Prices were amazing compared to other pet med companies. Ran into a glitch with my seresto collars "needing an Rx" even though they are OTC. Once I got a rep on phone, immediate resolve, very polite and quick delivery.
Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn't happen. I've been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn't hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.
Have ordered twice and both times am still looking for my order after two weeks. Customer service terrible. Can't track order online. Phone reps very rude and non helpful even hanging up on me. Not sure how they survive in todays society of online business.

I've ordered three times from Entirely Pets and all three times got horrible service. They fail to communicate about shipping orders. When phoned to get a status, they make up excuses such as "we got the wrong fax number" and so on, even though I'm registered as a customer on their website. Instead of listening, they blame the customer for late shipments. Each of the three times I've placed an order they have failed me completely. This most recent time it has been about three weeks without my pets needed medication and I finally had to cancel and buy from the local vet. Whatever you do, don't do business with them or you will suffer the same fate.
Original order date 12/04/2019. Had to request order to be completed 3 times. No record of requests. Requested again today 12/27/2019. Rude supervisor refused to email return label (not prepaid). Used them for many years. Not again now. Use Allivet, Chewy or any other online pet supply company.
The first order to them was painfully slow but sure I get it takes time to verify the RX with the Dr.'s office. However a refill on that same RX with expedited shipping should not take 2 weeks to have then eventually do something. Just spoke with a customer service person who couldn't care less and he said they are actively working on getting that together. It still has not shipped out.

First time pet owner. Extremely poor (actually complete lack of) customer service. They did not respond to multiple email inquiries. Simple solution-- I next tried 800-PET-MEDS and not only received great customer service or price match but a price beat!
Worst online pet pharmacy ever. Do not use them. Got a defective product. Have spent over an hour and a half on the phone talking with 3 different agents and still no resolution. Each saying it is in process. On hold each time for 20 minutes and then disconnect and then call back and another 15 or more to get someone. THE WORST
Placed order for an in stock non-Rx item a week ago and still waiting for it to ship. Took half a day to finally get through to someone in customer service. She continually talked over me and then hung up on me. I basically was told the item will ship when it ships and I could not cancel the order. Think twice before ordering from EntirelyPets Pharmacy unless you don't mind waiting several weeks to not get your items. And if you do get them you probably wont need them anymore because you went somewhere else.

I ordered 1-2 day Express shipping. It took them 4 days to contact my veterinarian for approval. Meds were shipped 6 days later. My order arrived 2 weeks after they received my order!
Also, I was overcharged for Express shipping, despite the fact that my order took so long to arrive.
I shop almost everything online. These people have by far the worst business ethics. Made multiple errors over and over, and after a month still no attempt to offer any type of service recovery. I just wanted some meds for my dog. What is so difficult about filling a prescription and sending it out in reasonable amount of time? I called and emailed about 10 times in a month and still no resolve... I will be filing a dispute to my CC since they are not making any attempt to refund my money due to their errors.
I have called repeatedly over days and customer service never answers. I have left my phone number and messages, and no one ever calls back even though I am saving my " place in the que". I have emailed with no response. We are a nonprofit that ordered flea treatment. They charged our account immediately when the order was placed. Now no shipping confirmation and no customer service. I wonder if the positive reviews were "plants ". I plan to contact California and our home state BBB to start. NEVER order from this place!

Ordered product that unfortunately made my pet very sick (bloody stool). Second order arrived and although had yet to receive, they would not cancel it, nor return nor refund.
Once order is placed, you are stuck - even if product is terminal for your pet.

I've ordered from this company for several years and I am now just sick and tired of their constant incompetence and screw ups. They don't follow your instructions, they tell you items are in stock when in fact they are not, and rarely return a phone call or email. This is one of the poorest excuses for a company I have seen in my entire 71 years. I wish there was a zero star or negative star rating. Do yourself a favor and buy your pet medications elsewhere.
Despite having a valid RX with ample refills, my order was delayed for 2 weeks while my Veterinarian's office was contacted. Which means that my dog went without her medicine for 2 weeks. Customer Service seemed very unconcerned. I cancelled my autoship and will return to Allivet. You should try to do better as a company.

Competitive prices but orders take too long to be filled and client communication is very poor. I placed my order a week ago & I didn't receive anything. I emailed them & they said my payment had been declined. It would've been helpful to be made aware of this when I submitted my order. But they said nothing! By now my cat is ill again without her meds. I am so angry. Such poor customer service!
I ordered medication for my dog almost 2 months ago. I received an email that the product was on back order but never heard from them about it again. I called multiple times over the last few weeks to cancel the order and each time I was told by customer service that the product was shipping express the next day and I have never received it. They were clearly being dishonest so to not cancel my order and keep my money.
Never received product bought over internet. It is still listed as having it when googled. Sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls: left message and they to call back. ZERO. They did manage to charge my credit card. I uncharged it.

Had to find Omega capsules from another vender.
Asked if they price match and reply was yes. Told them what I was looking to buy and from where. Clerk states cannot tell if they are a US company. I go to the website and find all indications that the company is indeed in the US. Explained to the clerk he needs to look more. Done arguing with someone reading from a script, ask for supervisor. He asks why I wish to buy from them if it is cheaper elsewhere. Wow, boy do I feel welcomed. Supervisor looks at the competitors website and says yes I see the price. I tell him they have a discount code which brings the price down lower. He states we cannot honor the discounted price. So first the excuse was cannot tell if in the US only to be followed by we cannot match their discounted price. Thank you, you made my decision easier and made me work harder. I did get what I needed at the price I wanted. Buyers please do your research, there are other competitors out there with the same product, quality and lower pricing!
I gave it 1 star because I can't give it 0. Literally the worst customer service on the planet. My veterinarian office repeatedly faxed over prescriptions for my dog's medication and somehow the pharmacy didn't get it. I gave them another chance when my dog my due for her medication and the same thing happened again. This place is so unorganized I don't know how they still exist. I switched to chewy, ordered online they faxed my vet and I had my dogs medication within 2 days of ordering. Now that's service.

I was told the charge will not process until item is shipped out. On 5/18 the charge went through and I was advise I will receive the tracking number shortly. Last night 5/22, I left voice mail plus sent an email but no one got got to me. This morning I called and was told again the item is being packaged and process for shipping. Lies after lies. I really don't know how they can stay in business by changing people money and doesn't ship out the items? I had to dispute the charge with my bank, now it's being investigated.
Unbelievable- not once but twice they charged me for the full amount of the auto ship product even though nothing was shipped because they were out of stock. The product is sent to my daughter so I'm not aware when it's not delivered. Thankfully I caught it and called them. There was never an email or any other form of communication to let me know they were out of stock. Cancelled the auto ship and waiting to be credited back $85 for products I never received. Beyond furious.

One down fall, I ordered a dog tag and the lettering on it was so small. If they could print on both sides, that would work, but they do not. I called and was refunded the money so I can get it locally. Great customer service.
I ordered some Rx eye medication for my dog. It was about $10 cheaper than other places. That is the last time i try to save a few dollars and use them. I ordered on a Friday. I got charged on my paypal account that same day. It is Tuesday and I have not even received an order confirmation or a receipt for my transaction. I have called them twice and they say my order is "not in the system yet" so i cant even cancel it since there is no order number and they cant find it. He keeps telling me to call back later and it might be in the system. I do not plan on wasting any more time waiting on hold with them! I ended up disputing the charge with Paypal instead so hopefully I can get my money back that way. I had to go to order someplace else since i should have started my dog on his meds already! Ugh. NEVER AGAIN!
I was told and order for items was backordered and expected within 14 days. That was 7 months ago. I have tried to email their customer service, but only the first one was answered, when they again said it was still backordered. This is unacceptable since these were vitamins I needed for my elderly dogs. I had used them for prescriptions and other orders, but after this, I will never use them again.
Placed order in august, received partial order, credit card billed for full order, have made numerous calls to get rest of order, with no results. Its now october, i am afraid they are waiting for me to forget and they will not send out the rest of my order. I have never had a company bill me for something thing they havent shipped. Company seems fly by night, definitely a poorly ran company.
