Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC. Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.

Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.

They sent me an order that was wrong and charged me for their mistake. The credit card company put them in their place and erased the charges! I would never trust them again!

Do not buy anything from this company. They had a "black Friday deal". Even though it was not that great I was a fish and got dragged under. I heard nothing from them for a month. I finally got PayPal involved. I received one item from the order. If I had not paid with PayPal I would have not received anything. Still waiting to hear from the EPP or PayPal about the rest of the order. This was a $100 item. So this is a big deal to me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY REASON.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SENT A $100 ITEM. THIS IS A BIG DEAL TO ME. THIS IS A LOT OF $$

Is flea medicine for my cat and dog so I have not used anything yet. Still out a $100 product for my dog.

They contacted my vet and sent it quickly. The price was good. My dog is on several medications and so it has gotten expensive, but she is my best friend and I was glad to find this company.

I've ordered Solva Ker gel from Entirely Pets Pharmacy, in the past, and have had great service. The problem is that I had to put my dog down in November 4th of 2019 and here we are January 21st 2020 and I still don't have a credit on my account. I have called 3 times and it seems that everyone just "pushes" it on to someone else and nothing gets done! I had tracked this return and it was shipped to Entirely Pets on November 12th at 1:06 p.m. and delivered in their mailbox. Now, I'm waiting for someone to call me back to see what the heck is going on.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!

Friendly and very easy to work with. Got exactly what I ordered with no problems. They contacted my vet and sent my order after they received the prescription.

Ive found the best prices on this site. Orders arrive quickly. The few times Ive needed to speak to someone, the associates have been very helpful. Im a very happy customer!

EntirelyPetsPharmacy is amazing. They are super helpful and take care of getting my pups prescriptions filled. I just give my vets information and they take care of the rest. Fast delivery as well.

Repeat client, first time they gave me a good price on my dog's meds. I call 6 months later to fill and they upped their price by $200. I set the order up and ask them to wait a day. I call a day later to complete order and price goes up an additional $126. I ask them to price match Allivet.com and they refuse. I call Allivet.com and they discount the order by $300 less than the first time I ordered from EntirelyPets.

GO TO ALLIVET.COM, PLACE ORDER & CALL IN THEY WILL DESTROY ANY PRICE ENTIRELYPETS HAS GIVEN YOU.

The pharmacy delivers almost most of the time, on time... occasionally, medication (vetmedin), is on back order so make sure you have enough to wait it out...

Just a little complaint, it seems to take forever to obtain the prescription and get it the medicine in the mail. My vet says they respond quickly to the request.

My dog requires Azodyl which needs to arrive cool. This is my third order from this company. This order was shipped on a Tuesday and did not arrive until the following Monday. My husband and I stayed available for pickup throughout the weekend and put tracking on USPS to notify of delivery. I contacted the company on Saturday and was told that on Monday they would reissue for lateness of product that if it did arrive to open the product and smell it. On Monday when delivered I contacted again and was told they do not reissue that the shipping was fine 4 days delivery is 4 working days and Monday delivery was within their timeframe so basically stuff it. I was told if they might reissue I would be contacted that day via email and called if they would not - still nothing.

Also their web-site I could not get to function and receive the Labor Day discount. Anyway, if you are counting on a live probiotic for your dog order closer to home. USPS also put the product in the sun... our summer heat here in Texas is over 100.

I am now stuck with 2 bottles of Azodyl that I have not clue if the probiotic is live. Will not use this company again.

I read a few bad reviews but figured that happens with any business from time-to-time. Yep, we were wrong - the bad reviews are correct.

A team of sloths would have processed our order faster! We placed our order for our dog's pain medicine on December 22 along with a pack of syringes. The syringes were on backorder, however, they assured us the medicine would be sent immediately and there would be no wait for the syringes. They waited for the syringes to come in before sending our order. In the meantime, we had to get an emergency order that cost us an extra $25. When we mentioned this they didn't even offer any sort of a refund or credit. We had to call back and ask to speak with a manager before they finally conceded to a partial refund.

We complained to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as well because of the of the poor service and outright lies. When the BBB contacted them Entirely Pets Pharmacy claimed we were never a client. We sent the BBB proof. So, save your emails and dates/times/person you spoke to if you choose to do business with them.

Chewy is only a couple bucks more with FAR fewer headaches and excellent customer care. We have learned our lesson and will be avoiding this company like the plague!

I order my dog's heartgard plus from entirely pets. The meds always arrive quickly and they have the best prices i've found. I've always been satisfied with whatever i've ordered.

Customer Representative Sheetal did a fantastic job of correcting an issue I had with a BRAVECTO autoship from ENTIRELY PETS PHARMACY. That company is lucky to have her and she deserves a raise!

I placed an order for 12 months of Nexgard and Interceptor. I only received part of the order(honest mistake). However I had to call four times before I was issued a refund for the missing item.

Tip for consumers:
don't use this site, if you have a problem getting missing items required many calls and long wait times

Products used:
I ordered and kept Interceptor plus 50.1-100 lbs 12 chews, Nexgard 60-121 6 chews received but missing an additional box of 6 chews.

This company only cares about making sales and they DO NOT BACK UP THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL! I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
I purchased breveto for my boxer dog, the same flea medicine I have used the entire 8 years she's been alive and never had an issue. This is the 1st time I've bought it from this company and it was worthless. I don't know if it was even a product or if it was a placebo, that's how badly it performed. After hours of trying to reach this company I finally do and I'm told tough luck. They tell me contact Merck because they won't honor their product. I can't imagine a company this size being more concerned with the 50 bucks they made off of me then about a customer's satisfaction! I have used many other pharmaceutical companies for many products over thre 30 years ive been a pet owner and they always backup their products. I am now out the purchase price of the medication and I'm going to have to invest in Star and who knows what else to clear the flees out of the house. I have never in all the years I've owned a pet had something like this happened.
I will not be ordering from this company again and I recommend you look elsewhere as well

On April 10,2018 I ordered adequan for my German shepherd. After not receiving it, my vet spoke to the pharmacy on April 18. Vet was told it would be shipped that day or the next. On April 23, I called entirely pets myself because I STILL hadn't received med. My dog was now 2 days late with his dose of adequan. I was told it was on backorder and they couldn't give me a delivery date. What!? After telling my vet it would be in the mail? Worse, they ALREADY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD!

I ordered medications online, only after they accepted the order and charged my card did they say it wasn't in stock with no date as to when it will be available. I waited a few weeks and still heard nothing. I've been got a new prescription from my vet for a higher dose that was available. I spoke with someone in customer service who needed to fill the new prescription and credit my card the remaining balance from the original order. According to that person it was all said I would receive an email that day confirming the order has been shipped that was three days ago still haven't heard anything. The original order was placed on July 2 it is now August 23 is this still has not been resolved. I was in the air this is resolved I will not be buying any prescriptions through this company again. My advice, stay away from these guys

EPP was a convenient way to receive discounted pet meds sent directly to me. There was a bit of a delay. However, that may have been due to a delay in getting the prescription from my vet.

Don't trust this people. I order 3 medicines 6 days ago, they only shipped 2 of them. Once I create the order I made sure my vet office was informed and once they got the fax with the approval requested they let me know that they sent the approval back to this pharmacy for the whole prescription. On day 3, I called to ask for the status of my order and a very rude lady told me they never got the approval for one of the medications, the Vetmedin 5mg, that medication was the only reason that I bought from them because it was out of stock from other pharmacies and it was way cheaper, it is suspicious that they supposedly never got the approval for that specific medicine, so I asked the vet office again, they confirmed they sent the fax back for the 3 prescriptions and told me that they sent the fax once again for the vetmedin, that same day this pharmacy sent a tracking number for the shipping, so I assumed they got the vet approval, yesterday I got the awful surprise that they only sent the other 2 prescription and not the vetmedin, I called and they keep saying that they haven't received the approval from the vet and that they will sent another fax, so why would they sent a first shipment incomplete? I asked for a refund and I asked for an email where they confirm they haven't received the approval from the vet, they said they will but of course they haven't sent that email. My dog needs this medication to stay alive and all that I got from ordering from this people was getting upset and to lose time.

EntirelyPetsPharmacy was a nightmare to deal with, couldn't manage a simple automatic Rx for one medication, and showed absolutely no interest or sense of urgency when it came to fixing the issue. I wouldn't trust them with any important Rx that a pet must have daily; between the "system issues" (according to them) and all the human errors they not once sent an auto-shipment order on time and never notified me of any issues; I never found out about anything until not receiving the Rx and calling in to find out the order status.

The original credit card number I gave them was lost and replaced with a new card with a new number. On 3 different occasions I called them to give them the replacement card number yet they continued to use the bad card number repeatedly which of course declined; they never contacted me to let me know a charge had declined, and their explanation for not updating the card number after three different calls was "system issues".

EntirelyPets doesn't seem very good at managing their business and never showed any urgency about my dog getting her medication. Every time I spoke to them it was like groundhog day with the same mistakes over and over and no one sounding like they even cared. My dog's health is too important to entrust it to a pharmacy that is both incompetent and apathetic.
