My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
They gave me a car that broke down when we got to our destination so when we called and told them how our car broke down they sent someone out to tow the car which took 8 hours just for the tow truck driver to get to where the car is then we specifically told them we need a new car that night because we have to leave the next morning. The tow truck driver told us after he towed the original car he would come back with a new one that they had waiting for us. After waiting another 8 hours the new car never showed up so we got on the phone wondering where the new rental is and then was told there wasn't a rental they had to give us so the person on the phone told us WE had to find a Uber and pick up a car that was an hour away! It's not our responsibility to find a Uber to get there. THIS WAS THEIR FAULT! We will never rent again from enterprise and I recommend anyone else to stay away from enterprise
Had car rented Lafayette airport 8-2. Was supposed to be open till ten. Got in at nine all closed up. Had five people took cab to hotel. No one answers at customer service. Called next morning said reservation was honored and could pick up car. Went 25 miles to airport and was told car was rented out. I had it paid in full. I said how in the hell could you rent it out when you werent open, i had it paid in full, and they just told me i could pick it up. The real friendly, yuck, yuck, woman behind counter basically told me to screw myself and they are all rented out. I have delt with a lot of companies in my days, but i have never, and i mean never have delt with such a rude, dishonest, and incompetent company in all my 63 years. Please do not wvan attempt to to business with this so called company. You WILL be sorry!

Clawed me back 3 hours later to tell me my request and promise for a full size car would not be available. That I would have to take a intermediate vehicle. Did not even apologize.
I got in a car wreck about three years ago I had full coverage and rental Insurance my insurance paid the full balance I dropped off the car they walked around I filled up the gas tank everything was good I left then three years later I go to rent a car again and they say I have a balance of $550 even though my insurance company has paid in full three years ago I never received any phone calls no letters in the mail saying that I owe money they're a scam artist and never use this company I repeat do not use enterprise Rent-A-Car I will be seeking legal action
E returned the rental vehicle after hours and dropped the keys in the drop box. The next morning we received a call from the manager "Matt" stating that the car was damaged and he needed my insurance information. I asked if the lot had cameras and he stated it did but he hadn't viewed the footage yet. I requested that he call the Troy police to which he stated that he could not as the car was my responsibility as no employee had checked it in when we returned it. We drove to the store to view the damages and we called the Troy police department ourselves. The officer stated that this particular location has an issue with vandalism and has been instructed that they need to secure the lot better. It was obvious that someone had walked across the cars parked next to this particular vehicle by the muddy footprints on their hoods and then jumped onto the hood of the car we returned. Enterprise has treated us horribly and still demands that we pay for the damages! They should not allow after hour drop offs at locations where vandalism has been an issue. As a side note, when I visited the Troy police department to retrieve a copy of the police report, the desk officer stated that their had been 10 more acts of vandalism at Enterprise the night after we returned our rental!

And when I returned back they told me I still have credit for $334 and I can use it as a credit and they told me to return it back after 5 days and still my credit for a day of $40.60 and they charged my credit card for $222 pretending that they didn't say any word and they went changed the rate price on the final bill! What thieves a an md bunch crooks I will never deal with Enterprise anymore

To begin my experience, all was well they were even able to move my reservation up at the last minute for me. But when I arrived for my scheduled pick up I waited quite a while for someone to come help me. Then 2 people came in from outside and were able to assist me. Then I had to wait for the car to be cleaned. All was fine on my trip with the vehicle other than it saying it needed an oil change, which seems to happen to me every year I make this trip. Not a problem. However after returning my car I was called and had a voicemail stating I was going to be charged for 300 dollars because there was dog hair all over the car. There was never an animal ever in the car. So I got very upset of course. Now there was sand in the van but I didn't realize when I pay 1700. 00 dollars on a rental that I was going to need to detail it when I returned it, which is my fault I'm sure somewhere in the small print on the pamphlet they gave me it says something about it. I just wish I would have known the car was to be returned spotless. So I could have avoided this whole mess. After 3 different phone calls I was able to be refunded 100 of the 300. But I will never go through enterprise again after that. I don't pay extra to have my housekeeper clean my hotel room when I leave.

I always believe that if you travel any where you can rent a car while you are there, I call the concord NC location I was transferred to screening department the lady was rude and the she said since you are from out state we can not rent a car to you.

This is what you really think of your veterans. My mom served 20 years defending this country in the Air Force and this is how Enterprise shows their appreciation for her service. If only I could give 0 stars I would! To say that I am upset is an understatement. The sad fact is that Enterprise doesn't even care and at the end of the day will do nothing about it. Keith DeMarcus put my mom's life at risk today. He made my 65 yr old mother with a bad back walk home from his rental office in McDonough 5 miles to her home. I worked for the company for 17 years and am heartbroken to see how low customer service standards have fallen. If I can save you or your family some time, avoid this location. You can read all the reviews on both Google, Yelp and other sites and Keith the branch manager is mentioned repeatedly for giving poor service yet he is sill there as the BM, so that speaks volumes! Tells me that this company no longer takes it customers opinions seriously. Especially during this time when customers should be appreciated for the business they are providing to keep Enterprise from having to do additional layoffs from lack of business. But nope not this office. They continue to let this man run this McDonough location into the ground. Reviews matter and so does good customer service. Enterprise used to be one of the best companies to rent from but sadly to say I will never give them another penny of my business or my companies business ever again. Give your money to Hertz or Avis because your money and time are more appreciated!
Rented and confirmed my car 2 days ahead of time. One day rental $52.00 quick turn around back in 8 hrs. Fraudulent charge of $343 for 1 day! Parked car put keys drop box returned next day confirmed with that they enterprise had the keys. Car hire is fine but you have to access through NCP car parks and if you use their services they are supposed to clear your drop off vehicle of the NCP charge.
They cannot be bothered to do this!
After my hire in July i now have a final stage £170 Debt Collection issue as despite the manager Al-Badry insisting in August, then October it was being taken care off, absolutely nothing was done. DO NOT TRUST A WORD HE SAYS.
Now escalated to their head office and it is finally being dealt with.

This is the worst location ever! In all of my years of renting, it just continues to get worse each time. I don't know if it is because the company has grown so big over the years that they don't really pay attention to what kind of no personality people they hire or is it that they do not care who runs their business.
The so called branch manager, Shaylon Hugh has no real customer service skills. Miss nice-nasty is not genuinely polite at all...even almost a whole year later. This girl really needs more training on how to treat allllll customers the same. No special treatment to some then others not care. She also had the nerve to call another store and lie and say I didn't want to pick up from the Evans location, which was totally not true. She claim there was no compact vehicle, although there was one and even charged me extra for it. The Evans location is bias in my opinion from the people who work there against certain customers. It's just wrong and something needs to change immediately! They also needs to stop speaking negatively about the customer who they may dislike.
Rented a car on a Friday brought back after an hour car was chugging and would not go over 40 gave me another ask if they check over mechanically said no not unless they complain when they bring in stupid second car ran go till comming home and stuck in middle of intersection state trooper stopped and help to get to side but everything is dead and can not get it out of park I m guessing it's electrical tried calling but all offices are closed on Sunday finally got thru to main office out west 3 times I called to have it towed all 3 said np on there way not until the fourth try did I get someone to respond and send a tow truck and now I m home with no car because they are all closed in Suffolk county ny can t wait to go to there office Monday never again and my insurance company hopefully doesn t use them anymore
I was traveling north on highway 2 in Columbia Falls MT (our home) with my son in the back seat. I was in the slow lane doing the speed limit. There was an Enterprise shuttle trying to turn left (south) I'm guessing to pickup people up from Glacier international Airport. He cut me off leaving about 15 feet for me to slam on my breaks and lay on the horn. Luckily I was paying attention because it would have been a horrible scene. After returning home I called Enterprise and spoke to the manager at the Columbia Falls location to let him know what had happened and that his driver was being very unsafe and putting peoples lives in danger. He apologized but also chuckled. I asked if he was going to do something about this and he said he would talk to the driver. BUT... When he was responding to me and chuckled in mid sentence. Like haha. At least you didn't get hurt. But we have more important people to tent to. Totally pissed me off! I realize its tourist season in Montane and you have a job to do. But good lord don't forget about safety. I hope people read this review before trusting there drivers.

Rented a car a month in advance online. They waited till day before to call say they cant get a car. I'm in their loyalty program. Have been for years. But I am done after this. Have pic of my order.

Was in accident around June 26 or 27 and finally got a rental the 29th. Today July 11 was last day insurance was paying so I wanted to rent a few days on my own paying for it myself. The employees would not wait 10 minutes for me to load my card instead they said car had to be returned by 6 30 am or it would be flagged. Tried calling customer service and the could not extend because not picked up at airport. I have left message every where I can think of letting people know that I want at least one more day PAYING MYSELF NO INSURANCE! AND my card can be run for one day at rate of what the insurance was getting...
Horrible customer service! My car was in an accident and we needed a rental for a few days. We picked up the rental car on a Monday. Was told that we would get something comparable to our car. Comparable was only only important because my Husband had surgery that required physical therapy and every other day, he would need to be taken to the physical therapy appointment and is unable to bend his knee so he needed something where he could extend his leg. Well, we arrive and a RAV4 is waiting —not nearly comparable and no explanations but the additional daily cost was charged. Several times, the rental car cut off on us in the middle of traffic. SCARY! Called on Saturday to their Emergency Roadside Service and the run around starts. I got so frustrated with them that I hung up. We were afraid to use the car much over the weekend. It is now Monday, hopefully, my car is ready for pickup later today and we can return this rental because it cuts off or is slow to start. Tried to speak to the Manager and he is too busy to take calls. Enterprise is not your rental Company and their Clinton, MD location is definitely not reliable or responsive! You have been warned!

Van on the day of pick up. Thew day before collection i was called by a member of staff from the ilford branch 15.14pm on the 25 August 2023 to tell me they are looking for a luton van for me the day before my event. He told me he will call me back before they closed 5pm. I never received a call back. In the end i had no time to source a luton van as every van in london was rented out by then and nxt option was in Scotland. I ended up without a van for my even and loss of revenue. Very unprofession company and rude staff who do not care the slightest about customers priorities.

This is worst service I've ever had Ms Taylor at the edsall Road store in alexandria Virgina is the worst Manager. I reserved a full size vichicle and she wanted to give me a toyota corrolla called the customer service number they transferred my reservation to the Duke Street store in alexandria Virginia. It's had no cars. They then transferred my reservation to the Arlington mills rd store in Arlington Virginia I had to wait another hour for them to clean the vichicle of car hair... delayed my travel time to my family reunion...the car was still dirty mud was in the trunk. Our rental ended up with a flat tire. We put the spare on ourselves which is a full size tire but bc its a different tire pattern we have to get a new rental however we're on vacation w family and need a certain size vehicle which they don't have so now we have to pay for a new tire out of pocket. No one will help us get this figured out. We have now lost $700 in Disney tickets, stuck w no car, and on hold for over 3 HOURS! This is absolutely ridiculous! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! WHATS THE POINT OF A SPARE IF YOU CANT USE IT? AND WHY DO WE HAVE YO PAY FOR IT OUT OF POCKET? If we wanted all this BS we would've drove our own vehicle!
