My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
I got rental car from Joppa rd it was smell like a some one did pee in in this car then I trying to exchange a car they was keep saying tomorrow when I called next day they it will be Friday now such a terrific service

Rude, and that wasn't even the worst problem! Called them a week in advance to specifically book a car for my needs of my disabled son. A car! Not an SUV because we can't load him and in higher sitting SUV.
I was called the day before and told nope they didn't have any cars for us because someone didn't turn one in?
Unbelievable! This little Enterprise car place doesn't have more than two cars on the lot at most times... it's in Columbus Ga Bradley Park.
They hung up on me and I went to the second Enterprise place which was a huge mistake as well.
Was told they would have a car ready immediately the next day I booked it. Showed up the next day and was met with only SUV options. I'm not sure how hard it is to walk out to your lot see what cars you have and guarantee a customer they can pick that car up in the morning? Seems really simple. Because it is. Why is it always a guess of what car you're going to get and if you're even going to get a car?
I would be embarrassed out of my shoes if I worked for Enterprise rental car and was reading these reviews guess that's why they have a 1.8 out of 5 star review and have customers leaving...
that's just sorry business practice and an owner and corporate who doesn't care.
I will tell you the two ladies I spoke to at the second place we're very professional and courteous.

I reserved a 15 passenger van to transport 12 bridesmaids and moms and grandmother, requiring several trips from a hotel to a wedding venue on 4/29/2023. I was told the van would be available for my inspection on the 26th. It was not.Then again on the 28th and it was not. On the 29th, the morning I needed the van, it was there, but the system was down all morning. After waiting several hours and trying to find some sort of way for enterprise to let me pay for the van without the system and the time running out when I needed it to be at the hotel, I had to scramble to make other transportation arraignments that caused all the event timing to be late. I have another daughter getting married this July but i will find another company's transportation. This entire experience was terrible. Zero stars
Six phone numbers and two email addresses over a month of time to pay a simple invoice. WHEN I could reach a person by phone, they were unable to take a payment or even refer me to the proper link to make a payment. Phone numbers provided would have a recorded statement "there are technical difficulties, high call volume and no one in the office to take your call... try again later". Absolute joke. One number provided to me from the customer service number I called was the number to a nurse that had been awakened from sleep 6 times because Enterprise had given out her number as the accounting department number for Enterprise. Again... what a JOKE! I do not recommend this company to anyone! The only reason I finally could make the payment was because I went online and found a site that had a form to fill out with your concern/complaint. Amazing I received an email the next morning with a number (worthless, already tried that) and a link. The link took 3 times to finally accept the payment. DONE!

Worst service ever
1. Called to schedule for them to pick me up, and their phone lines aren't working (for days) and tried contacting them through Facebook and didn't help.
2. Arrive on time to pick up my rental and car is not ready. Needed to wait 30 mins for oil change and car wash as there was no other "premium" car available. But I was in a hurry so I took a cheaper car.
3. I told the employee the car was dirty, but he said is only dirty on the outside because it was parked under a tree. Offered to give it a quick wash, but I decline because I was in a hurry.
4. On my way home realized the car is diry on the inside as well, even trash on back seats.
5. Go back, they don't care and only answer is to give me the car that I reserved from the beginning. And that's it.
6. Employees wear masks at all times, but are handing unclean cars to clients and their family during this Pandemic. Makes zero sense.
Trevor at the Palisades branch in Birmingham Alabama is awesome and will help you in anyway. He made the process easy for me and I was renting for a couple of months

I reserved a car 1 month before I arrived. I arrived before the reservation time. Enterprise had several cars available and would not give me a car. Multiple calls to corporate escalations and ~25 emails to resolve the issue. Not it is 4 1/2 months later and still no response. Pathetic. Never again. DO NOT TRUST ENTERPRISE WITH A RENTAL.

My insurance company arranged for us to have a car hired from this company whilst our car was being repaired. Before picking the car up we had to phone them and they kept us on the phone for over 2 hours going through all the aspects of the accident that we had already gone through with the insurance company, Finally they 'allowed' us to have the car. On the day we picked the car up they encouraged us to take out insurance on the hire car at £7 per day - which we agreed to do. They took £1 which was supposed to be refundable to verify our card and then said that they would take 10 days insurance cost from the card but would refund any unused days. In the event we had the car for 8 days and 3 hours. We were told the extra two days plus the £1 would be refunded. When that had not happened after two weeks we queried it with them. They said we would have to pay a whole day for the extra 3 hours and claimed we had had the car 10 days. The employee seemed completely unable to do enough maths to work out we had had it only 9 days. Had to give up in the end. If they scam £15 out of every hire - they are doing quite well. Left us feeling annoyed.

Whenever I rent a car, which admittedly isn't very often, I have always used Enterprise. That ended today! I made a reservation to pick up at Peoria, IL airport, and I noticed when I received my email they said a debit card could be used with return flight itinerary. I thought that was strange, because I had rented there before, and never needed flight information. This is the only location in the area open late enough for me to be able to pick up after work. It also said there would be 20% + $200 deposit, in addition to the price of renting the car, pricey, but ok. So, I called the number on my reservation and was assured that all I would need was my debit card and Driver's License. Then I got to the airport, the first thing I noticed was a sign that said the deposit was 20% + $300, not $200. When I got to the counter they refused to rent to me because I had a debit card, and no flight information. I called customer service and was told this is the policy for all airports, and as a courtesy she offered me 2 days of free rental at any major airport! She had just got done telling me I can't rent from an airport with my debit card unless I have a flight!

I was presented with an Enterprise rental car from the insurance company of the driver who struck my parked car. In this process, I was happy with Enterprise as I was presented with a clean car that worked quite well. Even when my first car had a flat tire, they replaced it promptly. Unfortunately, what they did not do was to clearly explain the process of driver protection (a $24.99 charge). As it turned out, due to pandemic charged supply-chain issues with car parts, I had to drive the rentals for a month. What I thought was a one-time only charge for $24.99 was a DAILY charge. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill that the insurance company DID NOT pick up. All the representative would say was that they called to update me that they were adjusting my deposit to the protection plan. What does that mean? When I talked to the rep. They assured me that I could keep the car longer due to the length of the car repair. What I got stuck with was a $1000 credit card bill and other than a $200 "courtesy", I was told nothing more could be done. Honestly, I feel like I was taken for a ride. The reps only did the minimum in alerting me. What it looks like is that Enterprise is taking advantage of drivers whose cars are in repair longer than normal due to the pandemic, supply-chain issues in receiving parts. Therefore, I'm left feeling that Enterprise ripped me off as part of a racket. I already have a hardship with a car stuck in repair and then they went ahead to charge a exorbitant, unnecessary fee. Very unfortunate, a real downer.

If you HAVE to use Enterprise, be careful, know EXACTLY what they can do to you with the fees. The rep knew exactly what to say and do when I questioned the charge, ready with a $200 courtesy reduction. This means that this is standard business practice; in my case, if he calls, we will still get $800 out of him. If not, we can get the whole $1000. Shady.

When making a reservation, there were no economy or compact cars available for the dates I needed, so I was forced to reserve a mid-size car for $109 a day. On arrival at the rental office, I was give a Nissan Kicks, which is a subcompact car. It is absolutely unacceptable that a customer is charged for a mid-size car and receive an uncomfortable, subcompact car. Now, I'm stuck with an almost $1800 bill for a 13 day rental. I have been a long time customer of Enterprise and have been very satisfied with every aspect of renting from them, until this experience. In the future, I will go a little further away and rent from another agency. I could not be more soured on a transaction than I am today.
Several days later I spoke with the general manager and he made no attempt to resolve this issue. Instead, he defended the rate charged for the subcompact and claimed that it's advertisement as a midsize vehicle, is correct.
I find it to be deceptive. The manufacturer describes this car as a subcompact. It should be rented as such, and have a lower rental rate.
Had I actually received a midsize car, I would have no issue about the rate I was charged.
When I told him that Enterprise has lost my business and I would go elsewhere, he encouraged me to do so.
Enterprise seems to not care about the customer. I would not recommend to an enemy. They Jack prices up and gouge you however they can. Rude employees.
I'm thinking his name may be jay I may be wrong. But I rented a car from his location and drove to Panama City. I had to stop so many times it took us hrs more then it should have. I went to every enterprise in Panama City even airport no one would switch out the car. I took all my vacation to try and get the tire fixed. No luck no enterprise would switch me out. I drove from miles miles miles. There was a slit in the tire 3 day to get through Walmart. No one would help me. The last day I stopped back at the last place and talked to this man again in Panama City about getting another car. When I walked in he said I have a truck just got. He switched us out and home we went. We lost our vacation and we lost family time with my family. We rented a $4500.00 condo. But as soon as I got back to Knoxville I drove the truck to drop off. The manager was so awesome incredible. He told me the customer driving car comes first always before renting out to new customer. Well not in Panama City. He was so helpful that today I think of why I choose Enterprise on Clinton hwy north. The best service you will ever get. He's on heck of a manager and told me he make it right with me my next trip. But don't hesitate renting from Clinton Hwy north. Amazing group of people (Family). I can't say enough about him but losing vacation with family money and time you can't get back. When you need a rental car make sure you don't use Enterprise. I booked a car through the Allegiant app, called the next morning to make sure dropping it off in Richmond KY wasn't going to be a problem. Was told it would be fine just to let them know when I arrive at Cincinnati and that I wouldn't be charged anything. I arrive in Cincinnati to be told that I cannot drop it off in Richmond and if I did I would t be able to drop it off j til Monday because they're closed and I would be charged until Monday. I leave heading back to Georgia early tomorrow morning so that's not a possibility and I'm not being charged for days I don't use/have the car. I was also told I could take an Uber. Ok so you want me to ride 2 hours with a stranger and it's getting dark. DONT THINK SO! So here I sit at the airport waiting on my mom to come pick me up which will be another hour or two

I WRITE THIS AFTER CALLING CORPORATE- NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD A LENGTHY CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE AT CORPORATE. SHE IS GOING TO HAVE A HIGHER THAN AREA MANAGER CALL ME NEXT WEEK. HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT STRONGSVILLE OH STORE! THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF AND CHARGE ME HUNDREDS MORE THAN WHAT I WAS QUOTED AND HAD A RESERVATION FOR. MADE MULTIPLE MISTAKES WITH MY RENTAL SITUATION, AND THEN TRIED TO GET ME TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE A HALF HOUR AWAY... I HELD MY GROUND, AND IN THE END, GOT THE CAR FOR THE PRICE ON THE ENTERPRISE RENTAL pw THEY SENT ME! ALSO, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS, NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. WITH ALL THESE HORRIBLE REVIEWS, ENTERPRISE CORPORATE NEEDS TO MAKE SOME SERIOUS CHANGES.

Very dissatisfied with the Enterprise in Clinton twp MI My son came from out of town to rent from Enterprise because he has never had a problem he has a Enterprise account. When he gets in Michigan rules change he cant rent with debit card.
