our responsibility. In addition, as requested, our car was dropped off at the repair company and not checked back in by Enterprise for a few days, so we were charged for overage fees also. We now have a bill for $761 dollars which was automatically charged to our Credit card. We have made 4 separate calls to the corporate office, with no follow up. DO NOT USE THEM!

Enterprise Car Rental denied me over 450 points points for my car rental because the additional driver was listed as the primary driver, even though I paid with my credit card and insured it with my car insurance policy. Efforts to correct the situation through Enterprise Customer Service was useless because their system would not allow for correcting their mistake. They did not offer me anything (points or free day).
Their solution was to have the additional driver create an account and get the points. Good for the additional driver but not for me who made the reservation and paid for it. My solution is to rent cars elsewhere in the future and write this review.
As a former employee, the workers need to work harder to meet customer needs, and the way I was treated as a new employee was wrong after I received 11 stitches on my ankle. After I slipped on water and a car door went into my foot as I was getting out of the drivers seat, cleaning a customers car as an internship program. The company cares more about money than safety, as I felt like i was forced to return right away and drive when I still could not walk.

Horrible people and horrible customer service! I have been going through enterprise for years now every time myself and my family go out of town or if a vehicle is out of service! I got red flag because one time there was a miscommunication and the gentleman that called me back was very very nasty and he told me why waste time on individuals like me when I was a one time deal at about 10 years I have been going through them like a communication very ignorant awful threaten full people I said just take your business elsewhere

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years. They have had there ups and downs. This Last year with the manger being Igor was a great experience everything was organized and speedy process. Now it is going downhill again. I made a reservation on Wednesday December 7th 2022 then I get a phone call on Friday to confirm my pickup for Saturday. When you call to confirm for pick up you are ensuring that everything is set correct? I get to the enterprise today for a pickup at the x correct time even earlier then expected for the pickup I get here and the rental is not here. I took an Uber to get here. Have been waiting for over 1 hour and no word for anyone, only thing the current manger said is that would you like us to take us home. As soon as a white lady comes in she is taking care and rental is handled to her. Unbelievable. This is so stressful, to have made plans and for enterprise to mess up everything.
I haven't rented a vehicle since before the pandemic. What a change! Customer Service is non-existent both online, over the phone and in person. Unintelligent people working for the company. How are you (Enterprise) in the business of renting cars if you don't have any? You (Enterprise) take the reservation for a vehicle both online and over the phone as if a plethora of vehicles are just waiting to be rented when exactly the opposite is true! Why wouldn't you suggest that I check with the rental agency location prior to driving out to see them that they may not have a cars to rent? Just ignorant customer service and a complete waste of time trying to do business with them. Never again...

We were going to rent a truck to go to Miami Dolphins game. The guy at 1805 Belvedre Rd Enterprise showed us the new truck to rent with no miles on it. We paid $272 for 2 days. Instead he gives us the old Ford with 40,000 miles dirty interior & dirty outside of truck. Not happy with the bait & switch. We walked out & as we left guy employee states that the review o give Enterprise does not effect him. Really do you own Enterprise company. Why would you talk like that to a paying customer. Honestly this should be zero star review. Please train your employees at Enterprise total cost customer service to customers 24/7. That way you get repeat customers that spread the word of your company, for more business.

We rented a Chevy Corvette at your competitions rental car business.
Reserved specific vehicle and willing to drive 1.5 hours away making it 3 hours round trip. Told card was sufficient. Once arrival at location on day of event, told card that is connected to bank was not allowed and that I needed to bring a major c. C. spoke with customer service two times prior once for reservations and second to confirm both times confirmed my bank c. C.
Never once told I needed a major c. C. which I would have brought, however not enough time to make it back and to major event.
I set up a rental over the phone. Asked the man about paying with bank card, he said no problem. I drive an hour Wednesday evening to pick it up and lady refused to take any of my 3 bank cards. So I left and called to make a complaint, was told the lady was wrong Enterprise always takes bank debt cards. So I set up again the next morning online, drive an hour to pick it up and again the lady refused to take my cards. I was renting due to an emergency and Enterprise made my car rental a Super embarrassing and stressful experience. I ended up renting from a different company.
My complaint is about the business at the corner of Ogden Avenue and Aurora Avenue in Naperville, Illinois. When I reserved, online, my rental, I was led to believe that I would only pay $95. When I came to pick up my rental, I was led to believe I would only pay $65 plus $30 for the liability insurance. I paid a $300 deposit and was promised to have it refunded when I returned the vehicle. When I returned it, the next day, I was charged over $150 and never did get my deposit back. This is dishonest and unethical. Unless I am compensated, I will never do business with Enterprise again. I work hard for what little money I make and do not like being ripped off. Besides, why are all the rental agents men?

We rented a car thru our insurance but we had mechanical problems so we swapped it out the second car was worse so we did again and same thing the car world shake so bad I called them and they gave me attitude and accused me of just wanting to change cars often so I called corporate they swapped the car again but it's the same problem.they don't maintain their cars on check and gave you attitude worse rental place ever!
One rental had a strong smoke smell in the car, but the sanitizer scent was so strong that we were unable to detect it until after the car sat in the hot sun. I have trouble with asthma, so this was very problematic. When we told them of this issue, they apologized, and we were given a discount to "make it a better experience." The Assistant Branch Rental Manager of the Independence, MO, location was Deneisha Abercrombie. She made sure our next rental opportunity was awesome!
I had the worst experience of my life renting a car with Enterprise. I made a reservation in advance only to be told at Jackson Ms airport no available cars for the next several hours or so. There was several cars in their parking lot, I asked what about those cars, the lady said those cars were for someone else, I asked who your friends she became very rude to the point I had to call customer services after waiting for over an hours. She said they have not come yet, I said I'm here with a reservation. After speaking with customer services she finally gave me one of those cars.
Whenever I fly into Jackson Ms again I will NEVER Never use them when I return this car. Stay away from the enterprise car rental at this location unless you got two to three hours to hang around and wait and wait.
I would never rent from them. So made a reservation online, asked for a pick none available. Since we broke down on side of road. Made our way to enterprise location in Hamburg PA. The guy wasn't there. Waited for an hr. 5 min before closeing shows up and tells me have nothing. Really by that time every where is closed. So tells me might have something. Tells us has a Honda car. When traveling with 6 people. Had to get a car and put six kids in it. Which is illegal not enough seatbelts. Tried to call cooperation everyday. To see to trade at another location and nothing. Finally just stopped in New Jersey at airport and got something still no phone call. When and returned vehicle and now want to charge me because of scratches. When no one even did a walk through. So not gotta fight that. No communication whether about toll. Gas nothing. Worse place to ever rent a car.

Car was in the shop and needed a rental and called Enterprise. Had confirmation that a car was available at the location on Richard road in Atkins, SC. Upon arrival, two hrs from making the reservation, I was informed they had no cars. Upon expressing my displeasure and yes a cuss word was used, I was told I was not a Christian and the Manager got up and left the counter. So I will never use this firm again.
1st time give price then double when arive insurance issue!, P.S. major credit card will cover, they did to several customers, 2nd visit messed up reservation had to pay extra for shady local rental which broke down, spent 2 hrs at airport so called buddy of agent. U.S. Headquarters no help.
Mr. Gierczycki and his staff should be commended on their excellent customer service. They made my first stay in Poland much easier by helping me deal with administrative issues with my Intermational driver permit. Also special thanks to Patryk Galas and Dominica - both exude professionalism and great customer service under demanding circumstances. I will continue to use Enterprise because of the people.

When I found out I needed a rental for another week I decided to turn the car in to Hertz and rent a different one from Enterprise. They're only a block away from Hertz and cheaper.
When I made the reservation it said I would need to show them a utility bill to verify my address. Since the utilities are in my roommate's name I called them about it. They checked and said I was already verified.
I get there and find out my previous address was verified so I'd have to bring in a utility bill to be re-verified. I again explained the situation and said I could bring in a phone, internet, or credit card bill. Nope! They'll only accept a utility bill.
Hertz was about to close. I'm exhausted, starving, freezing, and needed nicotine. So I took a cab home and reserved a new car at Hertz for tomorrow.

They switched vehicles up on me. I had a Chev Equinox SUV RESERVED ahead of time BUT when I got there they'd given it to someone else so I was stuck with a Dodge Challenger for a 'WORK' vehicle (?). It was 4:30PM & I didn't have time to go elsewhere before dark. THEN they calim I 'scraped' a 'parking block' at the end of a parkin space and damage their vehicle. Wll IF I'd gotten what I was SUPPOSED TO that low to the ground Challenger might not have 'scraped' a 'parking block'. I dunno... I made complaint with my insurance who rented it for me as well. No one at Enterprise even cares... really?
My buddy Jerry Krieg had to rent a vehicle while his truck was in the shop. He traveled from New Jersey to help me with a electrical wiring project. The first vehicle had a major front end problem but Jordan quickly appoligized and quickly got another vehicle. While she was doing this the other staff even got involved and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. In today's world it's nice to see people take pride in their work. They have a worthless Rewards membership. You have to be hawkish and complain often to even get your past reservations to even show up when you log in. Good thing they are overpriced as well. With more cars and locations, you would think they could afford to be cheaper.
I have rented a car by GEICO and after I returned the car they charge my credit card in $352. The manager is very dishonest because she told me a thing and she put in contract other thing. I don't recommend Enterprise anyone. I'm very frustrated about the company.

I am not one to write bad reviews but I can't keep quiet about this.
Last year my husband and I were taking a trip from Illinois to Florida. Made a reservation 3 months in advance for a mid-size car from Enterprise. The day we were leaving I went to pickup the vehicle and they told me at the Mattoon, IL branch that they had nothing left but a Kia Soul. Someone from the airport needed ours and he gave it to him. After much discussion, we took it. 4 people with a week of luggage for all of us! When I got to Florida the man at the airport helped me find a Expedition to drive home.
Oh my story is not over...this time every year 10 of us ladies take a trip to Paducah for a 3 day weekend.
Guess what happened? I rented the 15 passenger van over 2 months ago and the day before we leave they call me and say that don't have one and we can take 2 vehicles. I was told the Regional manager would be in touch. It has been 2 days and I still haven't got a call.
I WILL NOT rent from them again.

I returned a vehicle on 7/6/2020 and noticed I had forgotten a phone charger in the vehicle. I called and spoke to a representative, who told me that it was found and I could pick it up when convenient. Today I realized something else had most likely been left under the seat, a water proof fanny pack. I called again and was told that the item was also found by the cleaning crew but that it had been thrown away. Why is it that I have to call and name every item that was found in the returned car? Why is that my belongings are being arbitrarily thrown away and given an "awe shucks too bad" as a response? It is extremely unprofessional to, not call when an item is found, but to also hold onto my belongings when I'm there in person if the items were found in the same vehicle. And then finally after needing me to contact the agency again to tell me that they were thrown away.
