Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC. Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.
Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.
I ordered my medication and after a week and a half I didn't get my medication. I find out they didn't have the correct information in THEIR system for my vet so my order just wasn't going to get processed until I called them. The rep was rude and made it sound like it wasn't their fault. I need the medication NOW but it's going to take another 3-5 days AFTER they get in contact with my vet. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!
Extremely disappointed with this company. They have good coupons and low prices but don't update their website to reflect when items are out of stock or back ordered. Twice now I have placed an order only to find out a week later that my shipment is being delayed because an item is on back order. This last time I called asking if the in stock items could be shipped immediately and was told they could and would be. A week later, I've called numerous times and keep being reassured that the in stock items, which happen to be HEART MEDICATION FOR MY 14 YEAR OLD DOG! Are being processed only to speak with someone later to confirm only to find out that they in fact still have not shipped! I was actually reassured twice that they without a doubt would ship today, only to call back later and be told that they "should" ship in two days! If you try to speak with a manager or supervisor you're told that they aren't in at the moment. I've been trying for almost two weeks now to get medication that my dog needs to survive, medicine that I have paid for yet still have not received and that hasn't even shipped yet! Definitely would not recommend this company if you need medication because it's questionable as to if and when you'll actually get it!
Great price and fast delivery! Will definitely order from them again in the future. Danamarin has been a miracle for my dog who was diagnosed with liver disease on Christmas.

Exist. I s/w a supervisor Pyle (driver) very abrupt and abrasive said that I needed to contact my vet and have them respond. Why did you take my money today if you haven't heard back? Why didn't you send me a message? My horse really needs that medicine! Your office is incompetent! Send my money back and close my account! You can sit on hold! Why are you a jerk! Several call later... nothing. A few days later more texts to my vet. Call the Entirely Pets RX, why are you still sending faxes to my vet bc you sent a total of 13! So, your telling me that you just got one approved out of 3? Aren't all 3 prescriptions on one sheet? Just fill the one you have and stop faxing my vet. I will go to a more competent company that give updates if there is a problem right away, like Chewy (in 1 day!)
9/2/21 A few days ago they sent my vet faxes and my vet called, I said throw all Entirely faxes away and send faxes back to Chewy. Entirely only had fax for Equioxx for $72, so they charged me again on top of the $125.41 (that I never got & and meme refunded).
Today I got an email that asks: click this link if you got your shipment, or this this link if your didn't receive or if you cancelled...
Let's see if they get this right. I doubt it. The first time they charged me $86 for the Equioxx. The second time they charged me $72.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I will never order from this site again unless there are no other options. I ordered urgently needed meds and was told by Customer service that they would ship the following day. I paid for expedited shipping because I was told they can't do express so late in the week. 4 business days later, when my meds are supposed to show up, I checked the site and the meds were pending. I messaged CS again to ask if there was an error and they told me that the item was backordered and that it was coming in the same day and likely to go out the next day. It went out a few days later and showed up 3 weeks after I ordered it. This was urgently needed meds and I wasn't informed of a backorder for over a week and no one replied to my customer service email at all and it's been over 3 weeks later. I'd rather pay $30 more and get the items in two days next time. Disjointed customer service and poor inventory control make for disaterous consequences when running a pharmacy.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Nothing they promised happened. I initially gave a 5-star review because I actually believed what the sales rep promised but now know it was lies. I NEVER received one of my dogs meds after being promised TWICE it was being expedited. Every time I call they say: "your vet has not authorized the prescription." which is total BS. Not only did my vet authorize the prescription last month, they did that immediately after receiving the very first request by fax from EntirelyPets. Why do I say "first fax"? Because this is such a screwed up company they faxed my vet every 20 minutes to the point my vet had to unplug their fax machine and call me to ask my help in getting the faxes to stop! Ultimately, I never received this medication. No matter what sales reps promise, keep in mind if they have to pass off any responsibility to another department, they have no control of how it is processed. Sales reps are only as good as the weakest links in their company- and this company stinks! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Sheetal was my rep and she is nice enough, but she apparently has no control over what happens after she makes a sale so she should not make promises she cannot deliver on.
I had an issue applying a coupon code and the service agent was able to apply it and get the order submitted for me. Great job.

Ordered lactate ringers on June 8,2020 on website. Vet authorized on June 17 after multiple contacts with Entirely Pets. On June 18 I called to find out order staus. Was informed vet authorized on June 17 and it would ship on the 19th. I did not receive shipping notice so emailed 3 times with no response. Finally called again on 22nd, Ariana couldn' t tell why it didn't ship. Was on hold over 40 minutes. Finally am told there is extra shipping charges because of weight. Had to wait for them to calculate. Said an additional $100+. When I asked why no one contacted me and told me about the problem, the response was website says may be additional shipping fees for heavy items. When I then said I understand that but I have contacted company more than 5 times and was never told the issue, they could not answer. Told them to cancel order so she transfers me to "manager" Shaun who again attempts to explain that it is heavy and will cost more to ship and I again said how would I know that if company never contacted me. I again tell them to cancel the order, he puts.me on hold again to verify whether the Rx was approved? Huh. Comes back again, talking over me saying website says may be extra shipping. I AGAIN said to cancel the order. Terrible customer service. If there is extra shipping, you should contact the customer idiots.

Since I've used and have been quite happy with Entirely Pets selection, cost and customer service in the past, I thought I'd try their pharmacy website. BIG mistake!
According to their website:
"Please allow up to 3 days for new prescription verification and processing. If you have a prescription on file, your order can ship out the next business day.", and
"We generally ship orders within 24 hours after they are placed."
Ha! So not true in my case.
I ordered 2 pet Rxs on 1/22/17.
Since then, I've been trying to get status on this order for over 3 weeks. They finally charged my credit card on 2/8/17 and said that it had shipped (after several previous phone calls to them where they also told me it had shipped).
Three days later, I emailed them asking where my package was or what the tracking number was. I did not receive a reply.
After not receiving the package 5 days after it was "shipped" (I'm in a 1-day delivery zone for First-Class USPS, BTW, for this location), I called my credit card company to cancel. The credit card company then called Entirely Pets to try to cancel and they were told it had shipped and therefore I can't cancel for a full 14 days after they said it had shipped!
So, after being led to believe that a time-sensitive pair of prescriptions would be sent out within a few days, it'll be one full month next week before I can contest the charge. I was also directly told by Entirely Pets on the phone that the items had shipped, when in fact they had not.
I now have to go elsewhere for these products, as we're almost out (good thing I ordered over 3 weeks in advance) and likely will still have to again deal with the credit card company next week when I don't receive the Entirely Pets order after one full month.
One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.
(I've attached today's online status for my items. Note that it says "Warehouse" for all of those items that are pending. This means either: their online status checker is wrong, or they lied to both me and the credit company).
My dog loves this brand, compared to the other renal k+ I got before. He would'nt touch that. This is a lot cheaper too! I win all around!
