Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC. Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.

Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.

Tried calling them countless times on a weekday, starting in the morning. NEVER got anyone to answer or call me back until many hours later. I had filed a complaint because I've never had a company just not answer the phone or take many hours to return a call. Finally got a call back late afternoon to let me know they're short staffed and that the medication is actually not in stock. So I canceled the order and asked them not to call again. Fast forward to a couple days later and they actually called me and had the balls to give ME a hard time about why I filed a complaint against them. They were upset because someone got back to me eventually and didn't understand why I would be upset that this was a time sensitive matter and no one at their company answered the phones or called back until at least 5 hours later. I was shocked that this was their response UNTIL I looked at other reviews and realized they're just a terrible company. Avoid them at all costs!

I am so disappointed in this company and I won't be using them again. So many times you call 5 times or more until they get back to you. Then so often they are out of the product.don't use this company they are awful!

I ordered Hydrogen Peroxide 1 gal for $14. They confirmed my order but then HELD it from shipping while they raised the price to $69! Now they are out of stock. This was very deliberate price gouging move since they were selling stock on hand while screwing people during a national crisis. Please consider if these are the kind of people you want to do business with in the future?

Everything Entirely Pets Pharmacy did was as per ordered. I ordered on 12-10-2020 and paid for 2-4 day shipping and it took 12 days to be delivered. The only problem was because of the pandemic the USPS service is not able to keep up with the delivery schedules that people are paying extra in order to receive there packages. This is a logistical problem for the USPS and our government to solve before the U.S. has any more national disasters!

They took my money immediately and after 3 weeks, I still don't have the medication for my pets. The customer service people are belligerent and unhelpful. They just don't seem to care. I write this review in tears because the customer service person called me a liar. Even though my vet responded and I have called multiple times and so has the vet's office, I can't seem to get the script done in order to satisfy them. I really have never had any issues like this before with other companies. If you want verbal abuse and no cooperation whatsoever, Entirely Pets Pharmacy is the place to go.

Tip for consumers:
That you won’t get your order. They are extremely difficult to work with and no one wants to help.

Products used:
After almost 3 weeks, I have not received any products. My card was charged 3 weeks ago and I still have nothing. Avoid this site at all costs.

Ordered medication for my dog February 11, they didn't ship it til February 17, still waiting as of February 26 for medication. Big mistake using this company. Next time using Chewy, they use Fed-Ex and always receive in 3 days. Now my dog is suffering all because the meds were 4 dollars cheaper with this horrible company. Never again

Tip for consumers:
When ordering medication, always know what shipper they use. In this case they use the postal service which means it could take weeks to receive. Other companies use Fed Ex which is delivered in day not weeks. I’m still waiting over two weeks for my order

I will no longer use this so called pet pharmacy. I ordered a Rx for my horse back in October. Despite numerous emails I was ignored. When we called customer disservice they said they had none of the drugs in stock. Said they don't know when they'll get any! Now I have only a few tablets left - so they've left us in a mess. They should all go to work in a clown car!

Decent prices on pet prescription. Always receive my packages in a timely manner. Had a few hiccups in the past, but as in any business or everyday life things happen. Its how you deal with them and I will continue to use their pharmacy for my pets prescriptions.

I've ordered twice from Entirely Pets. Both times it was 7-10 days before they even contacted my vet for the prescription, then another week before the medications arrived. Customer service wait times on the phone are 15+ minutes... I would recommend ordering several weeks in advance of when you will need the medication if you use this pharmacy.

Had a sick cat that needed meds yes this was about half price then local. We sent info vet info ect. From there it took 9 days for pharmacy to "approve" after they talked to vet.
If in no rush pretty good pricing but pharmacy sucks in dealing with orders

We have saved an incredible amount of money buying from this site. We have never had ANY problems with any of our orders, either. They contact the Vet, the order gets filled and is shipped to us promptly. I hope everything will continue as it has been, since we have NO idea why some others are complaining.

STAY AWAY... needed meds for my dog... though 2 meds ordered (on same order) I only received one. They claimed to receive only one prescription/approval from vet... Hmmm... had them request again and 4 days later still nothing so called... still say didn't receive. Spoke with vet who assured me that he had sent approval twice. Had to cancel the one and get elsewhere (reputable company Chewy.com) and am still awaiting refund form cancelled item. Most interestingly, they never communicated anything to me, i had to wait for order to come missing one item then chase them down to find out what happened... Terrible customer service and no communication... VERY FRUSTRATING

I would recommend and will be using them again, but not for prescription medications. Shipping costs are a bit too high and the normal shipping option is very slow. It took a little over 2 weeks to get my order. I only ordered pill paste through them. When I order my pets prescription meds I get it faster and cheaper through a different online pharmacy.

Regular shipping takes a long time.

My dog was diagnosed with a heart problem over a holiday weekend. The original vet gave me 7 days worth of meds at a very high price, not taking into account that it would be difficult to get the med over that weekend. I was upset, but my brother told me about this company. They got the prescription and shipped quickly and for way less money. Dog is doing great on her new med.

I ordered dental chews for my pet. Before the order was received completely my pet died. When I called two times about returning the chews and explained that they were no longer needed because my pet was not alive, not once was any sympathy or condolences offered nor was anything other than standard processing (25% restocking fee and my paying for shipping) suggested. I find this less than caring for a bereaved pet parent.

I think you need to adopt a bereaved pet parent policy.

Ordered meds 2.5 months ago, and only 6 of a 12 month supply arrived. When I called and followed up several time there was a delay, and each time the phone rep said they are "on the way"... got an email 10 weeks later that they have shipped. Not 1 week, 10 weeks!

I have read negative reviews on line and feel the need to respond. I have ordered from EntirelyPetsPharmacy.com for 6+ months now. Quick response and shipping. When there has been a question or concern... when I call all reps that have answered have been helpful and kind. Not sure what has gone on before or wit others but for us (family + 4 dogs) the prices and customer service will keep us coming back.

I am so happy to have found this site. I was able to get meds that my dog needs for his allergies and well-being, at a much lower price than the vet was charging me. I used the reviews from other customers to find what would best fit my needs. The items were shipped quickly and are working already! Will definitely be using this site for my future pet needs!

The meds were the best price per pill that I could find online for my dogs Galliprant tablets. However, the shipping left much to be desired. It took forever to get the pills delivered. Not sure if I'll use this company again.

I've used them for many years and always have found them quick, reliable and reasonably priced. However over the past few months - and I suspect they like all of us have been affected by COVID - it has been a completely different experience. A complete lack of communication, they don't respond to emails, I can't reach them on the phone (I've tried numerous times and give up after 30-40 minutes on hold. Approach with caution. I hope things get better for them because they were once a good company.

Ordered on 2/12. Label created on 2/23. Received 2/27. Didn't require an RX from my vet either. I guess I am getting too used to Amazon, but Amazon was out of the Vetoquinol that is the only pill wrap my dog will eat.

Tip for consumers:
Allow plenty of time to receive your order, especially if it is an RX your pet REQUIRES daily. It took me 15 days from the date of my order to my receipt of said order and it didn't even require an RX from my vet. I think I have become too accustomed to Amazon's one or two day delivery.
