My rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in douglasville ga on fairburn rd was immaculate! The car was pristine and my kids loved it...the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of enterprise...thank yall for a great experience
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
I rented a car from Enterprise a few months ago. Then a couple of weeks ago I get a call, email and letter from them saying that they have come to believe I had been in an accident but don't owe anything because I purchased the extra insurance and they want me to answer some questions and fill out an incident report. I WAS NOT IN AN ACCIDENT AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE CAR. I let them know that via email and voicemail and they are still calling me. I don't know what kind of scam they are running but DO NOT RENT A CAR from these people. This is just shady. And if they really thought I did get in an accident, why did they wait 3 months to contact me?
The most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER - PLEASE DON'T USE ENTERPRISE IF YOU ACTUALLYNEED HELP - I'M WARNING YU.! I called (Enterprise "Linden" THREE TIMES, THREE times to make sure my rental was ready because I only had an hour for lunch. I was told "it will be ready to go when you get here." Since I only have 50 words to go - I WALKED 5 MILES HOME ON AN EIGHT LANE HIGHWAY BECAUSE FAILED ME! I'm a petite woman and 3 cars pulled over and asked me to get it. I'm not smart enought to get Enterprise to do their job, but I know better than getting kidnapped and raped and murdered --- 100% all because Enterprise lies. Something needs to be done ASAP or bad things will happen.
Car broke down set up a reservation with them over the phone to pick up from them cab here and they don't have any car so waste of a trip and no rental.
What good it makes if you are an Elite member with more than 20k reward miles and you can not redeem them, Enterprice should put a clear note on their main web site in the effect of that these miles can only be redeemed in Canada or the US
The strange issue is that if you rent from international locations they don't redeem your points but you get points with Enterprice fir your rental?

When you leave a deposit they lie for what is for when you return the car they will not $#*!ed customer service gives you no help and getting it back rent somewhere else
Enterprise on stadium drive and portage road took great care of me. I highly recommend Enterprise. I loved the vehicle I used make me want to upgrade my own car. Thank you Enterprise

Terrible service, I rented a standard suv in paris and when I arrived they gave me a family sedan... They promised me compensation for the difference in category, which today and after 20 days, I have not received nor do I think I will receive. And that the rental price was paid two months in advance. Nefarious, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

Worst experience ever. Returned vehicle and had inspection. Man goes straight to a spot on the front of the car and said damage there. We were not responsible for the damage and how did he know to go straight to the spot and push. Was given many different stories and "I'll get right back with you" from Harrison at the Farragut branch and many different contradicting stories. Asked for manager name and number, Harrison stated he doesn't give it out. What company does that? He told me if there was no "inner damage" which you can tell from our pics there isn't there would be no charge. That has been over a month with no resolution but they have our $500.00. Before we rented they called me the day before saying they couldn't honor my discount. I stated you can't call me the day before because you don't like my deal. I think they did this to make up for it. When speaking to complaint department FROM their company she said it happens a lot, a vehicle has damage and they never get it fixed but charge over and over for it. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

I've been trying to rent a car from the enterprise located on856 n York Road ******* store manager is very rude and disrespectful I complain to corporate and nothing got done I called today for a rental and she said there are no cars available seems she found out I complained now she's retaliating I called corporate and they said there is cars in that location available unbelievable and disgusted is how I feel.
Enterprise is one is the worst car rentals there is, customers service is horrible. The agents are rude and aggressive. No form of empathy to customers. I would never rent here again!
Booked a car thru Expedia, price was $367.
Call two hours before my scheduled time to see if I could pick the car up and asked if this would in anyway change my rate.
Was told car was available and I could come get it and as long as I turned it back in the same time a few days later my rate would still be the same.
Returned car a few days later per the agreement 45 minutes early. Received a receipt where they charged me $865. Guy that checked me back in told me not to worry they would take care of it. That was the second lie.
After calling many times providing my reservation and price quoted and price I paid and many people telliNg me they would take care of it 4,5,&6th lie I was then told they couldn't do anything g for me.
I travel weekly and had been a customer of Enterprise for many many years and this is the way they treat their platinum members?
I'm done with them and will make sure everyone in my company is done with them as well.
Moving onto Hertz, Dollar, or any other company OTHER THAN Enterprise

The worst experience. We will never rent from Enterprise again. We arrived to pick up the rental car and they said we had an outstanding claim from 2 yrs ago so we couldnt rent! They had called the day before to confirm we were picking up and never mentioned anything. We had an important appt so we had to pay hundreds of dollars to clear the claim. Not an easy process on line and on the phone. They won't help - you have to call a bunch of 'Enterprise' numbers. Still don't know what the claim is for! There's more! Once cleared we got the car. We were told upon departure that this 200 Front St Toronto location will be closing at noon on the day of our return so if we arrive after this to just leave the keys in the drop box. They did not mention extra charges. On our return day they called us to say if we don't have the car back by noon they will charge us an extra 2 days! We couldnt get back in time so they charged us! Once home I called to find out what the claim was and they said it was a hole in the windshield. We had no recourse. The multiple people we talked to on the phone were rude and unprofessional. Except the last fellow who was at least nice but couldn't help us. Customer service does not exist at Enterprise and they can charge for whatever they choose! Be ware!
I rented a car for more than a month at Enterprise (while mine was in a body shop), paying nearly $1,400 out of pocket for this rental, and expecting to earn points for this from their rewards program that clearly states: "We Made It Simple: Dollars Spent Equals Points Earned With Enterprise Plus, the more you rent, the more rewards you earn."
When I asked why my account wasn't awarded points for my rental, I received an explanation that my rental was "non-qualifying" (with no explanation) and any attempts to speak with someone just got recorded responses and go arounds. I also had another vacation rental (just 4 days) with the same result: my rental was "non-qualifying" even though it also was booked directly with Enterprise.
All I can conclude is that their rewards program is nothing but a scam, despite that claim that dollars spent equals points earned. Also, their customer service is woefully inadequate. I will not be spending any more dollars with Enterprise and will make sure that my employees and acquaintances do not either. This is not an ethical company to do business with.
Tried to reserve a car in Kentucky but all were booked closet could get a car was Tennessee. Went to pick it up and they would not rent it to us because had a Kentucky driver's license
First off my husband books in advance (a mid sized) as he run's CA & AZ. And goes out to AZ for a week monthly. This week in AZ The heads of His Company are all meeting in AZ. He chooses The Redlands's Enterprise for convenience on his way back home to CA. When I say Heads, CEO, COO, CFO & HEAD OF SAFETY, being they are meeting in the state my husband run's He entertain's them ALL. They gave My husband a Nissan Sentra so he won't be taking big executives from TX, FL, Georgia & TN ( all RED) around in AZ! REALLY RICH $#*! MEN IN A NISSAN SENTRA? Paula told my husband last month(problem's) this would never happen again! She The manager( they denied me his name) on an Audi ( Had to go with what was in stock) he said he'd have to pay the difference so that was a NO! ALWAYS AS A REGULAR SHOULD BE IN SOMETHING SIMILAR TO WHAT HE DRIVES!? Enterprise You don't practice what your recording preaches JOKE! Speak with Paula & The manager on duty! BTW 22 minutes on hold!

Taylor Brown, remember that name and if she's working the day you go in RUN. This has been probably my 10th time using this particular location, and each time there has been a problem. I get there on Saturday morning, have an appointment, and I am told the oil is being changed on the car and I could either come back or wait. I chose to wait but in the meantime she wanted my license and credit card and told me there would be a huge deposit. When I balked at the deposit being more than twice what it was last year, she told me it was policy. I then told her that I had it with all the problems I always have at this store, and that I would not be back. She told me I can start right now and she was cancelling my reservation. She was really proud of herself also. I asked her to get her corporate office on the phone and she said no, "you go home and call them". I had a reservation for a trip we were going on for a wedding, and that girl took away my reservation and we were ready to leave so I could not get another one. Luckily I had transportation, but she really inconvenienced me. Get this when I called Enterprise today, and asked for a manager, Matthew told me that there really is no manager since they are all in "Management Training" there. I thought she did not look like a store manager. She's an awful person and this store is just plain awful. Don't go there - EVER.
If I could give all of the enterprise's car rental a 0 stars I would. Enterprise is a joke they are the worst places to rent a car from so please don't waste your time, your energy and your money. Especially the one in Ledgewood and Augusta NJ. Also if you ever come across Samantha Aka Sam she is the most racist ugly witch I have ever met. She have the most negative energy fake as hell and a huge drama queen or king she kind of look like a he/she. She is extremely unprofessional not just her but everyone I have deal with at enterprise seems to be extremely unprofessional, rude, and they think they own the place. They all need an attitude adjustment or corporate should give all of them a class on how to treat the customers. If they don't change there attitude enterprise will lose a lot of customers. I also notice that. Enterprise doesn't have a lot of Spanish or black workers working there majority of them are white so that should tell you about the company no diversity whatsoever or just plain old racist douchbags.
Reserved Suburban on July 23 for Sept. 7th pickup. To my extreme disappointment the vehicle was unavailable for our family of 8 vacation. Thanks for ruining our trip.
I used them 3 times in the past 2 months. My ins. Co. Said they would pay my overcharge. I never gave anyone permission but, they used my credit card without my ok.
I was in a no fault of my own accident. The other drivers accident was paying for my rental. It has to be extended several times which the staff was very understanding about and never pressured me as they got paid. At some point the insurance company stopped paying for my rental and I never was contacted by anyone. My card was charged once which I noticed after the car was returned. And multiple times after the first charge my card declined as it was over the limit. But also no one from enterprise reached out to me at all about this. It was more than 2 weeks since I heard from anyone and suddenly they call my secondary contact.:when they hadn't even tried to contact me. Then 12 hours later I received a text threatening me with fraud charges. Again no one contacted me directly. I turned the car in on the day I had planned on anyway. Still not a single contact from anyone directly to me. It's not like I wouldn't pay as I know I'll be reimbursed. But never a call to say "hey we have to charge you". Nothing! That is not ok. Just bad business. At least give someone a chance to do the right thing.

I had to return the first rental car because it smelled like smoke, the second one smelled and the windows were dirty. I will never rent a car from them again.
I always rent my cars from enterprise I never had no proplem but this time I experienced the worst experience with this company I rented a car for 13 days on my first week I heard noise in the car and I went to the location to exchange it because I don't feel safe driving it this guy name Eric were very rude to me and Denied the exchange till now I can't switch the car any place so this my last time renting from this company and I will make sure to tell all my friends family and coworkers my experience so they will look for some other options for car rentals
I made a reservation at the Slinger, WI Enterprise. Got there no car, I could wait for 2 hours to see if a car shows up or drive in slushy, snow covered roads to another city to get a car. They didnt seem to care that I didnt have a car. I went to Germantown and picked up a smaller car than I ordered as that is all they had. After dropping off the car in another state the personal encouraged me to pursue reimbursement for bad service. Upon calling the district manager, Paul Johnson he asked me what he could do to make it right. When I told him how he could make it right he refused and suggested half the amount. You can not count on Enterprise to have a car for you even with an email confirmation. The employees could of cared less of my dilemma. The manager said I threw paperwork at an employee when I did nothing of the sort. He said he would give me my suggested reimbursement however, threatened to ban me from car rental at Enterprise. Riduculous! I do understand that situations happen but, when you are pressed for time, driving on slushy, snow covered roads and have to drive to another city for a car, the customer should be compensated fairly. I probably will never use Enterprise again because of their poor service and poor customer service relations.
