I ordered 2 bags of dog chews and was informed they were on back order. They're finally in stock and they were shipped 5 days ago and they're still only in Illinois. It may take until July before they make it to PA. Seriously been waiting weeks for 2 bags of dog chews.
I've been a customer for almost 5 years. The first 4 were pretty good. No problems with orders, prices great, customer reps polite and helpful. I always ordered over the phone because the Sale Prices weren't always showing up on the final order invoice. So, I would go over the entire order with a Rep, giving them the product order number, regular price, then sales price. It was tedious but worth the savings. I was spending $600-700/year. Then things started to fall apart. Wrong order was sent out ($40.00 worth of Bonies) I called, explained and was told "no problem, an S&H label would be sent to me and the correct product sent out. I returned the wrong Bonies and waited. New order came and it was WRONG also. Went thru the process of explaining the problem AGAIN, and was sent another S&H label. No one ever
Apologized for the mistakes. Instead, they tried to bill me for all 3 shipments (yes, they finally got it right on the third try). I had to write an email explaining the whole debacle. Never got a "we're sorry, our bad, etc.". I let it go and got over it. This happened Oct. 2015 and things went down hill from there. My orders weren't showing up unless I called to push them along. Items were always out of stock and orders were forever "pending." But prices were good so I hung in there. Last issue: Nov. 26,2016, I put in an order for $137.00. Mid-Dec., still no order. Many items were x-mas presents. I called and was assured it would be sent out ASAP. A week after x-mas I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. On 1-2-17 I called EntirelyPets, canceled my order and demanded a refund. Today I was told it should be in my account by 1-9-17. We'll see what Monday brings. There's enough small business owners who will work hard to get my business and gain my loyalty. Entirely Pets deserves neither. I've heard a rumor they're expanding. Not very smart for a business who doesn't take care of the customers it already has.
There are several items one can't find in many places, however, this site not only carries those odd items, they are also very reasonably priced. Their service is excellent and products top notch. Have been a member for years!
I ordered a brush and after two weeks I gave up that it would ever be shipped. I asked for a refund. They said 3-5 business days and it's been 8 days and still no refund! If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible company!
I found the shampoo, ear cleanser, and special cleansing wipes for 1/2 the cost my vet was charging me. I ordered from their website on a Sunday evening and they shipped it the next morning. I received the purchase within 2 days. I was surprised because I live in a rural area and almost everything I order takes@ least a week. The order was exact, nicely packaged, and someone had taken the initiative to tape the tops of individual containers even though there was a seal under the lid. I will order from EntirelyPets again.
I had an experience yesterday trying to order a specific brand and product. The sales rep told me that were not out of stock as indicated on their site, but rather that they had two bottles left. I haven't been able to find it anywhere, including from the manufacturer, and I jumped on the opportunity. (It's an herbal parasitic for a potentially life-threatening toxoplasmosis infection.) What I saw in my email as my order while still on the phone with the rep was a ridiculously inadequate dewormer with one single ingredient. When I refused that, the rep became rude and practically hung up on me. He seemed to understand what toxoplasmosis is, and if so, he was practically criminal in trying to con me into something that would have no effect whatsoever. Had I been less aware of product ingredients, he would have killed my cat. I also took issue with another product he tried to sell for kidney issues because it contained the binder, magnesium stearate. He had no comeback when I told him binders prevent bioavailability. I believe these folks prey on people's ignorance and that he was surprised I had done my homework. He also was clearly annoyed when I had taken his time but did not place an order because nothing they have has any efficacy for my purposes, nor for anyone else's based on this and other experiences with them.
I also noticed another product he suggested for kidney support (with good reviews I might add) that consists merely of amino acids and peptides (amino acid chains). There are many choices for that that come from organic food-sourced nutrients, such as egg white powder. I do not give synthetic products to my pets, and he could not comment as to the source of any ingredients. He didn't know. Sales reps are there to make commission, not to help people or their pets. I would not order anything from Entirely Pets.

For the last month or so I've been getting offers from Entirely Pets. Possibly if I lived in the US and had pets, I would be interested. Since I don't, I tried to unsubscribe, which really ticks me off because I never heard of them before, let alone subscribed. Their unsubscribe link doesn't work, comes up as URL invalid. I tried replying to one of their many eMails, with no response except for more ads. And I did mention that I'm in Eastern Canada and wouldn't buy pet supplies from California.
Entirley Pets not only didn't deliver the pet door I ordered, they took no action and all emails instructed me to call. All calls were never answered and voicemail was the only option. Four days and no response despite multiple attempts. Will never use them
I bought the items using auto-ship and coupon on their website, so i got 25% discount; it allowed me to do it without any warning or restrictions. Later on i was contacted by one of their customer service rep, says it is a glitch in their system and i needed to either take only 15% discount or cancel the order. So i asked to please cancel the order, because i could get a better deal somewhere else. And they told me they will cancel the order, and the pending charges on my bank account will fall off after 3-5 business days.
Today I found out the charge is posted, and I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. So apparently, they let the charge went through instead of void it even though i have asked to cancel the order, and they said they did. Lies all around. Will never purchase from them ever again.

Every time I have placed an order with this company they never have at least one of the items in stock. It happens with this company on a continual basis. It would not be a problem but the items are on back order for an exorbitant length of time! My latest order has now been on back order for over 5 weeks! Sorry but IMHO that is unsatisfactory. Now I see why they lose customers and have poor reviews! I am surprised they are still in business.
Placed an order for a VERY IMPORTANT HORSE SUPPLEMENT that could actually be a life or death situation... Paid for everything via Credit Card with expedited overnight shipping to be here for my beloved horse. Being Sunday I figured maybe they didn't get the order out and it would be Tuesday... after repeated phone calls with NO ANSWER, I Finally reached someone via email them stating they needed the 3 digit code off my card before processing order... Beyond Furious with their poor customer service. Canceled order, would never recommend!
Bought Seresto flea collars for my three cats. After about a month my cats and my house are infested with fleas. Clearly these collars are doing nothing - I have raised the issue with the manufacturer, Bayer, but please beware of these products. It; s easy to tell with fleas if the meds arent working but with some other product it might not be so easy.
UPDATE: They did refund my money in full without too much fuss.
I've never dealt with such unprofessional and terrible customer service in North America... Plain rude and disrespectful, one lie after another and they assume everyone is either very stupid or just a one-time customer only! The later is absolutely right because I will never buy anything from EntirelyPets again. The only thing they care about is keeping your money. They will transfer you from one person to another, put you on hold forever, tell you that you will receive a call back (which never happens) and in the end basically tell you to forget about trying to solve your problem. Because they do not care! Worst experience ever. Buyer beware!
I had a long drama with this company. I ordered 4 litter boxes from their site because they were a particular color/brand. It took a while to receive them, but 2 of them were completely wrong and ugly color. I called and they offered to send 2 new ones and have me send the incorrect ones back, said they would send Fed Ex to pick up. The 2 new ones they shipped, but one was the wrong color AGAIN. I called back to return that one and they didn't have any others in stock so said they'd refund. Essentially, it took me about a week for them to finally send me an email with a FedEx label because FedEx never showed up to to pick up the box. I returned the package to Entirely Pets, they received it based on tracking on 6/16. On 6/22, I called to ask about refund, they said it takes about 10 days and to give it another week. So, I called again on 7/5, still no refund. They said they'd submit the refund immediately and I'd see it in a few days. On 7/11 and 7/12, tried calling, no answer, left message and no return call. On 7/13 finally talked to someone and found out they had NOT submitted refund request. Finally today 7/13 it showed up in my account. So it took them a month to FINALLY return my money. And I don't think they would have if I hadn't been calling. It took me calling 5 times to get them to refund! I suggest people pay a few cents elsewhere and not deal with the hassle of this company! The people I talked to were nice, but the company is just horrible!
Charged 5.95 shipping for Fedex shipping. Expected delivery date 7/13/16. Charging for shipping, and taking 11 days is unacceptable in this day and age. First and last order, anyone else on the planet can get it to me faster than them. No response from customer service.
Ordered detangle spray for my dog they mailed it in an envelope needless to say top opened through the mailing process and was empty and envelope soaked, I asked for the replacement to be mailed in a box it arrived the same empty and box soaked don't you think if they know the top opens so easy they would tape it for shipping.
I was told to send pictures for my refund that I would see in three days well never came I called to talk to a manager I was told he would call me back never happened so I called again to ask for my refund finally a few days later I got it. Stay away a lot of aggravation and time spent dealing with them.
Purchased a dog door received damaged. Promised they would make it right, but after a month of complaints they just quit responding and did nothing to replace or repair or refund. Never will buy from them again.
After filing a complaint with BBB, Entirely Pets contacted me and said they were waiting on the mfg to respond. After telling them that I would not tell BBB they fixed the problem UNTIL I received a solution; a miracle happened. The manufacture contacted me and said they were sending a replacement flap. The manufacture would not acknowledge when Entirely Pets notified them of the problem. I am still waiting on the replacement.
I suggest others contact the BBB and file a complaint; maybe they will receive justification. If not, at least it will show on their BBB Rating.
I will NOT be purchasing anything from Entirely Pets ever again! I ordered 12 months of Trifexis flea treatment for my dog & it was a decent price & was delivered in a timely manner. But... it came without the original boxes! These boxes have the barcode that is needed for the rebate that Elanco offered ($50)! When I called Entirely Pets, I was told that they buy these meds in bulk & there aren't any boxes. And if I want to return it, I have to do it at my own expense. How do I even know that these aren't knockoffs?! Not going to buy from the, again!
I spent over $200 and never would buy from them again. The items I bought were supposed to be buy one get one free. So I purchased 3 and in turn should have gotten six right? Nope, they sent 3 and one(a bone) looked old and had an odd color tinge to it. When I questioned them they said they would send out the additional ones, but nothing about the color issue. They sent it out but only 1 when it should've been 3 more. You would think they would have just refunded me the money for the cheap bones since I spent so much.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
