My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
Had a reservation to pick up a rental and when I arrived and gave the manager my DL and credit card I was told I couldn't the card because it was in my husbands name. I explained I was an authorized user and was still denied. I offered them my debit/credit card(I have a credit line on the card) and they also denied. I explained to the manager that I'm 13 hours away from home with two small children and do not have a vehicle to travel and she smiled and said"oh well, sorry"
If I could do no star at all I would. Honda gave me a free truck to drive and it took me 45 minutes to get it because they had no staff. Then they gave me a two-wheel drive pickup truck with snow outside. In my opinion that's just stupid. It had no gas in it. And then they're trying to charge me cuz I drove through iPass which it did not have according to the fine print I owe that. The truck was dirty, out of alignment, and the brakes pulled left... I will never use this service again even if it's free!
This joke of a company, unbeknownst to me, put me on a "do not rent" list for reasons that are totally FALSE and I was not able to rent a car I had reserved for a week that I had several interviews, now leaving me without a way to get there and losing out of work opportunities. Now these rental companies have the ability to literally destroy your life and deny you the ability to rent a vehicle you desperately need short term. I had NO other options for transportation where I live. Absolutely despicable.
First you can never get thru to the local office and they never return your phone call. This has been my experience at the Warminster branch in PA. Secondly on several occasions I made a reservation to reserve a pick up truck and each time come to find out the day of pick up there is no vehicle ready for pick up. Each time reservations were made three or more weeks in advance. This last time I called Enterprise a week before pick up to confirm a vehicle would be ready for pick up. I was assured there would be a vehicle ready for me to drive. As before I get a call the morning of my 7:30am pick up telling me there is no vehicle available. Reservations mean nothing to Enterprise and the office following up with me the morning of pick up is worthless. Poor professionalism and poor business.
I wanted to rent a van - they actually did get me a minivan even though the reservation site promised me a 12 passenger van. Strike One. They took 3 hours to do so for a 10AM pickup. Strike Two. Upon Return I left my SunPass Transponder in the vehicle - I called the branch over and over during business hours for days - not one answer - ever. I talked to corporate - they said they would look into the no call pickup and the transponder. I get nothing - no call back, no note, nothing. Strike Three. But to get ejected from the game and forfeit winning ever they charged me (on my credit Card) for tolls when my sSunpass was in the vehicle and active at all times. I already paid that toll. So you are out forever for stealing money as well as lying, cheating and just overall no customer service or care at any point or anytime. Enterprise is the absolute WORST! They already charged over $1,300 for a week - then to steal $6.75? Really?

Never, ever use them. You will be sorry - or at the very least way overcharged - if you do use them. Aldso - big tip - check your credit card. They steal money.

Rented a van. Minivan. Was supposed to be a 12 passenger van. I left my transponder for SunPass tolls in it and they (the branch) would never answer the phone. Corporate answered and took a complaint - but they never did one thing and never responded to me. Then I see they ripped me off by changing tolls on a car that I had a Sunpass in the whole time. They stole that money from me! Broke promise of a full sized van, never answered the phone, never followed up, and then changed more money for a toll I already paid (if it was mine).
This location was open from 9am to 1pm. Why would Enterprise schedule 70 reservations in 4 hrs and have a staff of 4 employees? We arrived at 9am to check in. The line was 20 deep? Your rep that handles the reservation lied and reported it would take hours to debark from the cruise. It took less than an hour. Reservation was registered at Noon - should have been at 9am but your rep was incorrect. WAITED in front of that hotel from 9AM to 1:45PM, thats right 4hrs and 45 minutes, AFTER your business closed, when they finally gave us a car with no gas in and we barley arrived at Fort Lauderdale Airport as the with the gas light was on? The manager did NOTHING to make anything work, just sat at his desk and closed the door at 1pm and turned off the lights, let the other 2 poor employees take all of the wrath and complaining from all those stranded at this $#*! hole of an Enterprise Location, what a disaster Enterprise caused so many people, the point is if you want the 70 reservations, especially at a off site, where you have to retrieve the cars, you should be properly staffed to accommodate paying customers and not make excuses that you are understaffed.
No way to run a business as you manager is an idiot in customer relations and staffing.

Lied to me said they had a car waiting on me. I went there to get it and was told no cars available. Went back again same ordeal. My insurance covered a pickup they put me finally in a Nissan rogue... Brought it back on time and the office I took it to has no drop box like I was promised it would. So I call them first thing the next morning and told them where the keys were. They said ok thank you. 2 days later I get $100 charge on my card saying I haven't returned vehicle. Then the guy says oh I forgot to check it in let me. See if we can get you a refund. What do you mean lete see if you can get me a refund you took money from me that was not owed to you how the hell do you have to see if you can get me a refund. Rude people, ignorant people, one office were racist people. Worst Company I've ever delt with. Dealing with them will make a sane person go postal. Worst Company ever.
They play dodgeball and blame it on the body shop. I have been without my belongings for 3 months now. I finally call the body shop and they told me enterprise never called them? Thanks Brian, at the Allentown location. I hope the front desk girl enjoys the Gucci that was in my rental
I was a customer for 40 years - dropped off at location 80 miles from home only to discover they placed me on their "no rent list"…didn't know one existed
In spite of making res and given discount I had to find a way home…35 calls any multiple messages no one has ever had the decency to tell me how I landed there from an incident in a state I've never set foot in…

I had a reservation yesterday for a medical appointment out if town. I was informed by who I assumed was the branch manager as he came out of the back office and interjected my convo with an employee and stated that an internet bill was NOT an acceptable form of a utility bill therefore they wouldnt accept that, i was informed 2 paystubs were needed when clearly it states recent pay stub. Clearly the screenshot on your website states an internet bill is accepted! Also, i had a cc with enough to cover the 300.00 deposit and I wanted to pay for rental fees on my MC debit card and was told no, they both had to be paid by the same card!. I had never had issues renting from northern locations before this.
I ended up going to budget rental who helped me as Enterprise wouldn't help me. Very bad customer service. Not happy.

After being sent from the fourth floor to the ground floor and back again I slapped my drivers license and credit card on the counter. The counter agent Victoria cortizo, who was at the opposite end of the counter, claimed that I had thrown my personal property at her and refused to rent me a car despite the fact that I apologized and let her know that my husband, who I was traveling with, had heart problems and could not keep going from floor to floor to rent a car. The manager Dominic Sheppard then said that he would rent us a car but there were none left despite the fact that we had a confirmation code.

We booked a 15 seater van 90 days in advance.on the day of our trip they simply said no vans are available and there are no alternatives they could arrange and simply cancelled our booking and ruined our week trip to WY & SD
Reserved a car at the Sydney ohio location was told day of that they have no cars available but yet I have a confirmed confirmation reservation no email no phone call when I reserved the rental a week in advanced but yet they have absolutely no vehicle how do you rent a vehicle when there is no vehicles to rent how do you confirm a reservation when you have no vehicle

Enterprise in Fayetteville North Carolina the customer service was unacceptable and the person was very rude he did not listen to explain about third party insurance there was a mix-up on the insurance he did not do his job as he stated and being a manager of enterprise very disrespectful to his customers my rating is a minus 2 for his services thank you

I needed a mini van while mine was being repaired. I filled out everything online, agreed to cost, etc for a mini van. My teenage son is disabled so I needed a vehicle that would accommodate a large car seat & wheelchair.
I dropped my van off & Enterprise had a truck waiting for us! No back seat even! The lady at repair shop called Enterprise & explained the situation & told them we needed a mini van. 2 hours later, Enterprise pulled up with a Rav 4... too small for what I needed. I called Enterprise myself, the "regional manager" wouldn't listen & kept talking over me, demanded my credit card number. By this time I wasn't about to trust them with that information so I just had a friend pick us up. Absolutely horrible customer service! I'll do without a vehicle for a day or two before I'll do business with them!

Had reservations for a car rental, dealing with insurance companies. 1st Car had expired tags on it, 2nd Car smelled like a over used cigarette ashtray, and a dam gas station toilet, and of course they never have any available cars. On September 2,2023, my wife and I tried to pick up a rental car at the Enterprise station at the main train station in Cologne, Breslauer Platz. We had rented the car through Expedia at the cost of about $400 for 9 days. But after we mentioned that we would drive the car to France from Cologne, the Enterprise manager refused to give us a car with the explanation that it is not allowed to drive Enterprise cars from Germany to France. While we and other customers waiting behind us thought this explanation was ridiculous, we ended up renting a rental car from a Sixt station across the street (at about $1000). Now, what was particularly maddening about this awful experience was that Enterprise NEVER even responded to repeated requests for help and/or explanations why driving their cars from Germany to France was not allowed in our case. I hope that future Enterprise customers will be made aware of this potential restriction before they lose a lot of money.
We were traveling through Florida with two little kids when our car broke down. I immediately started calling rental car places so we could follow the tow truck. Everytime I reached Enterprise, I was either told to call back tomorrow and transferred to another Enterprise or just hung up on. I called everyone in a 40 mile radius. After hitching a ride with the tow truck, we ended up in Dothan, AL. Again, I started calling Enterprises. Again, I would be placed on hold or transferred and then hung up on. Finally, I got a reservation for 5:00 pm to be picked up. At 5:15pm, I call back and they tell me then that they can't pick me up because I had called the same day as the reservation. I told them that the mechanic was leaving in 15 minutes, I had two small kids with me and I was in the bad part of town! They informed me that they could pick me up tomorrow afternoon if I called that morning and hung up on me. They left us stranded!
Bailey helped me keep my reservation and made sure that I had a car when I got back from getting my drivers license. A Great Person!
Horrible Experience! DO NOT EVER use Expedia or Enterprise car rental. Both companies are a joke and do not care about their customers. I reserved a full size car and when I went to pick up Enterprise did not have a car for me. They gave me a compact piece of crap car. They sent me to the airport 30 minutes away and said they would exchange it for me. Once I got there I was told they do not exchange cars. I got on the phone with both Expedia and Enterprise and they were both worthless and did not care about helping me. It was the most frustrating and horrible experience I have ever had with any company. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVER book through Expedia or use Enterprise.
This young man was absolutely wonderful. We were in and out in no time at all. Thank you for employing such wonderful folks with superb customer service. We were dropping off at the airport in Providence Rhode Island and you couldn't have done any better than him. Again thank you for having great customer service.

When I first picked up a car I had to put a $50 deposit Plus other c*** that That added up to $86 When I called her and told her about the rear view mirror she wanted to take $500 out of my debit card for a deductible I told her not to take it out of my debit card that I would bring my Discover card to her I would use that then when I took the first car back she gave me credit because it was paying 5 additional dollars a day for an SUV and not a Sedan she told me I had $77 credit Monday when I took the second car back she had to rewrite another contract She put the deductible on my Discover card and instead of giving me my money credit that she took out of my debit card and put it back into my debit card she deducted it from the $500 deductible on my Discover card So I had $423 on my discover card and then she wanted me to pay another $50 deposit for the car that she switched me out on and I said well you didn't credit my debit card why should I pay another $50 you put it on my Discover card take it from there Since you put it in there I'm not giving you any more money. Once they have your cards in their system they wanna do as they please the only way you get your card out of the system is when they close your contract.

They need To educate the people in the office Send them to some kind of training to keep them from screwing people over. I was standing there when she was talking to the adjuster from State Farm and I said aren't you gonna tell him why I am switching the car's over for the third time now and she just looked at me is it and he's not even gonna ask you why either why did you tell him because of the rear view mirror and the car has faulty brakes is a reason why you're changing me out They are not

Just picked up car and is making loud thumping sounds called the office she says we just put new tires on the car I assure you the car is safe to drive I am not happy with the car and don't feel safe driving it then they say they have no car to swap out with but an upgrade suv and it's going to cost me an upgrade fee the or I have to wait three days for a different car. Very poor customer service and will never be going back to Hamburg NJ office again
